Anne Katherine Montminy, a daughter of Katherine A. MacLeod and John C. Montminy of Montreal, is to be married today on Martha's Vineyard to Daniel Sachs Goldman, a son of Susan Sachs Goldman of Washington and the late Richard W. Goldman. Rabbi Raphael J. Kanter will officiate at the summer home of the bridegroom's mother in Chilmark, Mass.
The bride, 27, will continue to use her own name professionally. As a member of the Canadian diving team at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney she won silver and bronze medals on the 10-meter platform. She graduated with a law degree from the University of Montreal. Last month, she received a Master of Laws degree in comparative jurisprudence from New York University. Her mother is a founding partner of Ebrahim MacLeod & Gervais, a Montreal law firm. The bride's father is a clerk in a dry-cleaning business in Montreal.
Mr. Goldman, 26, was until earlier this month a paralegal at Emery Cuti Brinckerhoff & Abady, a law firm in New York. He graduated from Yale and is to begin studying for a law degree in September at Stanford.
