Neither my wife nor I are big Tom Cruise fans, so I was a little shocked when she suggested that we go see it. She said it got great reviews and the liberals hated it. So, thatโ€™s about the extent of what I knew before seeing it.

My Declaration transcribed two interviews, done in the presence of witnesses, of Daniel V. Hanley.

 

That the Tribune Company, parent of the Chicago Tribune, and their media empire, have been blackmailing Judge Manning by seeking to intervene, as of right they claimed, without publicity, in another one of Judge Manning's cases.

 

To point out that the Judge engaged in secret proceedings without notice, and censored and redacted court records, as part of an apparent cover-up.

 

 

As later determined, the Tribune Company wanted to pressure Judge Manning, and Coke's media buyer, MARY HANLEY, so Tribune would get more advertising bucks from Coca-Cola. With the merger with the Los Angeles Times, Tribune Company got more heavily in debt. Getting a big share of Coke's billion dollars a year advertising slush fund would help Tribune Company and their banks.

 

Prior to the show-down August 22 hearing, Judge Manning jumped the gun and rejected the Fraud Upon the Court Motion out of hand. The Judge issued a ruling loaded with what Dan Ivy later on August 22, described in court to her face, as her "judicial perjuries". Identified by Dan Ivy were how, to try to cover up and evade, the Fraud Upon the Court, involving the Judge herself, that she straight out lied.

 

 

The Judge falsely described the Motion as one to disqualify herself. No such thing in the Motion. Ivy confronted the Judge with a string of her lies. The Judge resisted allowing the witnesses against the reputed spy to be heard. The witnesses were all present in the courtroom.

 

Notice the time-line: Prior to the key hearing, Daniel V. Hanley informed Kolody that Hanley's sister, Coke media buyer Mary Hanley, is going out of the country, to Ireland.

 

 

Would she be available as a witness? Her testimony could scandalize her company, DDB advertising agency, in matters that involve both Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola. [More later.] Prior to the key hearing, in a business column 8/15/00, in the Chicago Tribune, it is announced that Mary Hanley of DDB Chicago has been elected Senior Vice President and is a group media director.

 

By the way, as Coke's media buyer, Mary Hanley has tremendous clout as to who in the mass media get part of Coke's billion dollars a year ad bucks.

 

After resisting hearing the witnesses, Judge Manning suddenly leaves the bench, presumably to get instructions from "higher ups". In the recess, six federal security patrol officers enter the Courtroom. An excuse supposedly is that the Judge will briefly divert a few minutes to sentence a jail-bird, in an orange prison jumpsuit, brought in through a side door.

A criminal is typically the person who wears a mask, but now the roles have been reversed, where the victims, us, subjected to the government's power have to wear a mask, all because the people in charge demand it and tell you to do it. They love their mandates, don't they? The mask mandate, which was supposedly there, by the way, to protect people from getting COVID, seems to be only there right now to protect the Left's power. A UK citizen who fought for the Ukrainian forces in Mariupol before surrendering in mid-April has told RT that he regrets his decision to fight for Kiev.

 

Aiden Aslin said the Western media had played a major role in convincing him to support the Ukrainian cause and eventually made him a โ€œpawnโ€ in a political game.

 

He was speaking to RT in an interview before a court in Donetsk sentenced him and two other foreigners to death on charges of acting as mercenaries and seeking to seize power by force in the Donetsk Peopleโ€™s Republic (DPR).

 

Aslin said he had followed the Ukrainian conflict since 2014 and was โ€œoriginally pro-Russianโ€ and โ€œpro-Donbass.โ€ He supported Crimeaโ€™s reunification with Russia and believes the people of Donbass have a right to independence.

 

โ€œMy views started to change after I started seeing media reports and stuff that was basically saying that it was not locals but the Russian soldiers that were doing everything [in Donbass],โ€ Aslin admitted, adding that he was watching CNN as well as BBC and Fox News. Since surrendering to the DPR militia, he has found that he has more in common with the Donbass soldiers than Ukrainians with whom he had fought.

The Briton said he even received threats from fighters of the infamous Azov Battalion, known for its neo-Nazi ideology. Aslin said he believed Azov had changed since being incorporated in the Ukrainian National Guard but eventually saw firsthand that โ€œthey have not changed much.โ€

President Zelensky cannot be trusted not to use weapons to attack targets in Russia, Moscow says

 

Ukraine cannot be trusted to abide by Washingtonโ€™s wishes and not use US-supplied rocket launchers against targets in Russia, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday. Kiev has a poor record on keeping its word, the official claimed.

 

Peskov was commenting on the US decision to provide Ukraine with HIMRAS multiple rocket launchers. US officials stated that the weapon systems would not be used against targets in Russia, arguing that this made Washington not a party to the Ukraine conflict.

 

Ukraineโ€™s President Volodymyr Zelensky pledged to honor the US assurances when he spoke to Newsmax.

 

โ€œWeโ€™re not interested in whatโ€™s happening in Russia,โ€ he promised in an interview published on Wednesday. โ€œWeโ€™re only interested in our own territory in Ukraine.โ€

 

When asked about the promise, Peskov said Russia didnโ€™t trust Zelensky to keep his word.

 

โ€œUnfortunately, such a thing is not what our experience suggests,โ€ he said. Zelensky has been breaking his word throughout his relatively short political career, โ€œstarting with his main election campaign promise to put an end to the war in southeastern Ukraine,โ€ Peskov said.

 

Zelensky, a former comedian, made a surprise switch to politics in January 2019, announcing his decision to run for president. He quickly gained momentum in the race, partly because he had played a character in a political comedy show, who took power in Ukraine by a chance and used it to take down entrenched corruption in the government while challenging global institutions like the International Monetary Fund.

 

The unorthodox candidate pledged to reconcile with rebel forces of the Donbass, who turned against the central government after the 2014 armed coup in Kiev. He received an unprecedented level of public support, scoring over 73% of votes in the second round face-off against incumbent President Petro Poroshenko.

 

Instead of delivering peace, Zelensky continued his predecessorโ€™s policies regarding the breakaway republics and openly refused to implement the Minsk agreements, an EU-brokered peace roadmap for the Donbass.

 

Considering the circumstances โ€œwe give no credit of trust to the Ukrainian side,โ€ Peskov said. Russia does not believe that the US was acting in good faith either, the Kremlin spokesman added.

 

โ€œThe US is pouring gasoline on the fire deliberately and with enthusiasm,โ€ and American arms supplies โ€œencourage the Ukrainian leadership not to resume peace talks,โ€ he said.

 

Peskov pledged that the Russian military will take precautions to minimize the potential threat posed to Russia by American missiles in Ukraineโ€™s possession.

Kevin Spacey plans to โ€œvoluntarily appearโ€ in U.K. court to defend himself against four charges of sexual assault, as well as one count of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent, which were authorized by British prosecutors last week.

โ€œThe CPS has authorized criminal charges against Kevin Spacey, 62, for four counts of sexual assault against three men,โ€ said Rosemary Ainslie, head of the special crime division of Britainโ€™s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), in a statement on Thursday. โ€œHe has also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent. The charges follow a review of the evidence gathered by the [London] Metropolitan Police in its investigation.โ€

During this time, Spacey served as artistic director of the Old Vic theater in Londonโ€™s Lambeth neighborhood, a title he retained from 2004 until 2015. According to Metropolitan Police, the alleged victim from the 2005 incidents is now in his 40s, while the two men involved in the alleged 2008 and 2013 episodes are now in their 30s.

The Oscar winner has faced multiple accusations of sexual misconduct, including that he sexually assaulted two minors in the U.S. One of the accusers was actor Anthony Rapp, who had named Spacey as his alleged abuser in 2017. (Spacey released a statement at the time apologizing to Rapp, but claiming he didnโ€™t remember the alleged incident.) In an ongoing 2020 lawsuit, Rapp and an anonymous man both claimed that Spacey made sexual advances toward them when they were 14. Spaceyโ€™s lawyers moved to dismiss the case in April, claiming a lack of evidence. The actor has been ensnared in additional stateside lawsuits involving his alleged sexual misconduct, including one in which he was accused of fondling an 18-year-old man in a restaurant in 2016 and one accusing him of groping and attempting to kiss a massage therapist before offering him oral sex during a massage. In addition to his planned appearance in a British courtroom, Spacey has two films slated for release, despite his cries of Hollywood exile. Conservatives are criticizing Fox News for airing a segment in honor of Pride month about a biological girl who started identifying as a boy at 5-years-old.

 

 

"I have appeared on Fox News many times. I appreciate the platform theyโ€™ve given me. If what Iโ€™m about to say ruins that relationship, so be it," Daily Wire commentator Matt Walsh tweeted in response to the Fox video. "We have to call this evil lunacy out wherever we see it. Especially on our own side."

 

 

He focused on the fact that Ryland Wittington, now 14, has "a permanently altered body" and is "condemned to live forever with an identity imposed as a small child."

 

 

Walsh also called for everyone involved in the story to be immediately fired.

 

 

Daily Wire CEO and co-founder Jeremy Boreing made a similar comment criticizing the segment in a response to Bryan Llenas, the Fox correspondent who lauded the family for their "extraordinary courage." The reporter also thanked the family and said, "people are afraid of what they do not understand."

 

 

"You are almost certainly going to be fired today. Who else deserves to lose their job?" Boreing commented.

 

 

Former Trump assistant and ex-Fox News contributor Sebastian Gorka tweeted, "FOX is pro-mutilation of children."

 

 

"The video would be absolute despicable insane lunacy if I saw it on CNN or MSNBC," Ben Shapiro of the Daily Wire wrote in an op-ed. "To see it on Fox News is a complete betrayal of anything remotely resembling conservatism or decency."

I've been doing some research with R vs W and I find one conflicting piece of information pretty curious.

Joshua Prager (who spent years getting to know Norma and family to write a book) when talking about whether Norma was paid to convert to Evangelical Christianity and present an anti-abortion stance, claims that she was never paid a cent and that he saw her taxes as proof.

 

Interestingโ€ฆ then why on her death bed did she claim she did receive money and the minister who claims to have been a part of the group who paid her eventually spoke out as well?

Now, I can't find much of a reason for Mr. Prager to lie, and so out of curiosity decided to Google and find more information on Rob Schnek. First thing I found interesting is that no matter what you Google, the only stories you'll find are about his "heroic" change in stance on abortion. But there's one fact on his movie's website and Wikipedia that told me everything I needed to know.

So we have Norma, a pretty unstable individual who lied about being raped in order to skirt abortion laws which led to her to being the plaintiff in a case that would change federal law to protect abortions through the Supreme Court.

And then we have Rob Schnek who works with top level government officials who has a huge sudden change of heart on abortion and confesses to paying Norma to read a script and claim to be anti-abortion. The same Norma who spent years with Joshua Prager and apparently showed/convinced him with what he considered proof that she wasn't paid a dime to speak out against abortion.

 

If you do enough digging, you can also find some statements from Sarah Weddington that she had to be careful with R v W because she didn't always feel like Norma was always telling the truth and had to be sure to only present information that she should could confirm.

 

The more I try to piece together the history of this case, the more sketched out I am about Norma in general. Something seems pretty off with her and her involvement in all of this. Oh, and at the end of it all, she got two book deals to tell her story. Why do they always get book deals? Something doesn't feel on the up-and-up here.

The police arrested a man from Zaandam on July 13 on suspicion of playing a key role in an international child pornography network. The court in Rotterdam recently remanded him into custody for 90 days, the police said on Wednesday.

The police launched this child pornography investigation, called 26Helston, in October last year after information from the United States that the suspect may be involved in an international child pornography network. The U.S. authorities believed that he formed part of a group responsible for establishing an online child pornography chat platform and several standalone child pornography websites.

The Dutch police investigated and found that the 46-year-old man had surrounded himself with heavy digital security. โ€œThat fits with the important role he fulfilled: the technical maintenance of one of the worldโ€™s leading internet forums where child sexual abuse material is shared.โ€

After getting permission from the Public Prosecution Service (OM) and the examining magistrate, the police used its legal hacking powers to secretly break into the manโ€™s devices. โ€œThis gave investigators a comprehensive picture of the extent of the suspectโ€™s criminal conduct,โ€ the police said. The police gained access to his files, illegal material in his possession, and actions he performed for the forum, which will be used as evidence in the case against him.

What other places do they have this at besides Perkins as their attempted explanation seems to imply that there are multiple other places? What access to FBI databases might have been given here? With barehand, mortal humans will receive poisoning or some crazy effect when touching raw cashew.

And it will take a lot of time and effort to โ€œcleanโ€ the cashew.

Both the cashew nut and the soft part (like pepper) can be eaten.

It is half fruit half nut.

How many other tree you known similar to cashew?

What about the egg?

The egg related to animals.

On October 4, Shapour Moinian, a defense contractor was charged in federal court for making false statements on his SF-86 in 2017 and again in 2020, with respect to his covert relationship with a Chinese national and their โ€œpaid client-consultantโ€ relationship. The Department of Justice (DOJ) notice, indicates that both the FBI and NCIS are continuing the investigation into Moinianโ€™s actions involving this individual and his providing information to China.

 

While the SF-86 Questionnaire for National Security Background Investigations contained falsehoods concerning his contact with foreign nationals and his engaging in consulting work, these charges appear to be the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

 

When arrested on October 1, Moinian was working for another cleared defense contractor and slated to โ€œrelocated to South Korea to work on military aircraft being produced for that country.โ€

 

FBI Special Agent, in Charge, Suzanne Turner observed, โ€œThis case serves as a stark reminder of the social media exploitation strategies Chinese intelligence agencies will utilize to target, recruit, and maintain contact with valuable foreign assets. Let this arrest serve as a deterrent to those who may consider hiding their foreign contacts in the hopes they can live a double-life and not get caught.โ€โ€ฆ.

The peoples of West Asia are today in the age of victories and major shifts in power that the people and resistance of Palestine, Lebanon, and the region are creating, Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh said on Sunday during a festival in Sidon, Lebanon.

In the case of any Israeli aggression on Gaza or occupied Palestine, Haniyeh said, 150 rockets will strike the Israeli occupation within five minutes.

 

"From the Lebanon of resistance, we will crush your dreams. You have no place in Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa; Al-Quds belongs to our Arab and Islamic Ummah," he told the Israelis.

 

Seif Al-Quds made a shift in the struggle

 

Haniyeh hailed Lebanon, its resistance, and its people, which he said have embraced the Palestinian people and accompanied them through pain and hope. "The normalizers and traitors see that Al-Aqsa is far away, and we see it as close."

 

"Following years of security cooperation and conspiracies from those far and near, Jenin is once again uprising and raising the banner of resistance," Haniyeh added in reference to the occupied West Bank. "Gaza, which is embargoed by land, sea, and air, has been in battles and wars, and it raised the sword of Al-Quds in the face of the occupation. Through its resistance and people, it is preparing for a strategic battle with ['Tel Aviv']."

 

"The battle of Seif Al-Quds caused a shift in the struggle against the Zionist enemy [โ€ฆ] the occupation, armed with all sorts of weapons, has the rockets of Al-Qassam [Brigades] and the resistance from Gaza falling over its head," Haniyeh stressed.

 

Al-Quds and the West Bank, he added, have fallen under the pressure of depriving the Palestinian people of their right to resistance and their land. "The people of the [West] Bank and Al-Quds have foiled the [Israeli] plans to divide Al-Aqsa Mosque."

 

The strategic choice for liberation is comprehensive military resistance

 

In his speech to Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, Haniyeh said: "Prepare yourselves; the return [to Palestine] is so close."

 

On the Lebanese energy resources, Haniyeh expressed "full solidarity with Lebanon against the Israeli attacks on its wealth" and stressed that "the enemy has no right whatsoever in Lebanon's water resources and wealth, just as it has no right in Palestine and its land," pledging "not to abandon the gas of Gaza, as it belongs to the people of Gaza."

 

The Hamas chief continued to say, "We never interfere in the affairs of Arab countries, and Lebanon will always be in the right place," stressing the need for "Lebanon's security and stability, as they are part of Palestine's."

 

The head of Hamas' Political Bureau pointed out that the movement "adheres to joint action with all national and Islamic forces here in Lebanon and is open to all options," adding that "the right to return is sacred and will never be waived, neither for resettlement nor for an alternative homeland." Haniyeh stressed that "this right is the most prominent one in our struggle with the enemy."

 

Haniyeh stressed that the most strategic choice for liberation is comprehensive resistance, especially armed resistance, stressing that "there is no alternative for Palestine but Palestine, and when we demand our brothers in Lebanon to improve the conditions of the people of the [refugee] camps, it comes in the form of a fraternal human right demand."

 

He concluded by saying, "We know that Lebanon never failed and will never fail the Palestinian refugees in its camps, especially that there are US attempts to place a spoke in UNRWA's wheels," noting that the UN organization bears witness that the Palestinian people do indeed want to return to their homeland.
