The dates are out of order for the 2022 Nov. election.

 

Absentee Ballot processing goes in this order.

 

  1. Voter submits a request (application) for an absentee ballot.

  2. Clerk's office records receipt of the application, and verifies the voter is eligible to receive and ballot (accepted), and if not (rejected).

  3. Clerk's office THEN prints/mailing label (ballot issued date) and mails the absentee ballot. Clerk has to follow state statutes on when the ballot can be mailed (for example - no sooner than first day of early voting period, and no later than XX hours).

  4. Voter receives the absentee ballot, fills it out and mails it back.

  5. Clerk's office scans the bar code when it is returned (via mail, in person, or ballot drop box). That date is the ballot received date.

 

The problem here - this ballot was issued PRIOR to receipt of the application. Not possible.

 

There are a lot of other columns in the election software. In order for you to be allowed to vote in person AFTER an absentee ballot was issued, the absentee ballot has to be CANCELLED - in the software. (This one reflects cancelled in the first column).

 

But - a 2nd line would appear to show an in person ballot was cast…. that is missing.

 

You should request from the Secretary of State details of the absentee ballot information on file (basically same fields as above, plus additional fields that have comments). And request the date/time an in person ballot was issued to you.

 

After receipt - go to the local clerk's office with the same request. See if there are any "discrepancies".

California attorney general Rob Bonta (D.) is blaming car manufacturers for the spike in car thefts that has occurred on his watch.

 

In a letter to Hyundai and Kia, Bonta and 22 other attorneys general on Monday claimed the carmakers helped fuel a national car theft epidemic by not installing engine immobilizers to certain vehicle models. The letter notes that over the past two years, carjacking teens launched viral TikTok tutorials on how to override certain Kia and Hyundai security devices.

 

But Bonta has done little to offset his state’s rise in car thefts.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Department of the Air Force’s top civilian and military leaders spoke with defense experts and industry partners during the 14th Annual McAleese Defense Programs Conference March 15.

 

Attendees heard Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall, Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., and Chief of Space Operations Gen. Chance Saltzman speak on a range of topics, including the Department’s continued transformation toward the force of the future, the value of partnerships in support of the National Defense Strategy, and the funding needed to support these goals.

 

Kendall outlined the Department’s Fiscal Year 2024 budget proposal, which includes a five percent increase, and highlighted an increase for research and development spending.

 

“We can’t stay where we are. We have to move forward,” Kendall said. “There’s an overarching imperative, if you will, getting to the next generation and modernization of capabilities.”

 

The need to meet new and evolving threats is driving the Department’s recently published $215.1 billion budget proposal.

 

“We are transitioning to the future, and as we do that, we need think about the threat and where the Air Force needs to be,” Brown said of his service’s modernization plans. “We need to transition while supporting today’s operations.”

 

Saltzman spoke about how the Space Force continues to work with international partners to address threats. He also outlined how the service’s three lines of effort will maintain advantages in the space domain: Field combat-ready forces, Amplify the Guardian spirit, and Partner to win.

 

“Because of these advantages and our shared interest in the [space] domain, U.S. allies and international partners are eager for expanded collaboration with the Space Force, especially in areas that strengthen the effectiveness of coalition space operations and reinforce norms of responsible behavior in space,” said Saltzman. “In short, our capabilities, people, and partnerships make the Space Force the most formidable space organization on the planet.”

 

Saltzman was explicit in his remarks that he seeks to maintain U.S. advantages in space as China and Russia hasten their efforts to develop and field their own space capabilities. Similarly, Brown emphasized his continued focus on accelerating change to defend the homeland and maintain the U.S. Air Force’s position as the most capable and respected air force in the world.

 

In the final words of conference, Kendall stressed the critical need for a timely authorization of the budget to ensure the U.S. maintains its advantage over the pacing challenge.

 

“My biggest concern in this cycle is getting the authorization and funding that we need,” said Kendall. “If we do not get the authorization for another year, that is another year we give to China…in the advancement of technological superiority.”

 

Kendall closed the conference by stressing the importance of timely appropriations to maintain the seven operational imperatives he laid out more than a year ago, which aid in the deterrence of war and defeat of adversaries.

 

“This budget is necessary to be successful in the future and to meet the threats we see coming,” Kendall said.

Recently, The Daily Caller published a bombshell story involving The Red Cross that should’ve gotten a lot more attention than it did.

That’s why it was great to see respected filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza discussing the scandal on his podcast recently.

So, it turns out that The Red Cross is actually helping illegals make their way into the United States.

The Daily Caller piece claims The Red Cross is passing out “pamphlets” to migrants in Mexico, who are making their way over illegally.

The Daily Caller also reported the pamphlets include maps showing illegals the routes they can take to get to hotels and into US cities. In addition, they offer “how to” tips on surviving the illegal journey and even include birth control.

The American Red Cross has maps and guides for migrants to make the dangerous journeys to the U.S.-Mexico border, according to documents exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The map, which is part of a packet stamped with the International Committee of the Red Cross and American Red Cross logos, shows a list of resources, including hotels, clinics and shelters where migrants can get support in Mexico and Central America. The maps include clearly defined lines leading to cities along the U.S. border. The organization also has a guide to “self care” along the journey, which includes tips on how to survive the desert and disease, how to safely jump on trains, and how to obtain contraceptives.

Many are probably reading this and wondering why on earth would The Red. Cross do such a thing? Well, that answer may be found in all the government contracts and projects The Red Cross is involved with on behalf of illegals.

It appears that illegal immigration is a very lucrative business for The Red Cross.

The U.S. government tasks the American Red Cross, whose logo is on the guide for migrants south of the border, with allocating millions of dollars in taxpayer funds to support illegal migrants released into the country.

If we didn’t have a flood of illegals at the border and folks pouring into the US, The Red Cross would seemingly lose a lot of power and a great deal of money.

The American Red Cross sits on the board of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Food and Shelter Program and is tasked with allocating funding to nongovernmental groups supporting the illegal migrants. The FEMA program received $350 million from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in February; the American Red Cross is tasked, along with other NGOs, with allocating some of those funds to support migrants after they’ve crossed the southern border and are processed with a court date.

The organization is not only facilitating help for illegal migrants in the U.S., but appears to be helping migrants make their journeys far south of the border. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has recorded a record surge in illegal migration at the southern border, where federal authorities encountered more than 2.3 million migrants in fiscal year 2022 and more than 870,000 between October and January.

Cows and other ruminant animals emit methane in the process of digesting their food.

 

The mask goes around the cow’s head and captures the methane gas exhaled by the animal, oxidizing it and then releasing it into the air as carbon dioxide and water vapor, according to ZELP.

 

It also has sensors that continuously collect millions of data points on the animals that are processed by machine learning algorithms.

 

“Our AI is trained to detect heat, flag welfare conditions, and identify the most efficient animals with a high-level of accuracy,” ZELP said.

 

But critics, including third-generation farmer Howard Vlieger, said the Gates-funded venture is illogical and driven by greed.

In a move that surely pleases the FDA and pharmaceutical companies, Amazon decided last month to no longer sell nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), a molecule naturally occurring in all life forms and vital in longevity. On the cutting edge of lifespan research, Amazon’s decision to remove NMN products is unrelated to safety issues. Instead, it hinges on a recent FDA decision announcing that because NMN is under investigation by big pharma as a potential new drug, it can no longer be marketed as a supplement. With the FDA’s corruption in full view thanks to COVID, this isn’t the first time the agency has allowed pharmaceutical giants to turn natural ingredients into profitable drugs while banning the affordable supplement version.

Like many health-related choices tainted by government bureaucracy, there is, of course, a somewhat convoluted and complicated backstory behind how this can happen. But to be brief, the FDA can remove a healthy natural product from store shelves because of the preclusion provision of Section 201 (ff) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. This provision states that before a company can market any “new dietary ingredient” (NDI)—which means any ingredients that weren’t sold “in or as a supplement” before 1994—it must first submit a notification to the FDA with studies proving its safety. Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has bristled over his government being accused by the US State Department of human rights abuses, dismissing his country’s neighbors to the north as “liars.”

President Joe Biden’s administration claimed there were credible reports of unlawful killings by Mexican authorities, as well as forced disappearances, torture and otherwise inhumane treatment of civilians. Dr. Navarro shared the following at his substack channel.

 

Fed Chair Powell is keeping Joe Biden’s bailout promise in two ways: one by opening the Fed’s discount window and two through something called the Bank Term Funding Program. Distressed banks can take out 90 day loans from the Fed through the discount window and up to a year through the new program. And here is the kicker:

 

In the past, the Fed’s discount window has fulfilled the Fed’s function as “lender of last resort,” but in the past if a bank needed to borrow money, it had to provide collateral, typically in the form of government bonds. But, to ensure that it would get paid back, the Fed would discount how much it would actually give back in the same way that a pawnshop will take a valuable item from you and give you cash but not enough cash to cover the full value of the item in case you don’t come back for it.

 

In this case, however, the Fed is providing not just the full value of the bonds but the face value of the bonds. Remember here that the banking system is in crisis because in a period of rising interest rates and therefore falling bond prices, their bond holdings have lost value. Therefore they have what’s called “unrealized losses.” If they can hold the bonds to maturity, they do not have to accept the loss; but with depositors leaving their banks in droves, many had been forced to liquidate and that is the cause the ensuing credit crunch and crisis.

 

So, what the Fed is offering again is not just the value of the bond at this point in time with its unrealized losses but rather the full face value of the bond; and any bank in this country no matter how minor or severe the crisis would be a fool not to go to the discount window and get rid of any bonds they need to. That’s right, that’s exactly what is happening. They are not going there for loans. They’re going there simply to dump the bonds off, default on the bonds, and leave the Fed holding that bag on its balance sheet.

 

Just last week, America’s banks collectively sucked $164.8 billion out of the Fed’s discount window, which blew past the record of $111 billion established in the heat of the 2007-2008 crash. Yes, this is how serious this one is.

 

Dr. Navarro also shared with Steve Bannon on the War Room, the following money quote –

I want to bring something positive to the board tonight. I went to visit a friend of nearly 40 yrs today at the University of Chicago Medical Center who is in the ICU waiting on a heart transplant. He has been there for a couple of weeks and this was my second visit to see him and try to uplift his spirits. When I arrived I walked in and he was having his vitals checked and then the nurse left. He then smiled and said that his heart came in and his surgery will happen either tonight or tomorrow morning. He told me that he had been trying to stay strong for his family and had been worried mostly about them this whole time but this morning he decided to pray to God and ask that he save him and help him to receive a new heart. Within the next 10 to 15 minutes he said a doctor walked in a told him a heart became available. We bith believe God answered his prayer almost immediately. True story. DOJ-Employed Attorney Secretly Met with Chinese Ambassador

 

A mostly glossed-over scandal shows how Chinese Communist Party (CCP) influence is wielded through the justice system in America, in order to peddle America Last economic interests as well as destroy the free speech rights of dissidents.

One major detail in this story is how Higginbotham met with the Chinese Ambassador to the United States Cui Tiankai, acting not as an official doing the business of the United States but rather as a well-paid pawn of a CCP-led conspiracy to expel a legitimate refugee whose core freedoms are under attack and life is being threatened by an authoritarian regime.

 

The meeting between Higginbotham and Cui, the details of which have not been disclosed to the public, (or not widely known), was such a success in the eyes of the CCP infiltrators that “tens of millions of dollars” were moved from a Chinese company to bank accounts controlled by their U.S. pawns.

 

It was a total of $3 billion that went into this scheme, and it reached the highest levels of the federal apparatus.

 

According to the plea document signed by Higginbotham, he received “approximately $41 million” in his escrow account that “would be released in the event the lobbying campaign was successful” in having Guo booted from the United States and sent to China to be tortured by CCP apparatchiks in a modern Gulag.

Look at the year of the application for 2022. Virginia has an option to request absentee each year OR ongoing for future years until cancelled. I must have checked the box for the election in 2021 to also receive it in 2022.
