A website for Georgia's Fulton County on Monday briefly listed what appeared to be criminal charges against Donald Trump, with the county's district attorney expected to indict the former president as soon as Tuesday.

Reuters reported on a list of several criminal charges to be brought against Trump including ones on state racketeering, conspiracy to commit false statements and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer. However, prosecutors say Trump had not been indicted in the probe of the 2020 presidential election.

A Fulton County grand jury began hearing from witnesses at about noon Monday.

The wire service also published a copy of the document listing the charges before it was removed from the site.

A spokesperson for county District Attorney Fani Willis said the report of charges being filed was “inaccurate” but declined further comment, according to the Associated Press.

‘Rich Men North of Richmond’ Is Authentic Voice of PopulismAP

Oliver Anthony’s beautiful, angry song about the people who run roughshod over ordinary Americans and seek to control their lives is the clearest expression of populism since Donald Trump used his own voice to reshape the Republican Party.

Although the title refers to “rich men” and makes a great rhyme, it is also a screed against control by unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats, who live in Washington and its wealthy Northern Virginia and Maryland suburbs. “They all just want to have total control.” It is a powerful hymn to the forgotten, put-upon working man, sung with a full-throated, gravelly voice and accompanied solely by Anthony’s acoustic, resonator guitar.

The lyrics are as moving and authentic as Anthony’s voice. There’s a reason his song has become the most downloaded one on the Internet.

Whatever you think about populism, left or right, the lyrics are worth paying attention to. In those three minutes, you’ll learn more about the anti-Washington grievances than in hours of reading erudite analysis by journalists who visited flyover country from their homes in Georgetown, Cambridge, and newly fashionable Brooklyn.

A Georgia prosecutor, District Attorney Fani Willis, has been probing whether Trump and his allies illegally sought to overturn the state's 2020 election results and has been expected to seek an indictment from a grand jury this week.

If Trump is charged in Georgia, it would mark his fourth indictment in less than five months, and the second to arise from his efforts to overturn his loss to Joe Biden's in the 2020 presidential election.

The Fulton County clerk's office could not immediately be reached for comment on the docket report. Representatives for the county and Trump also could not be immediately reached for comment.

The two-page document cites the "Violation Of The Georgia Rico (Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations) Act," "Solicitation Of Violation Of Oath By Public Officer," "Conspiracy To Commit False Statements and Writings" and "Conspiracy To Commit Forgery in the First Degree," among other charges listed.

HECO moves to install controversial smart meters

Hawaiian Electric Co. is moving forward with plans to install controversial smart meters in homes across the state.

HECO says the high-tech models will improve reliability, provide customers with more control over their energy bills and allow the company to integrate more renewable energy sources into its grid.

But critics are worried about potential health risks, loss of privacy and increased costs.

"You add billions of dollars to their rate base. They'll be making profit on all of that but it's not clear yet whether the consumer will benefit from it," said Henry Curtis, executive director of the nonprofit Life of the Land.

The new smart meters will replace hundreds of thousands of odometer-like meters that are manually read monthly by HECO employees.

These new meters rely on wireless technology to transmit customers' billing information to HECO offices and service trucks and allow customers to review their electrical usage on a real-time basis, allowing them to make adjustments when costs rise.

But some critics worry about the health risks of being bombarded daily by these electromagnetic signals.

"The smart meters are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The body has no defenses to cope with low level radiation," said Lihue resident Natan Kauakahi.

Utilities say that the health risks are relatively minor and are less than using a microwave.

Kauakahi is one of hundreds of customers on Kauai that Kauai Island Utility Cooperatives efforts to install smart meters on the Garden Island. Several lawsuits have been filed, prompting KIUC to allow consumers to opt out of the program.

HECO says it plans to offer customers a similar opt-out provision but declined to provide details. It also declined to provide any cost estimates on the program.

"Be assured that we will provide details when HECO asks the Public Utilities Commission to review a specific proposal to carry out this project," the company said in an email.

Life of the Land's Curtis says he's worried about the lack of detail.

"They've taken what appears to be a very high level bird's eye view of where they are going minus the details," he said.

"Without the details, you shouldn't be spending a billion dollars."

HECO and KIUC are part of an industry wide trend toward adopting smart meter technology but that technology has received resistance from thousands of consumers around the country.

In California, Pacific Gas & Electric Co. received thousands of complaints about rising electricity bills and health dangers when it rolled out its $2.2 billion program in 2006.

Many elderly customers on fixed incomes said their monthly electricity bills soared when smart meters were installed in their homes. Marin County moved to ban these meters due to the health risks, a move that's favored by some isle residents.

"The smart meter transmits over 90,000 to 100,000 times daily," said Lihue resident Kauakahi.

"The human body cannot take that amount of radiation and regain it's natural health."

I actually read The Great Reset.

Aside from it being so painfully dry and horribly written it took me 3 months to read it when I would normally read a book that length in an afternoon, it lays out exactly what their plan is. Here's it is in a nutshell:

The WEF want to bring in a global government with sprawling technological tracking and surveillance systems, and their plan is to do it through the UN and WHO.

They call this new system "stakeholder capitalism", which is really just a redressed term for fascism. They literally tell us stakeholder capitalism is a merger of corporations and government, which is fascism by definition.

They're doing this through a grading system called ESG, which they're forcing all companies to comply with via firms like Vanguard and BlackRock. Through ESG companies will either be granted or denied funding depending on their score. Vanguard and BlackRock control the money and can therefore dictate which companies thrive and which die off.

It's not a conspiracy. They told us themselves. It just so happens we're not as stupid as they think we are so they have to gaslight us in order to make us believe we're crazy.

Sean Spicer is launching a new show — The Sean Spicer Show — ahead of the primaries and general election, where he plans to share views “inside the race for the nomination like no one else can.”

The Sean Spicer Show will debut August 21, and the first episode will take place at the location of the first Republican primary debate, two days prior to the highly anticipated event in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

“There is a huge election coming up. And man, is it going to be wild!” Spicer said in a promo for the new show, expressing confidence that Republicans can “hold the House, take back the Senate, and recapture the White House” moving forward.

“But the left has total control of corporate media. The left-wing talking points are out, and media, man, are they falling in line,” Spicer lamented, later emphasizing that “they will circle the wagons to protect themselves.”

“We need to know the rules of the game, and that’s why I’m here. I’ve spent decades in public service and the media. I know how the system works and how to use it,” he said, making a promise to his viewers.

“I will let you in on everything I know, and I’m talking every single trick in the book. I’m going to give you a front row seat free of charge to the debates, the conventions, the primaries and caucuses, and take you inside the race for the nomination like no one else can,” Spicer said.
