"Remember, remember, the 5th of November"

 

"Good evening, London. Allow me first to apologize for this interruption. I do, like many of you, appreciate the comforts of the everyday routine, the security of the familiar, the tranquility of repetition. I enjoy them as much as any bloke. But in the spirit of commemoration - whereby those important events of the past, usually associated with someone's death or the end of some awful bloody struggle, are celebrated with a nice holiday - I thought we could mark this November the fifth, a day that is sadly no longer remembered, by taking some time out of our daily lives to sit down and have a little chat.

 

There are, of course, those who do not want us to speak. I suspect even now orders are being shouted into telephones and men with guns will soon be on their way. Why? Because while the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there?

 

Cruelty and injustice…intolerance and oppression. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance, coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission. How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those who are more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable. But again, truth be told…if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

 

I know why you did it. I know you were afraid. Who wouldn't be? War. Terror. Disease. There were a myriad of problems which conspired to corrupt your reason and rob you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you and in your panic, you turned to the now High Chancellor Adam Sutler. He promised you order. He promised you peace. And all he demanded in return was your silent, obedient consent.

 

Last night, I sought to end that silence. Last night, I destroyed the Old Bailey to remind this country of what it has forgotten. More than four hundred years ago, a great citizen wished to embed the fifth of November forever in our memory. His hope was to remind the world that fairness, justice and freedom are more than words - they are perspectives. So if you've seen nothing, if the crimes of this government remain unknown to you, then I would suggest that you allow the fifth of November to pass unmarked. But if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek…then I ask you to stand beside me, one year from tonight, outside the gates of Parliament. And together, we shall give them a fifth of November that shall never, ever, be forgot!"

  1. How will you handle the so-called deep state “wolves in MAGA hats” circling your transition team, posing as MAGA to obtain powerful positions in a prospective Trump administration? After all, personnel is policy.

In your previous administration, you appointed figures like Mike Pompeo, John Bolton, William Barr (former CIA), Robert O’Brien, Nikki Haley, and Elliott Abrams, who often opposed your “America First” rhetoric, especially on foreign policy and freedom of speech. If elected again, can you assure that these individuals, or others like Tom Cotton and Marco Rubio—both funded by arms companies—will not hold positions in your administration?

 

  1. Many of these individuals have not only opposed your policies but have actively worked against you, even putting their weight behind your prosecution. For instance, Mike Pompeo accused you of keeping classified documents, suggesting that doing so endangered U.S. soldiers. He also directed the CIA to draw up plans to assassinate Julian Assange, suppressed the release of JFK files at the CIA’s request, and claimed, “There is no deep state at the CIA.” What is your stance toward those who merely feign support for MAGA?

 

  1. Many of these former officials have now cashed in and make substantial profits from lobbying for arms companies, banks, and foreign corporations. For example, Pompeo founded American Global Strategies, which advises arms companies, joined the Israeli disinformation and censorship company Cyabra, and took positions with Japanese steel firm Nippon Steel (lobbying to increase foreign steel imports to the U.S.) and arms company DYNE Maritime (seeking AUKUS-related contracts). He even launched his own military-industrial investment bank, Impact Investments, and, like Hunter Biden, joined the board of a Ukrainian company, Kievstar, despite lacking relevant experience. While Pompeo’s case may be extreme, others have similarly lucrative roles. Will you ban appointments for those who have financial incentives to start wars, or increase mass surveillance and censorship?

 

  1. A growing faction within the Republican Party and among independents advocates for a foreign policy less driven by CIA influence and arms industry profits. Figures like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard have called for increased oversight of the CIA and reduced foreign interventions.

 

However, personnel is policy. Will “swamp” insiders flatter their way into influential roles and take control of your administration, reducing MAGA to mere rhetoric?

Widespread Voting Issues Reported in Cambria and Other Counties in Pennsylvania on Election Morning

 

Election Day in Pennsylvania has been marred by a wave of voting machine malfunctions and ballot scanning problems.

 

Reports from multiple counties, particularly Cambria and Bedford, reveal that voting issues are leaving countless voters frustrated as they attempt to exercise their rights in this crucial election.

 

Early Tuesday morning, voters across Cambria County and nearby Bedford County were met with malfunctioning voting machines unable to scan their ballots. According to 6 News, voters reported machines freezing and failing to recognize cast ballots.

 

At some precincts, election officials resorted to placing completed paper ballots in lock boxes, intending to scan them later once the technical issues are resolved. In other areas, frustrated voters were instructed to return later in the day when the machines were expected to be back online.

Electronic vote tabulators failed to function for about an hour this morning in Beaver Township, Bay County, Michigan. The machines appear to have been down for about an hour before election officials were able to get them working again.

Post-Election Truths: The Things That Won’t Change (No Matter Who Wins)

 

Despite whoever is chosen to reside in the Oval Office, the entrenched bureaucracy that is the deep state will remain the same.

After months of handwringing and mud-slinging and fear-mongering, the votes have finally been cast and the outcome has been decided: the Deep State has won.

 

Despite the billions spent to create the illusion of choice culminating in the reassurance ritual of voting for Donald Trump or Kamala Harris, when it comes to most of the big issues that keep us in bondage to authoritarian overlords, not much will change.

 

Despite all of the work that has been done to persuade us to buy into the fantasy that things will change if we just elect the “right” political savior, the day after a new president is sworn in, it will be business as usual for the unelected bureaucracy that actually runs the government.

 

War will continue. Drone killings will continue. Surveillance will continue. Censorship of anyone who criticizes the government will continue. The government’s efforts to label dissidents as extremists and terrorists will continue. Police shootings will continue. SWAT team raids will continue. Highway robbery meted out by government officials will continue. Corrupt government will continue. Profit-driven prisons will continue. And the militarization of the police will continue.

 

These problems have persisted—and in many cases flourished—under both Republican and Democratic administrations in recent years.

 

The outcome of this year’s election changes none of that.

 

Indeed, take a look at the programs and policies that will not be affected by the 2024 presidential election, and you’ll get a clearer sense of the government’s priorities, which have little to do with representing the taxpayers and everything to do with amassing money, power and control.

 

The undermining of the Constitution will continue unabated. America’s so-called war on terror, which it has relentlessly pursued since 9/11, has chipped away at our freedoms, unraveled our Constitution and transformed our nation into a battlefield, thanks in large part to such subversive legislation as the USA Patriot Act and National Defense Authorization Act. These laws—which completely circumvent the rule of law and the constitutional rights of American citizens, re-orienting our legal landscape in such a way as to ensure that martial law, rather than the rule of law, our U.S. Constitution, becomes the map by which we navigate life in the United States—will continue to be enforced.

 

The government’s war on the American people will continue unabated. “We the people” are no longer shielded by the rule of law. While the First Amendment—which gives us a voice—is being muzzled, the Fourth Amendment—which protects us from being bullied, badgered, beaten, broken and spied on by government agents—is being disemboweled. Consequently, you no longer have to be poor, black or guilty to be treated like a criminal in America. All that is required is that you belong to the suspect class—that is, the citizenry—of the American police state. As a de facto member of this so-called criminal class, every U.S. citizen is now guilty until proven innocent. The oppression and injustice—be it in the form of shootings, surveillance, fines, asset forfeiture, prison terms, roadside searches, and so on—will come to all of us eventually unless we do something to stop it now.

Electronic Tabulators Failed in Michigan This Morning.

 

Electronic vote tabulators failed to function for about an hour this morning in Beaver Township, Bay County, Michigan. The machines appear to have been down for about an hour before election officials were able to get them working again.

 

A local woman, speaking with social media personality Dave Bondy, first reported the issue. “She said the election worker told her the vote tabulator machine went down. She and others who were voting gave their ballots to the worker who assured them the vote would be counted,” Bondy wrote on X (formerly Twitter). He added: “She was also told the worker was calling txhe County Clerk to troubleshoot the issue with the machine.”

The MSM will do their usual psy-ops of claiming that Election Day is rainbows and sunshine for Democrats, but I am giving you a guideline as to the concrete numbers to watch.

 

The consensus of EV X is that Trump has roughly tied the early voting in 6 out of 7 battleground states - Pennsylvania being the exception. This is not driven by overperformance in Republican voting; rather, this is driven by a steep decline in Democratic turnout.

 

And the 270-Electoral Vote question becomes: "Will these missing Democrats show up on Election Day?"

 

This makes Election Day data watching almost absurdly simple - if Republicans have a decently red Election Day, they should win! And the more red Election Day is, the better the odds Republicans have. On the other hand, if Democrats have a blue Election Day, they win - full stop.

 

There are three known states that will be giving out turnout updates.

 

  1. Florida will post continuous live updates on turnout.

  2. Georgia will post hourly updates in theory.

  3. Nevada will post turnout data at 10 AM and 2 PM.

 

Of all these three states, Florida will be the one to watch when polls open at 7 AM ET. That's less than seven hours away as of writing! And you can watch it right at https://joeisdone.github.io/florida/ . Toggle the "Election Day votes only" option.

 

While Florida is not a competitive state,Florida will give valuable insights as to whether Election Day portends to red voter behavior or not.

 

My instincts say that a comfortable win would be in sight would be if the Advantage Trump - when the "Election Day votes only" option is toggled - is around 20% (screenshot from 2020 attached). On the other hand, if it's closer to 15%, a victory might be possible but iffy. If it is below the current posted advantage of 9.45%, then Republicans are in trouble.

 

So to summarize:

 

  • Election Day Advantage Trump ~20%: Amazing

  • Election Day Advantage Trump ~15%: Close

  • Election Day Advantage Trump 10% or less: Trouble

 

This metric will be volatile for the first hour or so but we should start having a good idea of where it's heading at 8 AM ET. So very early!

 

It should go without saying that this is a very broad guideline - projecting Florida's turnout performance onto other states is of limited use. There will be people who leak numbers, and I will be re-posting whatever useful turnout numbers I can find on X.

 

For Pennsylvania, the turnout numbers are key. Republicans must strongly outperform Democrats there. Scott Presler and others will likely be leaking some data, and I will interpret it to the best I can.

 

As for watching returns, be aware that some states count early votes first which are expected to trend blue (so-called "Blue Mirage" states).

Others are expected to count - the Red Mirage states. Florida will be the quickest to count votes, and I believe it will first count mail votes from the bluer parts of the state. I am looking to match the approximate percentage gaps (albeit somewhat larger given blue NPAs) that the map says for each county - example screenshot attached.

While most of the details of the new case remain under a gag order, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appeared to confirm that the investigation, which has been in progress for some six months, concerned his office, releasing a statement blasting it as “an unprecedented hunting expedition against the Prime Minister’s Office in the midst of a war.”

 

Earlier, a court allowed the publication of the fact that the police were probing “criminal incidents” related to the start of the war against Hamas in Gaza.

 

“The police’s Lahav 433 investigation unit is conducting a criminal probe related to incidents from the start of the war, including several open investigations,” the statement said, adding that further details are barred from publication.

 

Lahav 433 investigates serious crimes including public corruption.

 

Reports in Hebrew media indicated that the probe is linked to reported allegations earlier in the year that Netanyahu had been attempting to keep his conversations regarding the management of the war in Gaza untraceable.

Democrats paid $430,000 to firm linked to Pennsylvania voter fraud investigations

 

Democratic political campaigns have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to a consulting firm facing investigations in Pennsylvania counties for allegedly submitting fraudulent voter registration forms, federal records show.

 

The district attorney of Monroe County, Pennsylvania, Mike Mancuso, said in a statement last week that a subsidiary of a firm in Arizona called FieldCorps was responsible for submitting 30 forms with fraudulent details, including on behalf of a dead resident. And in York, another county in the Keystone State, officials are looking into suspicious forms they say were submitted by FieldCorps on behalf of the Everybody Votes Campaign, a group tied to the Washington, D.C.-based Arabella Advisors dark money network supporting Democrats.

 

Now, as of Saturday, the website for FieldCorps and its social media accounts do not appear to be active. Francisco Heredia, a city councilman in Mesa, Arizona, listed on corporate documents as the owner of the consulting firm, did not return a request for comment. Eduardo Sainz, a political consultant who is a partner at the firm, also did not respond.

 

The unfolding drama in Pennsylvania comes ahead of Election Day on Tuesday and a matchup between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump. Pennsylvania is a key swing state in 2024 and the results in counties there could decide who enters the White House next year. A Washington Examiner review of Federal Election Commission filings found that, since 2018, Democratic campaign committees have shuffled roughly $430,000 to FieldCorps.

 

The FieldCorps subsidiary is working out of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, according to state officials, who have declined to identify whether FieldCorps is the “third-party organization” behind an investigation officials opened there into 2,500 voter registration forms flagged as suspicious.

 

About 17% of those forms are fraudulent and 26% are still being investigated, a county commissioner said this week.

 

In 2017, FieldCorps filed articles of organization in Arizona. It is still listed as a limited liability corporation there.

 

A description for the firm on a nonprofit tracking website called Idealist says FieldCorps is “a grassroots, minority owned firm that drives results in the field by having one on one contact with individuals.”

 

“We utilize data and technology to build programs that are effective and accountable while ensuring that we build personal relationships with our community members,” the description says, adding that FieldCorps engages in “door-to-door canvassing, voter registration operations,” and other election-related initiatives.

 

While FieldCorps’s website is not publicly viewable as of this week, an archived version from last year said the firm has knocked on 1.25 million doors and also focuses on direct mail to voters with an in-house printer. Federal Election Commission filings provide a window into which campaigns have used the firm’s services in recent years.

 

The 2020 presidential campaign for Michael Bloomberg, the former New York City mayor, paid FieldCorps $250,500 in 2020 for canvassing services. Bloomberg, who would suspend his campaign in March of that year, has spent tens of millions of dollars supporting Harris in 2024.

Raffensperger claimed the threats were traced back to Russia and that they were deemed “not credible.”

 

On Tuesday, Raffensperger announced that a bomb threat had been made against a polling place, allegedly traced back to Russian origins.

 

Reporter:

“Have you heard of any at the only places that we heard about one bomb threat? Have you heard any other verifiable threats at any point?”

 

Raffensperger:

“We’ve heard some threats that were of Russian origin, and so I don’t know how to describe if that’s viable. We don’t think they are, but in the interest of public safety, you always check that out. We’ll just continue to be very responsive when we hear about stuff like that. We identified the source, and it was from Russia.”

 

Reporter:

“And you’re confident of the Russians did it?”

 

Raffensperger:

 

“Yeah, just like we had the DDoS attack on Monday, October 14—420,000 pings, a denial of service from the Russians. So, we added that interface that says, ‘I am a human, I’m not a robot.’ It seems they’re up to mischief, and they don’t want us to have a smooth, fair, and accurate election. Anything that can get us to fight among ourselves, they count as a victory. That tells you a little bit about the Russians—they’re not our friends. Anyone who thinks they are hasn’t been reading the newspapers.”
