Saw an unusual sprite tonight, one of those green meteors, but the problems was it was flying to low and too slow, with a tail length of 1/5 it's size; which is quite small for a meteor or shooting star, plus it was flying at cloud level. A short while after that, I took the dog out and had to give him the Heimlich maneuver from chocking which is not too unusual.
