Health Canada on Thursday confirmed the presence of DNA contamination in Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines and also confirmed that Pfizer did not disclose the contamination to the public health authority.

 

In what one scientist described as an “admission of epic proportions,” Health Canada on Thursday confirmed the presence of DNA contamination in Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines, and also confirmed that Pfizer did not disclose the contamination to the public health authority.

 

The DNA contamination includes the Simian Virus 40 (SV40) promoter and enhancer Pfizer did not previously disclose and that some experts say is a cancer risk due to potential integration with the human genome.

 

Health Canada, the country’s public health authority, told The Epoch Times that while Pfizer provided the full DNA sequences of the plasmid in its vaccine at the time of the initial submission, the vaccine maker “did not specifically identify the SV40 sequence.”

My daughter, Ivanka, was released from this Fake Letitia James case by the Court of Appeals, but this Trump Hating, Unhinged Judge, who ruled me guilty before this Witch Hunt Trial even started, couldn’t care less about the fact that he was overturned. I also won on Appeal on Statute of Limitations, but he refuses to accept their decision. I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me. This case should have never started, but now must be dismissed. Financial Statements were LOW, NOT HIGH, had a 100% Disclaimer Clause, Banks were fully paid, “on time, on schedule,” with never even a minor default, there was NO VICTIM, EXCEPT ME. Any other Judge in the Country would have thrown this case out on day one. He’s an out of control “Nut Job,” who fined me $10,000 over a ridiculous Gag Order so that the publicity for the day would take over from the fact that Racist James and the Judge’s Star Witness admitted LYING TO CONGRESS on the stand -CASE OVER!

My working assumption is that US Senator Chris Murphy runs these little messaging campaigns for the White House.

 

He helped Obama/Biden ostracise MBS in order to further the realignment with Iran. He’s now bringing pressure on Israel for the same purpose.

JPMorgan Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon and his family are planning to sell 1 million shares of the bank starting next year, according to a regulatory filing

 

Jamie Dimon will do something he has never done before in nearly two decades as the head of JPMorgan Chase & Co. - sell shares in the company.

 

The top executive of the nation's largest bank will sell 1 million shares starting next year, according to a regulatory filing this week.

 

JPMorgan sought to reassure investors that the stock sale is not a matter of concern.

 

“Mr. Dimon continues to believe the company’s prospects are very strong and his stake in the company will remain very significant,” the filing said.

 

Dimon and his family currently hold about 8.6 million shares of the bank.

 

And JPMorgan has become a titan under Dimon's leadership.

 

Dimon became CEO of JPMorgan in January 2006 and added on the chairman role a year later. The value of the bank, with $3.2 trillion in assets, has tripled during Dimon's tenure, and it now as a market capitalization of more than $409.1 billion, according to FactSet.

 

The value of JPMorgan's shares have also tripled in that time and they are up another 10% in the past year.

 

The New York bank reported a 35% surge in profits during its most recent quarter, fueled by a rapid rise in interest rates.

 

Dimon has also come to be considered a powerful and frank voice on Wall Street. He issued a sobering statement about the current state of world affairs and economic instability.

 

When the bank posted another blockbuster earnings report two weeks ago, Dimon warned, "This may be the most dangerous time the world has seen in decades.”

 

Dimon laid out a laundry list of major issues: the Russia-Ukraine War, the new war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, high levels of government debt and deficits, high inflation, as well as the tight labor market, where worker demands for increased wages have led to high-profile strikes in manufacturing and entertainment.

 

Shares of JPMorgan Chase & Co. closed Friday down $5.07, or 3.6% at $135.69.

Executive Order 12866

Executive Order 12866

Though the term "effect" is crucial for determining the likelihood that a rule is economically significant, the term was not internally defined. Rather, all interpretative determinations critical to implementation were delegated to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) within the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).[8]

Procedure

Executive Order 12866 provides for a centralized review conducted on behalf of the President by OIRA(the same agency directed by Congress to implement the Paperwork Reduction Act). This alignment of Executive and statutory functions enhances the efficiency of Executive office oversight because virtually every rule contains information collection requirements.

Under Executive Order 12866, the procedure for determining whether a draft rule is significant(and thus subject to OIRA review) or economically significant (and thus subject to the requirement to prepare a Regulatory Impact Analysis), begins with agencies preparing entries to the semi-annual Unified Regulatory Agenda,[9] which OIRA reviews before publication in the Federal Register, along with each agency’s Regulatory Plan.[10] Agencies are required to engage in prior consultation with both private and public stakeholders before drafting notices of proposed rulemaking, and ensuring that they have at least 60 days for public comment.[11]

Agencies are required to provide to OIRA comprehensive lists of planned regulatory actions, including agencies’ provisional determinations of whether each action is significant.[12] Drafts of significant regulatory actions must be transmitted to OIRA for review, along with assessments of their potential costs and benefits.[13] For economically significant regulatory actions, agencies also must provide OIRA with a Regulatory Impact Analysis.[14] After OIRA review is completed and each draft proposed or final rule is published in the Federal Register, agencies are required to make all analyses public and “[i]dentify for the public, in a complete, clear, and simple manner, the substantive changes between the draft submitted to OIRA for review and the action subsequently announced; and … those changes in the regulatory action that were made at the suggestion or recommendation of OIRA."[15]

OIRA may return a draft rule to an agency "for further consideration of some or all of its provisions," accompanying any return with "a written explanation … setting forth the pertinent provision of [Executive Order 12866] on which OIRA is relying."[16]

The reach of Executive Order 12286 was extended in 2011 to require agencies to conduct retrospective reviews of existing regulations.[17]

Executive Order 12866 concludes with a statement “This Executive order is intended only to improve the internal management of the Federal Government and does not create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at lawor equity by a party against the United States, its agencies or instrumentalities, its officers or employees, or any other person.”OMB does block or require further changes to a handful of rules every year.

The report by Tasnim News Agency comes as the Pentagon has moved additional military assets into the Middle East

 

Several thousand US troops have taken part in Israel’s ground operation in Gaza, the Iran-based Tasnim News Agency reported on Saturday. The Pentagon has recently announced plans to significantly reinforce its military presence in the Middle East amid the Israel-Hamas conflict and tensions with Iran.

 

According to the agency’s security sources, Israel’s assault on Gaza involved three divisions and several brigades and was also underpinned by 5,000 US military personnel. The outlet, however, did not provide any details about which troops took part in the offensive or what functions they performed.

 

Tasnim said that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) attempted to enter the enclave from several areas in the north, west, and southwest “to split the Gaza Strip into two or three sections and cut off the connection among the Palestinian resistance forces before launching the next stage of the war.” The agency did not specify what results the Israeli military had achieved so far.

 

However, Hamas said on Saturday that it had managed to thwart Israel’s assault, claiming to have repelled it with heavy losses. Meanwhile, the IDF stated that it was “advancing through the stages of the war” in Gaza, with fighting still ongoing. It noted that no soldiers had been injured in the “expanded” ground operations.

 

After Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel on October 7, the US military scrambled to reinforce its presence in the region. The Pentagon has sent two aircraft carriers with supporting vessels to the area, as well as “activated the deployment” of THAAD and Patriot air defense systems.

 

Last week, it also said it had ordered more than 2,000 additional troops to prepare to deploy in support of Israel in its conflict with Hamas. On Thursday, it said that it would deploy 900 soldiers to the Middle East. US officials, however, insisted, that none of the troops would go to Israel, and are rather “intended to support regional deterrence efforts and further bolster US force protection capabilities.”

 

The decision to send reinforcements also came as the US conducted airstrikes on two facilities in eastern Syria allegedly used by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and affiliated groups. US President Joe Biden said it was a response to recurring attacks on US forces in Iraq and Syria. Tehran maintains that militant groups in those countries are acting independently.
