Found a recent photo of her. The other girl in the photo is Natacha Ramsay-Levi, who’s known for designing the wedding dress for Ellie Goulding, who’s wedding was attended by multiple royals/elites.

 

It appears her and her husband Tom Guinness split as I can see he now has a child with another woman. There is no press on their divorce but she is now showing her name as ‘Rachel Chandler’ instead of ‘Rachel Chandler-Guinness.’ I saw in a report for New York Fashion Week back in 2018 that she’d recently turned 30 and become a mother. There’s no pictures of her and Tom’s child on his page or online.

 

Q mentioned before that she was 15 in the photo of her and BC. With her being 30 in 2017/2018, that would make her 15 in the 2002/2003, the same year that Bill Clinton was flying on the Lolita Express with unnamed ‘females.’ Maybe that picture really is on the Lolita Express. All fact checkers claim that the photo is from 2006 but in my opinion this is an obvious attempt to place her age over 18 at the time, stopping BC from facing any allegations.

 

Looking at her past is difficult as there isn’t much. What you can find is scary. It’s my opinion that she was most likely abused herself as a child. These people are sick.

Nuclear deal talks to soon resume with Washington: Iran, EU officials

 

Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said in a joint news conference, in Tehran, with the EU’s foreign policy chief Josep Borrell that indirect talks between Iran and the US regarding the 2015 nuclear pact will resume soon.

Pentagon reports high levels of ‘forever chemicals’ in drinking water near bases

 

The Defense Department is reporting high levels of toxic perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water near several of its bases, according to new data released by the department.

 

Drinking water testing near bases in Washington state, Pennsylvania, Florida and Michigan found levels of the chemicals well above a health threshold set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

 

PFAS is the name for a group of thousands of chemicals, some of which have been linked to health issues such as kidney and testicular cancer and liver damage.

 

The substances have been used in products such as firefighting foam, which is used by the military. For this reason, PFAS can be found near military bases and can contaminate nearby water.

 

They are often referred to as “forever chemicals” because they build up in the human body and environment instead of breaking down over time.

 

While it has long been known that PFAS have leached into groundwater near military installations, the new data provides an official glimpse into how it is impacting nearby drinking water.

 

While the EPA has said that levels of two types of PFAS called PFOA and PFOS should not exceed 70 parts per trillion (ppt) — and states have called for even lower levels — findings at some of the bases far exceed that.

 

One assessment from October found a sample of drinking water near the Naval Air Station at Washington State’s Whidbey Island contained 4,720 ppt of PFOS. In September, a sample containing 208 ppt of PFOA was detected.

 

Meanwhile, a drinking water sample near Washington state’s Joint Base Lewis-McChord Yakima Training Center was found to have 800 ppt of PFOS in January. A separate sample from January at the base was found to have 130 ppt of PFOA.

 

A sample from near Pennsylvania’s Willow Grove base was found to have 864 ppt of PFOS in October.

 

Meanwhile an August sample from around Florida’s Naval Air Station Whiting Field was found to have 206 ppt of PFOA in August. A sample from December was found to have 130 ppt of PFOS.

 

A November sample from Michigan’s Camp Grayling Army Airfield was found to have 119 ppt of PFOA.

 

“These levels are extremely high,” Jared Hayes, policy analyst at the Environmental Working Group, said in a statement.

A victim of the Brooklyn subway shooting that injured 29 has sued gun maker Glock after one of their firearms was allegedly used in the attack, new court papers show.

 

Ilene Steur, 49, was shot once when accused gunman Frank James shot off 33 bullets onboard a Manhattan-bound N train in Sunset Park on April 12.

 

James, 62, allegedly used a Glock 17 9mm gun he bought from an Ohio pawn shop when he shot 10 people. Another 19 were injured during the melee.

 

Steur – of Brooklyn – claims that Glock has contributed to gun violence through marketing and sales including pushing for its weapons to be in movies and rap music, advertising their high capacity and easy to conceal firearms and flooding the market with guns so that they overflow into illegal secondary markets, the Brooklyn Federal court lawsuit from Tuesday alleges.

 

Glock also doesn’t train dealers to avoid straw sales — when someone buys a gun for another person — and other illegal transactions and it refuses to end contracts with distributors whose guns frequently are linked to crime scenes, the filing claims.

 

“The defendants select and develop distribution channels they know regularly provide guns to purchasers with a criminal intent, such as James,” the court papers allege.

 

And Glock knows that their guns allows people to “inflict unparalleled civilian carnage,” the suit claims.

 

Steur is asking a judge to stop Glock from continuing its “unlawful marketing and distribution practices,” the filing says. She is also seeking unspecified damages for her injuries.

Illegal Alien Who Killed Kate Steinle Sentenced to Time Served

 

The illegal alien who killed Kate Steinle was sentenced to time served.

 

On July 1, 2015, beautiful California native, 32-year-old Kate Steinle was shot dead while walking with her father on Pier 24 in San Francisco. Steinle died two hours later as a result of her injuries.

 

The illegal immigrant claimed that he had found the weapon and was attempting to shoot a sea lion.

 

Illegal immigrant José Inez García Zárate was arrested and charged with her murder.

 

In November 2017 a San Francisco jury found the Kate Steinle’s killer Jose Zarate innocent of murder or manslaughter.

 

Garcia-Zarate had been deported five times and convicted of seven felonies before killing Steinle, but was acquitted of all murder and manslaughter charges. He was ultimately only convicted of being an ex-felon in possession of a gun.

 

CBS News reported:

 

A California federal judge on Monday sentenced the Mexican man acquitted of murder in the 2015 shooting death of a woman on a San Francisco pier to the seven years he’s already spent in jail — bringing to a legal close the case that ignited a national firestorm over immigration, crime and sanctuary cities.

 

Jose Inez Garcia Zarate was in the U.S. illegally when Kate Steinle, 32, was fatally shot along a crowded Pier 14 where she was walking with her father and a family friend. He faces deportation and U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria told him to never return to the U.S.

 

“If you return to this country again and you are back in front of me, I will not spare you. Let this be your last warning: do not return to this country,” Chhabria said before sentencing Garcia Zarate to the time he has already served.

 

Garcia Zarate will be sent to Texas, where he faces a federal judge for failing to report his location when he was released from a San Francisco jail shortly before the shooting. He had been deported five times and was on track to be removed from the U.S. again when he shot Steinle.

 

The maximum sentence on the firearms charges was 10 years. Prosecutors agreed to the sentence of time served plus three years of probation. Garcia Zarate’s lawyers wanted a shorter sentence so he could apply any time left over in case the judge in Texas imposes additional prison time.

 

Last September San Francisco Public Defender’s Office Chief Attorney Matt Garcia and Managing Attorney Francisco Ugarte, who represented Garcia-Zarate, took to Medium urging the Biden admin to drop the charges.

 

“After a unanimous jury exonerated Jose Ines Garcia Zarate on all state charges for the shooting death of Kate Steinle, he remains incarcerated. It’s been over six years since the tragedy, and nearly four years since his acquittal of murder and manslaughter. A California appellate court reversed his sole gun possession charge, holding the trial judge failed to properly instruct the jury on the ‘momentary possession’ defense,” the post began.

Justice Department Announces Investigation Of New York City Police Department’s Special Victims Division

 

Comprehensive Review of Policies, Procedures, and Training, Including SVD’s Investigations of Sexual Assault Crimes and Treatment of Survivors

 

Kristen Clarke, Assistant Attorney General for the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and Breon Peace, the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, announced today a civil pattern or practice investigation into the Special Victims Division (SVD) of the New York City Police Department (NYPD). The investigation will assess whether the SVD engages in a pattern or practice of gender-biased policing. The investigation will include a comprehensive review of the policies, procedures, and training for SVD investigations of sexual assault crimes, including how SVD interacts with survivors and witnesses, collects evidence, and completes investigations; any steps NYPD has taken to address deficiencies in its handling of sexual assault crimes; how SVD allocates staffing and other resources; and the services and support offered to survivors of sexual assault. As part of this investigation, the Justice Department officials will reach out to community groups and members of the public to learn about their experiences with SVD.

 

Prior to the announcement, Justice Department (Department) officials notified Mayor Eric Adams, NYPD Commissioner Keechant L. Sewell, and NYC Corporation Counsel Sylvia O. Hinds-Radix, who have pledged to cooperate with the investigation.

 

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke said: “Survivors of sexual assault should expect effective, trauma-informed and victim-centered investigations by police departments. Based on information provided to the Justice Department, we find significant justification to investigate whether the NYPD’s Special Victims Division engages in a pattern or practice of gender-biased policing. Investigations into sexual assault that comply with the Constitution promote accountability, enhance public safety and foster community trust.”

 

SDNY U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said: “Victims of sex crimes deserve the same rigorous and unbiased investigations of their cases that the NYPD affords to other categories of crime. Likewise, relentless and effective pursuit of perpetrators of sexual violence, unburdened by gender stereotypes or differential treatment, is essential to public safety. We look forward to working with our partners in EDNY and the Civil Rights Division to assess the NYPD’s practices in this area.”

 

EDNY U.S. Attorney Breon Peace said: “Respectful, thorough, and complete investigations of sexual assaults are fundamental to a well-functioning justice system. Over the last several months, we have learned concerning information from a variety of sources of historical issues about the way the Special Victims Division has conducted its investigations for many years. Our review is intended to ensure that, going forward, survivors of sexual assault in New York City receive fair and just treatment in the criminal justice system, and as a result, those who engage in sexual violence are held accountable. Actor Busy Philipps was arrested while protesting for abortion rights on Thursday and said she “will not back down.”

 

The “Cougar Town” alum was detained for blocking traffic at a pro-choice demonstration outside the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, People reported. Philipps was joining Planned Parenthood leaders and activists protesting the court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which protected the constitutional right to abortion for nearly 50 years.

 

She was escorted away by U.S. Capitol Police while wearing a shirt that read “I will aid and abet abortion.” The 43-year-old subsequently posted footage of her arrest on Instagram, with a caption that called for peaceful protests.

Environmental Conditions in Some Areas Favoring Possible Anthrax Infections

Veterinarians and cattle producers are called on to be especially watchful for signs of anthrax in some regions this spring. The mix of drought and flooding across much of the country sets the stage for those areas with a history of the spore-forming bacteria to be at a heightened risk of exposure.

 

Gerald Stokka, North Dakota State University Extension veterinarian, told DTN the spores created by the bacteria Bacillus anthracis, are very hardy. They can survive for years under the right conditions, hatching and infecting susceptible cattle that come into contact with them.

 

"While it is relatively rare, there is a pattern to it, a geographical pattern," Stokka told DTN. "Where anthrax has occurred in the past, the risk is greater that it will occur again. Cattle ingest the spores, and now you have the potential for infection. So, if you or your neighbors have experienced anthrax in the past, there might be a greater risk this year for reinfection."

 

Stokka noted that often the only signs of anthrax infection are dead cattle. While cattle can die without signs of illness for a number of reasons, including lightning strikes, clostridial infections and toxicities, anthrax should always be considered a possible cause until it is ruled out.

Bloomberg reports that victims are fighting back by filing lawsuits in Federal courts:

 

Eight complaints filed in courthouses across the US over the last week allege that excessive exposure to platforms including Facebook and Instagram has led to attempted or actual suicides, eating disorders and sleeplessness, among other issues.

 

“These applications could have been designed to minimize potential harm, but instead, a decision was made to aggressively addict adolescents in the name of corporate profits,” attorney Andy Birchfield, a principal at Beasley Allen, the law firm that drafted the suits, said in a statement Wednesday.

 

The complaints add to a spurt of recent cases against Meta and Snap Inc., including some filed by parents whose children took their own lives. The litigation follows a former Facebook employee’s high-profile testimony in Congress that the company refused to take responsibility for harming the mental health of its youngest users.

 

One victim who is now 22, Naomi Charles, claims her young life was virtually destroyed and almost led to her taking her own life.

 

Meta “misrepresented the safety, utility, and non-addictive properties of their products,” according to the complaint in Miami federal court.

 

According to Bloomberg,

 

The claims in the suits include defective design, failure to warn, fraud and negligence. The complaints were filed in federal courts in Texas, Tennessee, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois and Missouri.

The Democratic primary for a Georgia county has been called into question after a hand count revealed the voting machines were off by thousands of ballots.

Marshall Orson, a Democratic DeKalb County school board member running for the county commission, asked the local elections board on Thursday to not certify the results as scheduled on Friday due to "numerous issues" with the race.

Orson asked for an "independent review" and a formal recount of the election in his letter to the board, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

"There is no rational basis for believing that there are not continuing issues with the results and the results should not be certified with the continuing existence of multiple substantive issues and concerns," Orson wrote. "Doing so would pose a substantial risk not only to the confidence the public will have in the overall election results from this race but could extend to the entire primary as well as the general election."

The initial Democratic primary results showed Orson winning for commission District 2 with Lauren Alexander in second place and Michelle Long Spears in third. This would have put Orson against Alexander in a runoff election.

However, Spears noticed that the results showed she received zero votes at most election precincts.

The secretary of state's office admitted late last month to making several programing mistakes in the ballot equipment that affected the final tally.

There was an attempted re-scan of the ballots in District 2, but ultimately a hand count was conducted, concluding around midnight on Memorial Day.

On Wednesday evening, the results of the hand count were released, showing former last-place candidate Spears now in first place and headed to a June 21 runoff against Alexander. Former first place candidate Orson was pushed to third place.

Spears gained about 2,600 votes from the original tally, while Alexander gained a few hundred, the Journal-Constitution reported. Orson lost about 1,600 votes from the original results.

The Dekalb County elections board is scheduled to certify the election results Friday afternoon.

Georgia has been the site of numerous election controversies following the 2020 presidential election.

For example, a complaint filed in April to the Georgia State Election Board claims that more than 300,000 ballots in the 2020 election were unreliably recorded in state's largest county of Fulton.

The formal procedure to join the Western military alliance is currently being discussed by Sweden and Finland with NATO authorities in Brussels. This would be a significant change from the Nordic nations' long-standing military nonalignment policies.

Last week, Erdogan declared victory after securing a 10-point agreement in which the two countries agreed to join Turkey's "fight against banned Kurdish militants and to quickly extradite suspects."

 

Turkey put the agreement to the test right away when it announced that it would seek the extradition of 12 suspects from Finland and 21 from Sweden. "We ask them to fulfill their promises," Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag said in a statement.

 

In response, Sweden insisted that any decision to extradite "Kurdish militants and coup plot suspects" to Turkey would be made by "independent courts".
