Restaurant Brands International went on to acquire Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. in 2017 for $1.8 billion, and Firehouse Restaurant Group Inc. for $1.0 billion in 2021.[17][18] 3G Capital Co-Managing Partner Daniel Schwartz who served as CFO (Jan. 2011 to Mar. 2013), COO (Mar. 2013 to Jun. 2013), and CEO (Jun. 2013 to Jan. 2019) is credited for turning around Burger King and later growing the Restaurant Brands International holding group.[19][20][21]After stepping down as CEO, Daniel Schwartz went on to serve as Co-Chairman of the Board alongside Alex Behring from 2019 to 2021 and both continue to serve on the Board of Directors today.[22][19]

New Jersey Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver, who made history as the first Black woman to serve as speaker of the state Assembly, died Tuesday. She was 71.

TRENTON, New Jersey – Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver, who rose to become one of New Jersey's most prominent Black leaders and passionately advocated for revitalizing cities and against gun violence, died Tuesday after a sudden illness. She was 71.

No cause of death was given, according to a statement from her family issued by Gov. Phil Murphy 's office. Oliver was serving as acting governor while Murphy and his family are on vacation in Italy. His office said she had been hospitalized on Monday.

Murphy said he and his family are distraught at the news. Naming Oliver as his lieutenant governor was, he said, "the best decision I ever made."

In contrast to her predecessor, who rarely appeared alongside Gov. Chris Christie, Oliver regularly stood at Murphy's side and signed several bills into law while serving as acting governor.

In 2021 while unveiling tighter gun legislation alongside Murphy, Oliver's voice cracked as she lamented the gun violence that disproportionately affected cities in the state and lamented what she suggested was runaway gun violence.

"We are tired of funerals and memorials," Oliver said. "Growing up in Newark, I tell young people I could go to any section of this city by myself or with my friends. Our young people cannot do that today."

It is part of the consciousness raising and you paying attention to your thoughts, words and actions. Everyone of these things affects your frequency and your consciousness. When you say or do something that is residual from the material world you cannot just pass it off and say, “Oh, that’s just some thing I used to say or do.” No! You are learning that you are responsible for everything. This is why you want to focus on higher thoughts, words and actions. You do not want to lift a finger to feed the old world, for that will not serve the light.

What serves the light is where you are focusing and how joy is what you are feeling in your heart. This is a clue to finding your way to bliss and living that way.

Pay attention to every moment. At times you may feel like you are daydreaming because you’re off in the quantum field somewhere. Perhaps you are in another universe, or another dimension, because many of you are not consciously residing in the material world even though you are physically present. I’m sure some of you know what I am talking about.

Some of you are feeling the beautiful Christed energies that are now being activated and anchored into the Earth like they were 2000 years ago. You are feeling this love and you are experiencing the truth that goes along with the love. This is a familiar feeling because many of you were present at that time and vowed to come back to finish the job.

So what would finishing the job look like? Perhaps you want to tune in and get a sense of that for yourself? It means that you would all be in the New Earth reality, living from your hearts, in your mastery, remembering who you truly are and what you came to the Earth to do. 34,000 Illegal 2020 Election Ballots Found in Michigan during Forensic Study

Tens of thousands of illegal ballots have been found in Detroit, Michigan during an explosive criminal forensic study into the 2020 election results.

Specklin Forensics, a national expert in criminal forensics, completed an investigation into the 2020 election in Michigan and published a report on its findings.

The organization found further evidence of chronic, systemic voter fraud, according to the report.

The fraud exposed was especially among absentee ballots in the controversial 2020 election.

The firm has wide national experience testifying in criminal trials.

During its investigation, Specklin Forensics was allowed limited access to the 2020 ballots in Wayne County, which covers Detroit.

Forensic investigators found:

A significant number of absentees in different precincts illegally had no signed ballot application. Many absentee ballots had no request whatsoever, in the two primary precincts examined the rates of illegal ballots were 12% and 20%.

Absentee ballots often had a lighter tone and shade to the printing. The Detroit clerks even commented to the Specklin team that the type of paper felt different.

If the numbers of absentees missing a ballot request are extrapolated out to the rest of Wayne County, Specklin reports, “with approximately 170,000 AV ballots, the range at 8%-20% would be 13,600 to 34,000 ballots with no application requesting the ballot.”

Speckin Forensics says it was hired to “examine and recount the ballots, envelopes, totals tapes, record books, and other documents” from the 2020 election in Detroit.

The investigation included all 134 Absent Voter Counting Boards (AVCBs) and all 503 precincts.

The firm’s team spent a month from April 17th to May 17th at the Detroit Department of Elections, where they were permitted to view, but not touch the ballots.

The DOE staff handled all ballots and assisted in the counting process.
