Mkt Fag: Don't look at S-U-S-S-M-A-N-N LOOK at TWTR 'Dance Party Monday'-edition
Moar on TWTR down early and this is follow through with the current back and forth on this transaction and people finally seeing what the reality of a 'bot infested platform is-25 minutes in it 'twas TWTR38.48-2.24 (-5.50%). And it ended lower TWTR 37.38-3.34 (-8.20%) but not over daily avg volume
NAS had one observable big block at 11:24am est 1.64B (black dot cap#2) then no 'mo seen't. RUT was the worst at -10.91(-0.61%) with the DOW barely green…and it took some big volume just to get that but pay no attention to the internal carnage in the NAS and the SP500 lack of anyone home-And combined with near record low liquidity in equity markets (Top of book liquidity in the S&P 500 futures (the most liquid future in the world) is $2.12M available on the touch. This ranks in the zeroth percentile aka less than 1st percentile the last decade) This says No one is BTF'ing TD. -See Cap #4 Early Data: "Empire State Index SHIT THE BED on current business conditions tumbled 36.2 points to a reading of -11.6 this month. A reading below zero signals a contraction in the New York manufacturing sector. Ooops. Wheat futures in Chicago jumped 5.9% to $12.47 a bushel Sunday evening after India restricted wheat exports to preserve its food security. Since the beginning of May, prices have skyrocketed nearly 20% - closed at Wheat Jul '22 (ZWN22) +70-0 (+5.94%)'''
Just after Europe closed we see TWTR continue to drop-this is the 'dance' for it's final valuation as Musk questioned the legitimacy of the bots (you don't think he knew this before he even got close to this?)-he also visited Larry Ellison a few months ago on his private island Lanai before all this started going off. But don't look at S-U-S-S-M-A-N-N. This 'dance' process triggered Dopey into adding another 5% (last weeks 13-G filing) and that not looking so good right now-thare be some serious "waltzing" here with the price and until the pen meets paper this entire transaction is still subject to a final price and don't forget that agreed upon reverse termination fee of $1 billion. If he can prove fraud aka “material adverse effect ”then he doesn't have to pay that-why this "dance" going on now. But don't think the SEC/FTC is gonna suddenly stop watching pron and help here-they are useless-paging Melissa Hodgman anyone?. He can't just walk away because of cold-feet and thinking he overpaid-he has to prove his "material adverse effect". Not gonna be easy with an SEC and FTC asleep at the wheel (always have been so no news there) >>16285686, >>16285727 pb Current Twatter CEO @paraga 'splainin shit -EM sez u FOS hahaha

Early Asian trading saw about $1 up from friday close and also quite a drop by 12:26:51pm JST @ $108.04 only to reverse and back up over $111 on some strong volume-werking on it's highs from early Asian sessions last night. The coming heat of the summer (like that doesn't habben EVERY year) is what is 'working' on it now-Strong power generation demand recently, driven by heat in the southern Lower 48 and lower wind generation over the weekend, was supporting higher prices heading into Monday’s session. Some reported pipeline maintenance also a factor. The upside that the longs are looking at is about $9.052 level-from a trading (not consumption or storage issue concerns) perspective. Early Asian session saw Ag down 0.11 -.50% and Au flat. Ag gettin some love right on the NYMEX open +0.21 +0.97%-for once-and closed right around +0.51 +2.42%. Au flat at same time -2.50 -0.14% but got some steady love during the day to close around +14.30 +0.79% Local coin shop report: So -so availability on generic rounds :Buffaloes, nuffin special 1oz rounds all at +$5 over spot. Junk silver can get but not in stock and no time-frame for delivery and same ridiculous premiums working on that. US Eagles of various years between $37-$40oz. Had a few 10oz bars but also high prems. So the only change is that he actually had 1oz rounds when previously none. Gave him muh list to stick aside should those things be turned in. Naturally with Ag pushing higher and Au not doing much we have this result on the Ag/Au ratio declines $84.356−1.407 (−1.64%) this will change slightly but it's done by 1:30pm est https://goldprice.com/gold-silver-ratio/

China’s Economy Contracts Sharply as Covid Zero Cuts Output
Industrial output fell 2.9% in April Y/Y, far worse than the median consensus estimate of a 0.5% increase, only the second monthly contraction since 1990 and the biggest drop on record! To put that in perspective Poppy Bush was in his second year as POTUS, Deng Xiaoping was still the leader of China and Mikhail Gorbachev was the Sec. General of the Communist Party of The Soviet Union.

This is the Blackrock/Citadel/Terra Swap of BTC and UST last week
$3 billion in bitcoin was sold in a last-ditch attempt to save UST stablecoin from collapse
TerraUSD — or UST, for short — has fallen well below its intended $1 peg. By Monday, it was trading at just 9 cents. Terra creator Do Kwon had promised to use the bitcoin in the event of a dramatic fall in the value of UST.
