Margot Cleveland @ProfMJCleveland

😡😡😡THREAD: Starting fresh thread elaborating on horrifyingly abusive order just entered by a federal judge. Judge Chuang just clarified that he was enjoining Jeremy Lewin, individual Marco Rubio delegated authority to serve as Deputy Administrator and COO of USAID could not:

2/ Let that sink in: A Federal Judge told the Acting USAID Administrator and Senate Confirmed Secretary of State the man Rubio selected to serve as Chief Operating Office & Deputy Administrator couldn't serve in those position b/c Judge says injunction applies to Lewin.

3/ And no one can possible act as the COO/Deputy Administrator if they have to have EVERY action they take expressly authorized by another USAID employee. Nor could Lewin execute those jobs if he can't terminate contracts, grants, employees, etc.

4/ Why did Court rule Lewin was barred for exercising duties as COO/Deputy Administrator? Well, because Judge concluded Musk's work with DOGE likely violated "Appointments Clause" because Musk was supposedly acting as Principal Officer without Senate Confirmation.

5/ And Musk and DOGE, supposedly then acted unconstitutionally in shutting down USAID. Now Lewin was never an employee of Elon Musk or DOGE, but was the DOGE Team Lead at USAID. For the Court that meant Lewin couldn't be in charge of decisions at USAID.

6/ Beyond how nutso it is for an Article III judge to think he can tell an Article II Acting Agency Head to whom he may and may not delegate authorities to, enjoining Lewin for a supposed Appointment's Clause violation is CRAZY. EVEN if Musk were acting as a principal officer

7/ and thus needed to be Senate confirmed, prohibiting someone else (Lewin) from serving in positions (COO/Deputy Administrator) that do NOT require Senate confirmation is illogical!

8/ For that matter, it would be illogical for Court to hold Rubio couldn't appoint Musk COO/Deputy Administrator of USAID. The supposed violation of the Appointments Clause does not preclude same individual from being properly appointment to another job.

Al-Shabaab, AQAP, Iran, and the Houthis are also involved in drug trafficking, which is almost as lucrative as weapons trafficking.

The symbiotic relationship between the Houthis, AQAP, al-Shabaab, Iran, and smuggling networks ensures that all sides have, for now, an interest in ensuring that the relationships continue to evolve. All of these organizations feed off of the instability that they help create.

Biden administration to remove Houthis from terrorist list, reversing another Trump policy

The last-minute decision by the Trump administration to designate the group that controls 80 percent of Yemen’s territory was widely condemned by international organizations.

“Secretary [Antony] Blinken has been clear about undertaking an expeditious review of the designations of Ansarallah given the profound implications for the people of Yemen, home to the world’s worst humanitarian catastrophe,” a State Department official confirmed Friday. “After a comprehensive review, we can confirm that the Secretary intends to revoke the Foreign Terrorist Organization and Specially Designated Global Terrorist designations of Ansarallah.”

The Morning Briefing: Spoiler Alert — Trump Is Going to Outlast Wearisome Activist Judges

Stephen Kruiser

One of the greatest political books I've ever read was written almost thirty years ago by the late, great Robert Bork, the brilliant jurist who was kept off the of the Supreme Court in 1987 by a couple of lying scumbag United States Senators named Ted Kennedy and Joe Biden. Yeah, that's a painful reminder that the younger, semi-coherent (he was always a little off) Biden was just as bad for America as the drooling spaz who spent the last four years autopenning the country into oblivion.

The book was titled "Slouching Towards Gomorrah: Modern Liberalism and American Decline." As far as prophetic political tomes written in my adult lifetime go, it was surpassed only by Mark Steyn's "America Alone: The End of the World As We Know It."

The thing that stuck with me the most when I read "Slouching Towards Gomorrah" shortly after it was publishedwas Bork's warning about the growing, dangerous role that liberal activist judges would play in wreaking havoc here in the United States. There were already signs of that when the book was published in the late '90s. However, what we're dealing with today makes Bork look like the second coming of Nostradamus.

We've been subjected to the tawdry spectacle of activist judges doing whatever they wish with the law in order to keep Donald Trump from returning to the presidency. Since that didn't work and he's once again President Trump, the hyperactive, extrajudicial loons are throwing tantrums in an effort to thwart his agenda.

Here are just a few recent examples. The first is from Lincoln:

Chief Judge James E.Boasberg has opted to try and thwart the deportation of dangerous sociopaths. The question, of course, is why?It has been said that every man has his price. If so, how much was Boasberg paid, if indeed, he was? Again, the issue of cui bono raises its ugly head. Is he under threat to follow the party line? What is in it for this judge to support the return of drug dealers, murderers, and human traffickers to the country?

As Lincoln says in his headline, this guy has sold his soul.

Rick writes about Judge Tanya Chutkan taking another shot at Trump after striking out in last year's lawfare frenzy. Matt has another story about the progressive whack job judge who blocked the president's transgender military ban.

Those were all just written yesterday. There's no shortage of this kind of material.

The diaper-filling judges are tedious, un-American, and doomed to fail. Yeah, they may get a few small victories here and there, but President Trump is going prevail for a couple of reasons.

The first is that he was prepared for this legal skullduggery. The leftists who suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome aren't exactly subtle or nuanced. Trump knew that what he wanted to accomplish in this term was ambitious, with a hint of scorched earth, and that the leftists in the judicial system would be throwing up petty roadblocks wherever they could.

My partner in thought crime Stephen Green pointed out on more than one occasion during our "Five O'Clock Somewhere" discussions thatPresident Trump had the plans drawn up to respond to pushback from progressive judges long before he was inaugurated. In fact, since he was anticipating overwrought reactions to everything he did, it's not far-fetched to think thathe's given the green light to his administration to really push as many buttons as they can.

The other reason that Trump will get the best of this struggle is that it'sthe Dem judges who are swimming upstream. President Trump has the people on his side and he knows it. As my friend Matt Vespa wrote the other day,his approval ratings are the best they've ever been. Once the leftist legal gnats are swatted away, the work of the Trump 47 administration will have a chance to take hold and yield positive results. Disgruntled bureaucrats and the Coastal Media Bubble™ propagandists will still hate him, but much of America will have stopped listening to them by then.

The Trump 47 administration is well positioned for this waiting game. Still, the sooner it ends, the better for the American people.

Cavadex and the Suppression of Medical Breakthroughs: A Call for Public Action

History Proves That Medical Breakthroughs Are Always Suppressed—Until the Public Demands Change

If you believe that the FDA and government health agencies exist to protect you, history tells a different story.

Every major medical breakthrough has faced resistance—not because it didn’t work, but because it threatened the status quo.

• Penicillin, the world’s first antibiotic, was ignored for over a decade. Alexander Fleming discovered it in 1928, but pharmaceutical companies and doctors dismissed it. It was only when World War II created an urgent need for infection treatment that public and military pressure forced mass production. Millions of lives were lost before penicillin was finally accepted.

• Stomach ulcers were falsely blamed on stress and diet for over 50 years. The medical establishment refused to acknowledge that ulcers were caused by a bacterium, H. pylori. It took a doctor, Barry Marshall, intentionally infecting himself, developing an ulcer, and curing it with antibiotics before the world took notice. He won a Nobel Prize—but only after decades of unnecessary suffering.

• Insulin, which revolutionised diabetes treatment, was delayed because of pharmaceutical control. Despite its clear ability to save lives, the pharmaceutical industry resisted making it widely available at an affordable price. Even today, insulin prices are artificially inflated, forcing diabetics to ration their doses.

• Aspirin, now a common household drug, was nearly forgotten. In the late 1800s, its pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties were proven, yet it took decades for the medical community to recognise its full potential. Today, it is recommended for heart disease prevention.

A history of aspirin - The Pharmaceutical Journal

The Pattern is Clear:

Science Alone is Never Enough

These breakthroughs were not accepted because they worked -They were accepted because people demanded them.

And today, Cavadex is facing the same battle.

Cavadex is the Most Important Advancement in Cardiovascular Health—And It’s Being Blocked

Cavadex is not an untested theory. It is a scientifically proven, FDA-compliant treatment that directly removes arterial plaque—the very substance that causes heart attacks and strokes.

It actively dissolves cholesterol in the arteries, leading to a measurable reduction in plaque .

It reduces arterial plaque, whereas statins can only show slow plaque buildup.

It has no known side effects and is safely excreted from the body .

It has been used in hundreds of patients showing documented plaque regression .

Cavadex has been in production for six years and used by thousands around the world, proving its safety and effectiveness.

Yet despite all of this, the FDA is blocking shipments without legal justification.

The United States Government is Preventing You From Accessing a Life Saving Treatment

If you have ordered Cavadex, your shipment is either already in the United States or currently being held by the HHS at Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s office.

The FDA is not rejecting it based on science—because they have no scientific argument against it. Instead, they are stalling, obstructing, and refusing to allow distribution.

This is not a medical issue. This is a bureaucratic blockade.

This Fight is Bigger Than Cavadex—This is About Medical Freedom

We need to make something very clear:

Kyle Hodgetts and Cavadex were the origin of this movement and always will be. Whether or not you agree with our approach, that does not change the truth—we are small, but we are the beginning.

This fight is about every other company that wants to save lives using 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.

This is too important to be about anything other than the right to access life saving treatment.

If you stay silent. They will win.

Government accused of protecting big business as Jim Chalmers offers 'flaccid' response to ACCC supermarket inquiry

The government has been accused of protecting big businesses with its “flaccid response” to the competition watchdog's report into Australia's supermarket giants which revealed they were global leaders in profit margins.

Nationals Senator Bridget Mckenzie has slammed Labor Treasurer Jim Chalmers for his “flaccid response” and lack of penalties after an Australian Competition and Consumer Commission inquiry into the Australian grocery sector found Coles and Woolworths are some of the most profitable supermarket businesses in the world.

The long-awaited ACCC inquiry did recommend reform to improve customers' experiences but failed to identify exorbitant profit margins for Australia’s two major grocers, finding profits were largely in line with the cost of doing business.

The report concluded there were growing opportunities for competition, refraining from labelling the supermarket giants as a duopoly. Instead, it classified the market as an "oligopoly," with Coles and Woolworths collectively accounting for 67 per cent of Australian grocery sales.

Aldi has a nine per cent share, and Metcash-supplied supermarkets seven per cent.

Manufactured antisemitism. Universities relied on fudged numbers

Emma Thomas.

When does 5.8% of a specific demographic become 64% of the same demographic? When data is misrepresented in an effort to protect Israel from criticism, it seems.

On 27 February this year, Universities Australia (UA) released a “statement on racism” in which it announced that UA’s 39 members—including all 38 public universities in the country—would “adopt a clear definition of antisemitism that aligns closely with the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance [IHRA] definition.”

Concerns about the use of the IHRA definition within higher education have long been voiced, including by the definition’s chief drafter, who, in 2019, cautioned that the definition was already being used to “weaponise” antisemitism to suppress academic freedom, including legitimate criticism of Israel on US campuses.

In Australia, despite political pressures from Labor MP Josh Burns of the Parliamentary Friends of IHRA, only five universities had previously adopted the definition. By April 2023, six universities had publicly rejected the definition.

A Senate bill and a survey

Amid increasingly shrill discussions about rising levels of antisemitism on Australian campuses in the wake of 7 October 2023, Liberal Senator Sarah Henderson tabled a bill calling for a commission of inquiry into the matter. According to the Bill, campus antisemitism had “reached unprecedented levels.” More concretely, the Bill presented the alarming information “that 64 per cent of Jewish university students had experienced antisemitism on campus.”

That figure cited in the Bill is drawn from a single source: a survey commissioned by the Zionist Federation of Australia (ZFA). The ZFA is an organisation whose stated purpose is “advocating for the State of Israel on behalf of the Jewish community in Australia and fostering a deep connection between Australia and Israel.”

Jewish student experience survey

Source: education.gov.au

The survey was conducted between 14 March and 3 April 2023, and the Social Research Centre (SRC) prepared a report titled “The Jewish University Experience Survey” that was published in July 2023.

Despite the title of the survey report, it did not offer a broad examination of Jews’ experiences within Australia’s universities. The survey’s purpose was much more specific: “to understand Jewish students’ experiences of antisemitism in Australian universities.” Questions were tightly structured around matters pertaining to antisemitism, exclusion, Holocaust denial, and “matters relating to Israel”.

Potential respondents for the survey were solicited in two ways. Firstly, the SRC sent invitations to participate in the survey to contacts on the Australasian Union of Jewish Students’ (AUJS) database. Like its affiliate organisation, the ZFA, the AUJS subscribes to “Zionist ideals” and seeks “to promote a positive image of Israel on campus”. Secondly, the SRC provided an “opt-in link” to the ZFA for promotion via “their own communication channels.”

On the morning of March 19, Turkish police carried out a special operation resulting in the arrest of Istanbul’s mayor and prominent opposition leader, Ekrem Imamoglu. Affiliated with the left-leaning Republican People’s Party (CHP), Imamoglu faces grave accusations, including establishing and leading a criminal enterprise, extortion, corruption, unauthorized access to personal data, rigging government contracts, and alleged connections to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), considered a terrorist organization in Türkiye. Turkish television stations aired live footage of Imamoglu’s arrest at his Istanbul residence.

More than a hundred others, including Imamoglu’s close associates, high-ranking municipal officials, business figures, and journalists, were also detained as part of the investigation. Similar charges brought against these individuals point to an extensive inquiry encompassing both political and socioeconomic dimensions.

Did Powell Just Align With Trump?

BY VBL

What This Means for Trump’s Economic Strategy

Picture if you will two conversations that occurred sometime after Trump’s inauguration.

Trump to Powell: Lower rates and inflation wont be a problem, I’ll get oil prices lower

Trump to OPEC+: Lower oil prices and I’ll weaken the dollar helping your EM economies

We believe that is what is going on behind the scenes right now. The Bottom Line is: Tariffs, and tax cuts are the sizzle here. Cheaper energy and a weaker dollar are the steak. Just as Bessent advised: and Trump needs Powell on board to do this.

Davis is funny but very serous!

Boasberg interfered with a high security operation of the CIC, and he needs to be impeached. Everything he did by demanding the return of the planes jeopardized the American security and military on board and alerted our enemies of a secret mission to drop them off in El Salvador.

Boasberg interfered with the CiC job, and supposedly has more power of the President and again endangered every U.S. asset including the criminals on board on those planes.

Venezuela could have heard those orders and shot down those planes. It was supposed to be a Top Secret mission and Boasberg revealed it to the world!

Any DS Judge should distance themselves from Boasberg, because the shit is about the fan in the DC Circuits courts.

If Boasberg is taken down as their leader, Howell, Chutkan, Lambert etc have no protections for their illegal judgements and the whole scam will be revealed

Whoops! Cori Bush's Husband Just Got Indicted by the DOJ for COVID Fraud

We haven't heard a whole lot from former Congresswoman Cori Bush (D-MO) since she left office at the end of the 118th Congress (having been defeated in the Democratic primary last August by former St. Louis County Prosecutor Wesley Bell). But that doesn't mean all's been quiet in her world.

In fact, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced on Thursday that her husband, Cortney Merritts, has been indicted for allegedly committing COVID fraud.

District of Columbia | Indictment Charges St. Louis Man with COVID Fraud | United States Department of Justice https://t.co/cOKuNZDE4p

— Gregg Keller (@RGreggKeller) March 20, 2025

In a press release regarding the indictment, the DOJ stated:

WASHINGTON – Cortney Merritts, 46, of St. Louis, Missouri, was charged today by federal indictment with two counts of wire fraud for allegedly filing fraudulent applications with the Small Business Administration in 2020 and 2021 that allowed him to collect more than $20,000 in government funds under the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL) and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

The indictment was announced by U.S. Attorney Edward Martin Jr., Special Agent in Charge Amaleka McCall Brathwaite of the Eastern Region for the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of the Inspector General, and FBI Special Agent in Charge Sean Ryan of the Washington Field Office Criminal and Cyber Division.

Further details of the indictment:

According to the indictment, on July 7, 2020, Merritts received an $8,500 EIDL loan from the SBA for a moving business he operated that he called Vetted Couriers. In the application he submitted for Vetted Couriers, Merritts certified that his business had six employees and had generated $32,000 in gross revenue between January 30, 2019 and January 30, 2020.

On July 8, 2020, Merritts submitted another application to the SBA for an EIDL loan in the name of a sole proprietorship he called “Courtney Merritts.” In this EIDL application, Merritts fraudulently claimed to have a business that employed ten people and generated $53,000 in gross revenue between January 30, 2019 and January 30, 2020. In addition to an EIDL loan, Merritts also requested an EIDL advance of up to $10,000 based on his false claim that he had 10 employees. The SBA rejected Merritts’ attempt to obtain additional EIDL funds after determining that his July 2020 application was nearly identical to the prior one he submitted.

The indictment further alleges that on April 22, 2021, Merritts applied for a PPP loan in the name of a sole proprietorship he called “Cortney Merritts.” Merritts fraudulently claimed in this application that he had created this business in 2020 and that it had generated $128,000 in gross income that year. Based on Merritts’ representations about his gross income, Merritts received a $20,832 PPP loan. Merritts used the proceeds for his personal benefit and enjoyment. In July 2022, Merritts submitted a loan forgiveness application in which he falsely claimed that this business had 10 employees at the time of the PPP loan, and that he spent the $20,832 on payroll costs. Based on Merritts’ alleged fraudulent representations, the SBA forgave the PPP loan in the amount of $20,832 and the $254.03 in interest.

There was already controversy surrounding Bush and Merritts after it came to light that Bush was under investigation for using campaign funds to pay Merritts roughly $60,000 for "security services." Bush justified the expenditure by saying she'd had difficulty finding competent staff. But Merritts, it turns out, did not have a security license.

Now, it appears that may just have been the tip of the iceberg.

U.S. Government Used Sanctioned Chinese Supercomputers for Research, Including Nuclear Projects

The Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of Energy (DOE) have funded more than 100 research projects using Chinese government supercomputers sanctioned by the U.S. for collaborating with China’s military, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation found.

The DCNF compared federally-funded research project reports against entities sanctioned by the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC). The DCNF identified 102 projects, primarily conducted through U.S. national labs, involving at least one of five sanctioned Chinese supercomputer centers in Beijing, Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Tianjin.

While it’s unclear what information may have been shared with the sanctioned supercomputers, intelligence analysts and lawmakers say the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is committed to weaponizing research with dual civilian and military applications.

“It is unacceptable that federally-funded researchers continue to use Chinese supercomputing centers that have been blacklisted for supporting China’s military buildup,” Michigan Republican Rep. John Moolenaar, chairman of the House Select Committee on the CCP, told the DCNF. “These systems have been instrumental in China’s hypersonic missile research, nuclear weapons development, and other strategic capabilities that directly threaten U.S. national security. The use of these centers by American researchers poses serious risks of U.S. technology transfer and cyber exploitation.”

Additionally, some research projects included China-based co-authors belonging to other sanctioned institutes serving the Chinese military, such as universities subordinate to China’s Central Military Commission.

Spokesmen for Argonne, Los Alamos, and Oak Ridge national laboratories told the DCNF their personnel had not used the sanctioned CCP supercomputers. Yet, when asked directly if the research projects involved China-based co-authors who had used the sanctioned Chinese supercomputers, the spokesmen did not respond.

DOD and DOE did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

The DOC sanctioned the Chinese supercomputing centers in question for “activities contrary to the national security and foreign policy interests of the United States” related to China’s weapons of mass destruction programs. The sanctions prohibit items of U.S. origin from being exported to the listed entities.

However, L.J. Eads, a former U.S. Air Force intelligence analyst, said there’s a major loophole in U.S. export control regulations that national labs seem to be exploiting.

“One major loophole is that while U.S. export controls restrict direct access, Chinese researchers can still exploit U.S. research by having China-based collaborators run simulations on sanctioned supercomputers,” Eads told the DCNF. “This loophole also allows DOD and DOE researchers to circumvent restrictions by outsourcing computations to China, which poses serious national security risks.”

‘Military-Civil Fusion’

After reviewing the DCNF’s findings, Eads said the majority of identified research projects relying on sanctioned Chinese supercomputers have both civilian and military applications, such as space weather modeling, which impacts satellite communications as well as “ballistic-missile early warning radar systems,” according to the U.S. Space Force.

Supercomputers are orders of magnitude faster than conventional computing technology, and, thus, are used to perform complex calculations, such as rapidly modeling advanced ballistics and nuclear reactions, Eads said.

‘No Such Thing As Harmless Cooperation’

Since October 2015, the DOD has funded at least 25 research projects using sanctioned CCP supercomputers, according to a DCNF review of U.S. government websites and scholarly databases.

In one instance, federal records show several Pentagon grants supported an October 2020 report conducted by a team of Chinese government personnel and a U.S. university professor researching “high-entropy alloys,” which have both aerospace and advanced nuclear applications. The team’s 2020 report thanks the “computational resource provided by the TianHe-1 supercomputer at the National Supercomputer Center in Changsha,” which the DOC sanctioned five years prior in February 2015 for activities contrary to U.S. “national security or foreign policy interests” and its use in “nuclear explosive activities.”

The DOD also funded a September 2024 report conducted by U.S. and China-based university professors, as well as Chinese government personnel, concerning hydrogen production. Eads noted the research may benefit the development of nuclear energy. The 2024 research report expressed gratitude for “the computational resources provided by the TianHe-1A, TianHe II supercomputer,” both of which were sanctioned by the DOC in 2015.

A third Pentagon-funded report from October 2018 conducted by U.S. and Chinese university professors, as well as DOD researchers, investigated atomic interactions, which Eads said could have dual-use applications related to developing nuclear weapon systems.

The 2018 research report thanked the “National Supercomputer Center in Guangzhou,” which houses the sanctioned TianHe-2 supercomputer, according to the U.S. government. Guangzhou’s National Supercomputer Center was involved in 68 of the 102 research reports identified by the DCNF, the most of any of the sanctioned Chinese supercomputers.

“The CCP’s comparative advantage is surveillance, not science or fundamental research,” Jacqueline Deal, an advisory board member at State Armor, a nonprofit focused on countering the CCP, told the DCNF. “The Party has wired its universities and overseas research institutions in order to sense and detect work with military or intelligence applications. There’s no such thing as harmless cooperation on dual-use topics with people subject to the reach of China’s surveillance apparatus.”

‘Loopholes’

The DOE and U.S. national laboratories have also supported at least 77 research projects using sanctioned CCP supercomputers, according to a review of government websites and scholarly databases.

Illinois’ Argonne National Laboratory (ANL), known for its work on the Manhattan Project to develop the atom bomb, has been involved in at least 29 research projects using sanctioned CCP supercomputers.

One DOE-funded ANL research project published in December 2020, titled “Memory-Efficient and Skew-Tolerant MapReduce Over MPI for Supercomputing Systems,” used Guangzhou’s TianHe-2 supercomputer and focused on optimizing memory storage for supercomputers.

In addition, ANL and U.S. university researchers collaborated with personnel from China’s National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), which the Commerce Department sanctioned in February 2015.

An ANL spokesperson told the DCNF by email that its researchers had “not used any of the sanctioned Chinese national supercomputing centers or their associated supercomputers,” and said that compliance with federal regulations was “a top priority.”

Yet, ANL did not respond to questions about whether or not it had supported research projects relying on China-based researchers using sanctioned CCP supercomputing centers.

New Mexico’s Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), which was established in 1943 to build the atomic bomb, has been involved in at least 22 research projects using sanctioned Chinese supercomputers, 15 of which involved collaboration with personnel from sanctioned Chinese universities.

Among other examples, in August 2022, LANL published a DOE-funded research project concerning spacecraft physics that leveraged simulations from Guangzhou’s TianHe-2 supercomputer.

The project also included personnel from Beihang University, which the Department of Commerce sanctioned in May 2001 under its former name, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Beihang University is one of China’s so-called “Seven Sons of National Defense,” which serve as “defense science, technology and industry work units” subordinate to the main driver of the CCP’s Military-Civil Fusion strategy, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, according to the House Select Committee on the CCP.

A LANL spokesperson told the DCNF by email that “no LANL researchers worked on Chinese supercomputers, and there was no violation of export controls or Department of Commerce sanctions.”

However, the LANL spokesperson said certain research projects involving sanctioned Chinese supercomputers included LANL personnel who had participated in “scientific interpretation” or had “collaborated on the fundamental science.”

A LANL “code expert” who has allegedly developed a “large, open-source code” that was “used by the space physics community” and the sanctioned CCP supercomputers was also a research project co-author to “ensure that the code is working properly,” the LANL spokesperson told the DCNF.

“It’s disconcerting that esteemed DOE scientists, who are fully aware of the department’s critical national security role, persist in engaging with these sanctioned platforms,” Eads said. “Their actions contradict the very mission they are supposed to uphold.”

https://thelibertydaily.com/u-s-government-used-sanctioned-chinese-supercomputers-research/

Tennessee’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), another Manhattan Project landmark, has likewise participated in 26 research projects using sanctioned CCP supercomputers.

In November 2018, ORNL published a DOE-funded research project investigating the production of an exotic material called graphane, which may have applications in solar cells, and is related, but not to be confused with graphene. The research acknowledged that “calculations were performed on the TianheII supercomputer at the Chinese National Supercomputer Center in Guangzhou.”

“ORNL has not violated Department of Commerce rules related to foreign entities,” an ORNL spokesperson told the DCNF by email. “No U.S. researchers performed work on Chinese supercomputers, and no government resources were used to support Chinese research conducted at the Chinese supercomputing centers.”

However, the spokesperson acknowledged that Chinese personnel involved in ORNL research projects had “used an ORNL instrument for non-sensitive, open science experiments” and had “used Chinese computers to analyze data.”

“Loopholes in current regulations and enforcement have allowed this dangerous practice to persist, exposing sensitive U.S. research to potential exploitation by Beijing,” Rep. Moolenaar told the DCNF. “Congress must act swiftly to close these gaps and ensure that taxpayer-funded research does not, in any form, contribute to strengthening our top geopolitical adversary.”

University of Wisconsin Axes Chief Diversity Officer, Previously Accused of Plagiarism, for Gross Financial Mismanagement

Before he was stripped of his role as the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s chief diversity officer, LaVar Charleston had been accused of assaulting a police officer and engaging in a decades-long pattern of research misconduct. Now he can add financial mismanagement to his rap sheet.

In a letter to university officials last week, the school’s top finance administrator, Rob Cramer, said that Charleston had displayed "poor financial judgment" as head of the Division of Diversity, Equity and Educational Achievement, which became the subject of an internal probe in January after concerns surfaced about the division’s finances.

The probe found that Charleston engaged in a pattern of profligate spending that strained the university’s budget. In 2023, for example, he doled out over $200,000 in bonuses, "without consultation," to the university DEI staff.

"Dr. Charleston did not discuss his plan with anyone in senior leadership, and the timing of this decision, in the context of the 2023 [budget], shows a thoughtless attitude in decision-making," Cramer’s letter reads. "This lack of consultation and disregard for the broader financial context highlights a significant lapse in leadership and fiscal responsibility."

The letter also states that Charleston, a professor in the university’s education school, "lacked important documentation to support many of these decisions," which included pay raises as well as bonuses. He was removed from his DEI role in January as the probe got underway. While Charleston is no longer "vice chancellor for inclusive excellence," he is still employed by the school, albeit at a lower salary.

"Under the terms of his appointment and consistent with state law, Dr. Charleston is able to remain an employee as an academic staff instructor and researcher, a separate, non-administrative position," said university spokesman John Lucas. "His salary in this position has been reduced by two-thirds."

The letter is the latest in a string of embarrassing revelations about Charleston, who in 2011 was charged with attempting to strangle a police officer—an incident that only became public in 2022 after the MacIver Institute, a conservative think tank, published documents showing that Charleston had sought to conceal his arrest by enrolling in a program that expunges the records of first-time felons who agree to do community service work.

Two years later, Charleston was hit with a research misconduct complaint that implicated eight of his publications. The complaint alleged that Charleston had not only plagiarized other authors but also recycled his own research without attribution, presenting it as new work—a form of résumé-padding that can result in retractions and is considered a serious scholarly offense.

One of the duplicate papers was coauthored with Charleston's wife, Sherri Ann Charleston, the chief diversity officer of Harvard University. That paper, published in 2014, had the same methods, findings, and survey subjects as a study LaVar Charleston had published on his own two years earlier.

"It is academic misconduct to publish essentially the same paper twice with no acknowledgment of the duplication," Alexander Riley, a sociologist at Bucknell University, told the Washington Free Beacon at the time. "It seems fairly clear that Charleston is gaming the system in order to get more on his CV than is merited by the amount of research he has actually done."

The university did not discipline Charleston over that complaint. Lucas, the UW-Madison spokesman, said review of the allegations "concluded with no finding of research misconduct."

The financial scandal comes as the Trump administration is investigating UW-Madison, along with 50 other schools, for sponsoring race-based fellowships and scholarships. The university is also the target of a separate probe related to its handling of anti-Semitism, which was announced days after the Education Department cut $400 million in grants and contracts to Columbia University over what it described as the school’s failure to protect Jewish students.

"The Department is deeply disappointed that Jewish students studying on elite U.S. campuses continue to fear for their safety amid the relentless antisemitic eruptions that have severely disrupted campus life for more than a year," Education Secretary Linda McMahon said in a statement announcing the probe, which covers 60 universities. "U.S. colleges and universities benefit from enormous public investments funded by U.S. taxpayers. That support is a privilege and it is contingent on scrupulous adherence to federal antidiscrimination laws."

Trump admin cuts off water to Mexico over failure to comply with 1944 treaty

Mexico's president said the water commission is looking into the issue.

The Trump administration has nailed Mexico over the country's failure to comply with a water treaty made in 1944, according to Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas.

Cruz has been demanding that Mexico meet its water supply obligations, but it took the Trump administration to finally take action to protect the rights of farmers near the Rio Grande.

'Texas farmers are in crisis because of Mexico's noncompliance.'

A statement from the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs on Thursday said that the U.S. was responding to Mexico's failure to comply by cutting off water to Tijuana, a city bordering California

"Mexico's continued shortfalls in its water deliveries under the 1944 water-sharing treaty are decimating American agriculture — particularly farmers in the Rio Grande valley," the bureau said. "As a result, today for the first time, the U.S. will deny Mexico's non-treaty request for a special delivery channel for Colorado River water to be delivered to Tijuana."

Cruz applauded the decision in a statement on social media.

"Excellent. As I said yesterday, this option is absolutely what the Trump administration needs to pressure Mexico to fulfill its obligations under the 1944 Water Treaty," he replied.

The decision is likely a part of the trade war initiated by tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump, who said he wanted Mexico to stop the illegal immigration crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border, as well as fentanyl smuggling.

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has responded by warning Trump and Americans that a trade war would cost jobs in both countries and raise the cost of goods and services.

Prior to the water announcement from the bureau, Sheinbaum had said that Mexico's national water agency and the International Boundary and Water Commission are actively looking to address the issue.

"It is being addressed by Conagua and CILA, which is in charge of reviewing this treaty," she said.

Cruz had raised the issue of the water treaty in a meeting with farmers, ranchers, and representatives from the Trump administration. He said the noncompliance from Mexico had led to devastating consequences for farmers in Texas who had been deprived of water resources.

"Texas farmers are in crisis because of Mexico's noncompliance," Cruz continued. "I will work with the Trump administration to pressure Mexico into complying and to get water to Texas farmers."

Pam Bondi announces indictments against three Tesla terrorists

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the Justice Department is bringing “severe” charges against three individuals accused of targeting Teslas with arson attacks, following the White House’s vow to treat such incidents as domestic terrorism.

“The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended,” she wrote in a statement on Thursday. “Let this be a warning: if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.”

The Justice Department announced charges against three individuals.

One person, Adam Matthew Lansky, 41, allegedly threw eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership in Salem, Oregon, while armed with a suppressed AR-15 rifle.

Another, Lucy Grace Nelson, allegedly attempted to use Molotov cocktails to light Teslas on fire in Loveland, Colorado and was later found with materials that could be used to make incendiary weapons.

A third individual, Daniel Brendan Kurt Clarke-Pounder, allegedly “wrote profane messages against President Trump” and lit Tesla charging stations on fire in Charleston, South Carolina.

The Justice Department said each person could face up to 20 years in prison.

The events described by the Justice Department match some details of previously reported incidents.

Lansky, 41, was arrested for allegedly targeting a Salem dealership twice with attacks and was charged in federal court with illegally possessing an unregistered device, WBOY reports.

Nelson was arrested and given federal charges along with Cooper Jo Frederick, 24, for allegedly targeting a Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado, NBC 15 reports.

Frederick allegedly threw rocks as well as an incendiary device into the dealership near parked cars, starting a fire that was quickly extinguished. He’s reportedly charged with the use of incendiary devices in a felony, possession of such devices, second-degree arson, and criminal mischief.

Nelson, meanwhile, is accused of spray-painting the word “Nazi” on the dealership’s front windows and was allegedly found by police to have a car with gasoline and Molotov cocktail materials inside. Nelson was reportedly charged with malicious destruction of property and released on bond.

In South Carolina, meanwhile, Clarke-Pounder, 24, was reportedly arrested last week and is facing federal arson charges for allegedly throwing Molotov cocktails at a Tesla charging station in North Charleston.

Teslas, dealerships, and charging stations tied to Elon Musk’s electric automaker have been the target of suspected arson attacks around the country and across the world, from Las Vegas and Boston to France.

Anonymous individuals have also created a website purporting to show the locations of Tesla facilities and individuals tied to the Department of Government Efficiency, Elon Musk’s controversial program overseeing massive spending cuts inside the federal government. The cursor on the website is a Molotov cocktail.

The Trump administration has said it’ll prosecute Tesla arsonists as terrorists, though there is no federal law allowing the government to charge someone with the specific offense of domestic terrorism.

The FBI’s joint terrorism task force has also joined in the investigation of a suspected arson attack at a Tesla repair facility in Las Vegas.

In addition to a focus from law enforcement officials on stopping violent incidents involving Teslas, the administration has taken some unusual steps to shore up customer support for Tesla as a company.

Donald Trump held an unusual event in front of the White House earlier this month with Musk with a suite of Tesla cars, where the president said he would be buying a Tesla in a show of solidarity with his billionaire adviser in the face of criticisms for working in the administration.

“I’m going to buy because number one, it’s a great product,” Trump said at the event. “As good as it gets. Number two, because [Elon Musk] has devoted his energy and his life to doing this, and I think he has been treated unfairly.”

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick also encouraged viewers during a recent Fox News interview to buy Tesla’s flagging stock.

SecTrans Sean Duffy Takes New York's Governor Hochul to Task Over Tolls, Cordon Pricing and More

We are daily reminded of the massive upgrades, from the Biden administration to the Trump administration, from the very top on down. It would not be a surprise to learn that the Trump White House's janitors are superior to those of the Biden administration.

The members of the cabinet stand out as well, and few as much so as Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy, who replaced the hapless (and clueless) "Pothole Pete" Buttigieg. And Secretary of Transportation Duffy, on Thursday, took to his official X account to give New York Governor Kathy Hochul what my grandfather would have described as a "dad-gum good piece of his mind."

.@GovKathyHochul — the federal government and @POTUS are putting New York on notice.

Your refusal to end cordon pricing and your open disrespect towards the federal government is unacceptable.

Just as your high tolls and no free road option are a slap in the face to hard…

— Secretary Sean Duffy (@SecDuffy) March 20, 2025

Secretary Duffy's post continues:

Just as your high tolls and no free road option are a slap in the face to hard working Americans, your refusal to approve two vital pipelines that will lower fuel costs by 50% are against the public’s best interests.

Your unlawful pricing scheme charges working-class citizens to use roads their federal tax dollars already paid to build.

We will provide New York with a 30-day extension as discussions continue.

Know that the billions of dollars the federal government sends to New York are not a blank check. Continued noncompliance will not be taken lightly.

Cordon pricing, or congestion pricing, is a toll scheme where (in the case of New York) people driving into the city are charged a high toll to enter the city - specifically, Manhattan below 60th street. It places a considerable burden on people who work in the city, a city many of them can't afford to live in - and now can't afford to drive into.

There is always the subway system, but it's understandable why that option would make many people uneasy.

A press release from the Department of Transportation on Wednesday listed DOT's reasons for yanking New York's waiver that allowed cordon pricing:

…the Secretary is terminating the pilot for two reasons. First, the scope of the CBDTP is unprecedented and provides no toll-free option for many drivers who want or need to travel by vehicle in this major urbanized area. Second, the toll rate was set primarily to raise revenue for transit, rather than at an amount needed to reduce congestion. By doing so, the pilot runs contrary to the purpose of the VPPP, which is to impose tolls for congestion reduction – not transit revenue generation.

In other words, New York disregarded the purpose and the intent of the Value Pricing Pilot Program which was originally established by Congress as the Congestion Pricing Pilot Program in 1991.

If there's one thing that the Trump administration's cabinet members seem to have in common, it's the attitude "We're not taking any crap from anyone." New York will, no doubt, continue to be an annoyance, at least as long as Kathy Hochul sits in the governor's chair in Albany. But in any contest of wills, my money's on the Trump people.

JUST IN: Trump Gets Big News From The Federal Courts

Chief Judge Diane Sykes of the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has announced her decision to assume senior status effective October 1. The transition to semi-retirement opens a pivotal vacancy for President Donald Trump to appoint a new judge to the Chicago-based court, which holds jurisdiction over Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.

Judge Sykes, 67, has had a distinguished 33-year tenure in both state and federal judiciaries. She began her legal career after graduating from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism in 1980 and initially worked as a reporter for The Milwaukee Journal.

She later earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1984. Following a clerkship with Judge Terence T. Evans of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Sykes entered private practice before being elected as a Milwaukee County circuit judge in 1992.

In 1999, she was appointed to the Wisconsin Supreme Court by Governor Tommy G. Thompson and subsequently elected to a full term in 2000. Her federal judicial service commenced in 2004 when President George W. Bush appointed her to the Seventh Circuit, where she became chief judge in 2020.

Throughout her tenure on the Seventh Circuit, Judge Sykes has been recognized for her conservative judicial philosophy, often aligning with originalist and textualist interpretations of the law. Notably, in 2017, she dissented in an 8-3 decision where the court held that Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation.

Sykes argued that the court was overstepping its role by redefining statutory terms, stating, “We are not authorized to infuse the text with a new or unconventional meaning or to update it to respond to changed social, economic or political conditions,” according to Bloomberg Law.

Her decision to assume senior status is influenced by a desire to spend more time with her family, including her children and grandchildren. In an interview, Sykes said, “I want to be more present for them.”

She also reflected on her career, stating, “It’s really been just an honor to serve, and I will continue to do so, just in a reduced capacity.”

The move provides President Trump with his first opportunity in his second term to appoint a judge to the Seventh Circuit, maintaining the court’s current 6-5 majority of Republican-appointed judges. The appointment process will involve the President nominating a candidate, who must then be confirmed by the Senate.

Traditionally, a bipartisan commission created by Wisconsin’s U.S. senators selects candidates for federal judgeships and forwards them to the White House.

Judge Sykes has been considered for the U.S. Supreme Court in the past, appearing on shortlists for both President George W. Bush and President Trump. Her judicial philosophy and extensive experience have made her a notable figure in conservative legal circles.

As she transitions to senior status, Judge Sykes will continue to serve on the bench but with a reduced caseload, allowing her to balance her professional commitments with personal interests. Her departure from active service marks the end of a significant chapter in the Seventh Circuit’s history, and her successor’s appointment will undoubtedly impact the court’s future decisions.

The legal community and court observers will be closely monitoring the nomination and confirmation process for her replacement, recognizing the substantial influence federal appellate courts hold in shaping American jurisprudence.

https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/doge-committee-investigates-threat-to-national-security-at-government-media-agency-cmc/

NEW: DOGE Committee Investigates ‘Threat To National Security’ At Government Media Agency

DOGE subcommittee chairwoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is investigating “gross negligence” and “rampant cronyism” at the U.S. Agency for Global Media, a supposedly neutral taxpayer-funded media outlet that has come under the microscope in recent weeks.

Trump signed an executive order on Friday ordering the dismantling of seven federal agencies and offices, including the United States Agency for Global Media, which is the parent company of Voice of America (VOA) and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.

“The non-statutory components and functions of the following governmental entities shall be eliminated to the maximum extent consistent with applicable law, and such entities shall reduce the performance of their statutory functions and associated personnel to the minimum presence and function required by law,” the president’s executive order reads.

As the administration discloses hundreds of millions of dollars in federal waste stemming from the agencies, Rep. Greene is commissioning a separate investigation into what she described as a “direct threat to national security” within the U.S. Agency For Global Media.

In a letter addressed to Kari Lake, the Trump Administration’s senior advisor overseeing USAGM, Greene said that over the past decade, the Office of Personnel Management and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence have uncovered “gross negligence and intentional defiance of national security protocols, resulting in unfettered and unauthorized access of sensitive information by federal employees.” The letter was first obtained and reviewed by Fox News.

Greene pointed to a separate investigation launched by the law firm McGuireWoods in 2020, which confirmed whistleblower testimonies about widespread corruption and mismanagement within the agency. According to the report, abuses included the unlawfully granting J-1 visas and awarding millions of dollars in contracts through the Open Technology Fund to friends and individuals with whom there were conflicts of interest.

The congresswoman further highlighted additional “egregious abuses” uncovered by McGuireWoods, including evidence that senior agency officials wiped laptops clean before turning them over to investigators. While individuals implicated in the scandal were fired during Trump’s first term in the White House, Greene noted that “nearly all” of those involved were rehired during the Biden administration, “allowing them to resume their previous activities with zero consequences.”

As part of the investigation, Greene is demanding access to information regarding all grant agreements awarded through the Open Technology Fund, all settlement agreements for individuals implicated in the McGuireWoods report and any additional communications or information that Lake deems relevant, Fox News reported.

“For years, USAGM engaged in rampant cronyism, issuing corrupt contracts to friends and family through the Open Technology Fund (OTF), while senior officials bypassed security protocols, mishandled sensitive information, and obstructed investigations,” Greene’s office announced in a statement.

In a separate statement to Fox News, Greene described the Biden Administration’s decision to rehire those involved in the wrongdoing not only an “insult to taxpayers” but also a “direct threat to national security.”

“We will not allow the former Biden regime to cover up illegal activity and shield bad actors from accountability,” she added.

Archduchess Estelle of Austria dies aged 46 leaving behind five children

Archduchess Estelle of Austria has died aged 46, leaving European aristocracy in mourning.

The Archduchess leaves behind her husband Archduke Carl Christian and their five children, Zita, 17, Anezka, 15, Anna, 12, Paola, 10 and Pier-Giorgia, four.

Announcing the death in the Carnet du Figaro bulletin, the family, who live in Nice, wrote: 'Her husband, Archduke Carl Christian, their children, her parents, and her in-laws are deeply saddened to announce that Archduchess Estelle of Austria, née Lapra de Saint Romain, was called to God on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.'

The family laid her to rest on March 12 at the Cimiez Monastery in Nice.

Her cause of death was cancer, according to Point De Vue.

Princess Astrid of Belgium joined the mourners alongside other royals including Prince Charles of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Ferdinand of Habsburg, Princess Marie-Astrid of Luxembourg, and the Duke of Castro.

Estelle's coffin was decorated with white flowers and each of her five children lit a candle and placed it on the coffin.

The priest praised the mother-of-five's the 'loving lucidity', before Ava Maria played.

In 2007, the royal married to Archduke Carl Christian, the great-grandson of Emperor Charles I the last ruler of Austria-Hungary.

The wedding in Montgirod, a small commune in Savoy, was attended by 300 guests, including family and European aristocrats including notable Princess Astrid of Belgium, Prince Jean Napoleon, Prince Gundakar of Liechtenstein and Princess Marie of Orléans.

The couple then headed to Mexico on a honeymoon.

Carl Christian is the eldest son of Archduke Rudolf and Archduchess Marie-Hélène and a cousin of the current head of the Austrian Imperial House, Archduke Karl von Habsburg.

While the Austrian monarchy was abolished in 1918 the family have remained at the helm of European aristocracy and do work for the communities within the region.

It comes after the shock death of another European royal, aged 22.

Last week, Prince Robert of Luxembourg has announced the tragic passing of his youngest son, Prince Frederik, at the age of 22.

The cousin of Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg - whose shock abdication last year ended a glorious 24-year reign - revealed his son died on March 1, following a long battle with rare genetic condition, POLG Mitochondrial disease.

He mourned the news in a lengthy, heartfelt message posted to the POLG foundation, a website founded by his son, and dedicated to finding effective treatments and a cure for POLG mitochondrial disorders.

POLG disease is a rare genetic disorder that robs the body's cells of energy, in turn causing progressive multiple organ dysfunction and failure, the foundation explained.

Progression of the condition can cause multiple organs to fail, such as the brain and liver, as well as the intestines, muscles, and swallowing functions to falter.

Prince Frederik, who lived in Switzerland, was born with the disease, though official diagnosis occurred much later at age 14, when his symptoms became more acute.

In a moving statement penned by Prince Robert, 69, and his wife, Princess Julie of Nassau, 64, they revealed their son's heartbreaking last moments, which included a final goodbye to his parents and two siblings, Princess Charlotte of Nassau, 29 and Prince Alexandre of Nassau, 27.

The statement read: 'It is with a very heavy heart that my wife and I would like to inform you of the passing of our son, The POLG Foundation Founder and Creative Director, Frederik'.

He poignantly shared that his dear son said goodbye on Rare Disease Day - a special observance held on the last day of February, and committed to raising awareness and promoting research of rare conditions.

'Last Friday, February 28th, on 'Rare Disease Day', our beloved son called us in to his room to speak to him for one last time' wrote Robert.

'Frederik found the strength and the courage to say goodbye to each of us in turn – his brother, Alexander, his sister, Charlotte, me, his three cousins, Charly, Louis, and Donall, his brother-in-law, Mansour, and finally, his Aunt Charlotte and Uncle Mark.

'He had already spoken all that was in his heart to his extraordinary mother, who had not left his side in 15 years. After gifting each of us with our farewells – some kind, some wise, some instructive – in true Frederik fashion, he left us collectively with a final long-standing family joke.

'Even in his last moments, his humour, and his boundless compassion, compelled him to leave us with one last laugh….to cheer us all up.'

According to Robert, what began like 'any normal day' with the sound of his daily exercise alarm ended in shocking tragedy, as it was to 'be his last in this world'.

He lamented on his son's journey with the disease, one he said Frederik fought valiantly to the end.

'This is the battle that Frederik fought, and this is the burden that he had to carry throughout his life', penned Prince Robert.

'He always did so with grace and with humour. When we asked him if he wanted to create a foundation to find a cure and help others like him, he jumped at the opportunity.

'Though he always made it very clear that he did not want this dreadful disease to define him, he nonetheless immediately identified with and helped define the mission of The POLG Foundation'.

Robert also praised his son's 'amazing sense of humour', as well as his 'emotional intelligence and compassion that were off the charts'.

'A sense of justice, fairness and decency that knows no bounds' he continued. 'He was disciplined and organised beyond belief'.

Perhaps one of the sweetest memories he shared of his son was that he was the 'strongest person' his family and friends knew.

Prince Frederick of Nassau was born in Aix-en-Provence, France, and enjoyed a stint in London, England, before moving to Switzerland in 2004.

The former student attended the International School in Geneva, Ecole Eden primary school and St George's School in Clarens.

His father, Prince Robert of Luxembourg, is the first cousin of Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, 69, who in December announced his shock abdication from the throne in favour of his son Guillaume.

Guillaume, 43, who had already assumed many of his father's duties in recent months as Lieutenant-Representant, will formally take up his new title on October 3, 2025.

Henri's abdication marks the second European monarch to step down from their reign this year.

His royal relation Queen Margrethe of Denmark decided to give up the throne after 52 years, making way for her son Frederik to take over as King on 14 January.

Grand Duke Henri is the eldest son of the five children of Grand Duke Jean and Grand Duchess Joséphine-Charlotte and took to the throne in 2000, after his father abdicated following a 36-year reign.

He is married to Maria Teresa Mestre, the Grand Duchess of Luxembourg. and the pair have five children together; Prince Guillaume, Princess Alexandra, Prince Louis, Prince Félix and Prince Sébastien.

Being an Astronaut Isn’t About Money. Here’s How Much NASA Pays for Overtime in Space

For astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams, their extended stay in space wasn’t a setback but an opportunity to do what they love most.

Economic sacrifice. Despite the extreme challenges they faced, NASA astronauts receive no additional compensation for the dangers of their missions or the long hours they spend in space. According to current NASA rates, Williams and Wilmore earn an annual salary of $152,258. However, this salary doesn’t include overtime pay, holiday pay, and hazard pay—a stark contrast to many high-paying professions on Earth.

Former NASA astronaut Mike Massimino explained, “[There’s] no hazard pay, there’s no overtime, there’s no comp time.” This means that despite spending nine months in orbit instead of one week, astronauts receive no extra pay. The closest thing to “extra” compensation they get is a small daily stipend of $5 for being in space—a modest and almost symbolic amount, totaling just $1,430 for the 286 days they spent on the ISS.

Inside The Now-Shuttered Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Where Employees Lived ‘Like Reigning Kings’

One of the seven small federal agencies that President Donald Trump ordered downsized or eliminated on Friday was rife with corruption, with its employees hiring friends and relatives, commissioning paintings of themselves, and using government credit cards to indulge in constant luxuries.

The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) occupied a nine-story office tower on D.C.’s K Street for only 60 employees, many of whom actually worked from home, prior to the pandemic. Its managers had luxury suites with full bathrooms; one manager would often be “in the shower” when she was needed, while another used her bathroom as a cigarette lounge. FMCS recorded its director as being on a years-long business trip to D.C. so he could have all of his meals and living expenses covered by taxpayers, simply for showing up to the office.

FMCS is a 230-employee agency that exists to serve as a voluntary mediator between unions and businesses. As an “independent agency,” its director nominally reports to the president, but the agency is so small that in effect, there is no oversight at all — and it showed, becoming a real-life caricature of all the excesses that the Department of Government Efficiency has alleged take place in government.

This reporter spent a year investigating the agency a decade ago, and I found egregious and self-serving violations of hiring, pay, contracting, and purchase card rules. One thing I could not discover is why the agency actually existed, other than to provide luxurious lifestyles for its employees. Endless junkets to resort destinations, which employees openly used to facilitate personal vacations, were justified as building awareness of the agency in the hopes that someone would actually want to use its voluntary services.

FMCS seemed, quite clearly, to exist for the benefit of those on its payroll, and not much else. One employee told me: “Let me give you the honest truth: A lot of FMCS employees don’t do a hell of a lot, including myself. Personally, the reason that I’ve stayed is that I just don’t feel like working that hard, plus the location on K Street is great, plus we all have these oversized offices with windows, plus management doesn’t seem to care if we stay out at lunch a long time. Can you blame me?”

“Recreation and reception fund.”

Top FMCS official George Cohen used a “recreation and reception fund” to order champagne and $200 coasters for his office, and to purchase artwork painted by his wife. The tiny agency commissioned paintings of its top employees — as one employee told me, “like they were reigning kings or something…I’ve never seen anything like it before.” It spent $2,402 retouching the portrait of someone who briefly held the top job in an acting capacity.

FMCS employees “unblocked” their government credit cards to turn off typical abuse protections, then used them to apparently fund personal expenses and simply bill anything they’d like to the government. One employee leased a BMW; another (IT director James Donnen) billed the government for his wife’s cell phone, cable TV at both his home and his vacation home, and even his subscription to USA Today.

Employee Dan W. Funkhouser used his FMCS card to rent a storage unit near his home in rural Virginia, two hours from the office he supposedly worked at, which was used to store personal possessions such as a photo album of his dog, Buster. Funkhouser also spent $18,000 at a jewelry store near his house, and “destroyed all purchase card records upon leaving the agency,” an audit said.

When Charles Burton retired from FMCS, he incorporated an LLC to which another FMCS employee paid $85,000 using his purchase card, listing it as a “Call Center Service,” even though the company had neither a website nor a working phone.

When an accountant, Carol Booth, blew the whistle on financial abuses to the General Services Administration, which manages purchase cards and contracting, Cohen forced her to send an email (which he wrote under her name) rescinding her statement.

Like something out of “The Office,” the employees spent an inordinate amount of time and money congratulating one another for being employed there and engaging in “work” that really amounted to pampering themselves.

One purchase was for $30,000 on trinkets marking employees’ anniversaries. The agency’s office was absurdly oversized, but it refused to move. It hired a consultant for a “Hallway Improvement Project” to decorate. It had an in-house gym for employees, and purchased a $1,000 TV for the gym, a $3,867 ice-maker, and a $560 stereo.

The expenses that were actually business-related were hardly better. It paid, for example, $895 “for Suzanne Nichter’s enrollment in the English Essentials: A Grammar Refresher course” and $735 “for Lakisha Steward to attend Listening and Memory Skills Development Course.”

All expenses paid lifestyle

FMCS used federal jobs as a spigot of cash for friends and relatives. Allison Beck, a former union lawyer who became a top FMCS official, employed her sister-in-law as a “special assistant,” and an inspector general found evidence that she tried to create a high-level job for a friend.

FMCS employees allegedly steered contracts to friends, allowing them to write the “statement of work” that would be used to choose the contract winner — resulting in, of course, their own selection. Such “trainers” were paid $1,500 per day per person to train FMCS’s staff, plus $163 an hour for travel. When a low-level employee eventually said the extra travel pay ran afoul of federal rules, a contractor made clear he viewed it as an entitlement, huffing: “Work we have successfully performed for the agency for more than a decade — at great personal sacrifice, I should add — will be taken away unless we comply in an unquestioning manner with your edict.”

Scot Beckenbaugh, a top agency official, was paid $174,000 a year, but that wasn’t enough: He had his “duty station” listed as Iowa so that he could have all of his living expenses and food paid for in D.C., where he lived and worked, as if he was on a six-year-long business trip. When an employee raised the issue to an agency lawyer, the lawyer told him he “should not raise these issues … it would open a can of worms.”

FMCS hired a former mail carrier who lived in Pennsylvania, Lu-Ann Glaser, for a high-level, D.C.-based job, and agreed to pay for her to stay in a hotel for half of every month — even though it would have been easy to find someone better qualified who didn’t need to be put up in a hotel to simply do her job.

Paul Voight, a human resources official, was listed as living in D.C. even though he actually lived in Wisconsin, in order to fraudulently obtain higher cost-of-living pay. Voight’s boss was Artur Pearlstein, who left the agency to become a law professor, and was then re-hired after his academic career imploded in a plagiarism scandal. His first move in his new job was terminating an independent investigation into FMCS staff abusing taxpayer funds for personal gain.

Cohen, for his part, steered work to his previous employer, despite signing ethics forms saying he would not.

Constant junkets

Many of the agency’s top employees lived outside of the typical Washington, D.C., commuting area, and only stopped in the area occasionally, in an era before telework was routine. Its CFO, Fran Leonard, would come to the office twice a week but leave by 2:00 p.m.

The agency had, inexplicably, an office in Honolulu.

It funded constant travel of its employees to exotic locales, on the pretext that it was drumming up business for the federal agency — an admission that there was little demand for the agency’s existence.

In one month, Beck traveled to Italy and Switzerland, where she conducted a business meeting — over video chat. Then she went to Tunisia and an island off the coast of Georgia. She flew first class and forced the agency to reimburse her for mileage when she drove to her vacation home in Maine.

The agency had three full-time media relations staffers, none of whom would speak to me, almost certainly one of the only reporters to ever call.

Cash grants for insiders

The agency’s existence is predicated on the idea that it is an impartial mediator, biased neither towards labor nor management. But its staff largely comes from a union background, and it gave out grants to promote union membership. But it was too incompetent to do much ideological damage; its employees’ comfort always came before helping unions.

Anyone could request cash grants from the agency, with the only requirement that they mention some nexus with unions, however tortured. It doled out a seemingly random assortment of giveaways to private businesses, perhaps because they were the only ones who knew the grants existed.

It gave $63,000 to a hospital that went bankrupt; $51,000 to a childcare company to help it pay government licensing fees; and $57,000 to a company to “strengthen of culture of continuous improvement to drive us to world class excellence!”

What surprised me most about my FMCS investigation was what happened afterward: nothing. An inspector general made a referral to the FBI, but there were no prosecutions. Instead, President Barack Obama nominated a chief subject of the investigation to the top job.

A decade later, Trump has done what even the agency’s own employees said should happen: shut it down.

Blackmailing Rockefeller // The Scandal that Helped Israel Become a State

1

Dovie is short for Dov Shiloah. His father was Reuven Shiloah.” Then the light bulb went on. Dov’s father not only founded the Mossad, but he was also a key player in obtaining the extra votes in the United Nations that led to the creation of the State of Israel. He did all that and a lot more.

Jim explained that Dov wanted to talk to me about his father, who had died at the age of 49, when he was only 18 years old. When the video call started, Dov said to me, “I think you may know more about my dad than I do.” How do you deny an 80-year-old man the truth about his father? We began to talk.

Back in 2008, I had written a historical novel about Reuven Shiloah with my Canadian friend and co-author Brendan Howley. Our book, The Witness Tree, was fiction based on fact, but putting it out as a novel made it considerably easier for me to circumnavigate the censors at CIA.

Despite five-star reviews, the only copies ever published were by Random House Canada and are difficult to find in print. Apparently, The Witness Tree is simply too sensitive ever to be published in America, even as fiction. It exposes the families of two CIA directors as money launderers for the Nazis. Worse, The Witness Tree tells the truth about how Reuven Shiloah used his knowledge of those secret Nazi connections to blackmail Nelson Rockefeller into creating the State of Israel.

Dov Shiloah asked how he could corroborate this. There are no Israeli government files about his father’s role in the UN partition.

“Yes, there are,” I told him. “I was visited by an Israeli scholar in 1983 who confirmed everything I had read in the US intelligence files. He clearly knew all about the blackmailing of Nelson Rockefeller. In fact, I think he was one of the Zionist leaders who visited Rockefeller.”

“Who was he?”

“Dov, I will be 71 next week. I don’t remember his name.”

Dov chuckled and remarked that I was still a child; he will be turning 80 this year.

“What else do you remember about the Israeli scholar?” he wanted to know. “When did you meet him?”

It was a year after I became “famous.” In 1982, I had been the subject of a double segment on the 60 Minutes news show. It won the Emmy Award for outstanding investigative journalism. As a former federal prosecutor at the Justice Department, I exposed Nazi war criminals who had been hired by some US and NATO intelligence agencies. For a few months I was a two-bit celebrity. Then it was all forgotten.

The next year, I worked at a law firm in Brockton, Massachusetts. I received a phone call inviting me to have lunch with an important Israeli scholar. Someone from the Israeli Consulate would drive him down from Boston and accompany him. We met at a restaurant in Brockton. He was a charming older man, bald spot on top, white hair on the sides, and sharp as a tack. We got along well, and then he came to the purpose of his visit. What did I know about the UN vote on the partition of Palestine?

Siblings and Saboteurs

As readers of my column know, before World War II, Allen Dulles and his brother John Foster Dulles set up a series of front companies to disguise the fact that their client, Nelson Rockefeller, had invested heavily in the Third Reich industrial complex and was supplying Hitler with oil. Prescott Bush, father of future president George Herbert Walker Bush, did as he was told and agreed to become the American fall guy, sitting on the boards of half a dozen Nazi front companies as a placeholder for Rockefeller.

Prescott Bush had nothing to fear. The Dulles brothers were the best lawyers in the world at hiding illegal investments, or so they thought. You see, their sister, Eleanor Dulles, knew all her brothers’ dirty secrets.

Eleanor was the “family scandal.” She had married a Jewish professor. Having a Jew in the Dulles family created a bad image for their German clients. Eleanor always blamed her brothers for driving her Jewish husband to commit suicide. So she started making copies of the records concerning her brothers’ front companies for Nazi money laundering, including some of the Nazi codes. According to my sources, she gave them all to a man named Reuven Shiloah.

Democrats in Congress Drive Luxury Cars on Taxpayer Dime

Rep. Jasmine Crockett billed taxpayers $11,996 in 2024 for a fresh set of wheels

1/2

Andrew Kerr

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D., Texas) declared in February that the government is "not in the business of giving out money" to taxpayers. But when it comes to the simple luxuries in her own life, the firebrand lawmaker is happy to let the public foot the bill.

That includes her taxpayer-funded car. Crockett has billed the public $999.96 every month since she assumed office in January 2023 to pay for a "vehicle lease," according to House disbursement records reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon. It’s unclear the make and model of Crockett’s publicly financed whip—lawmakers are not required to disclose that information and her office did not return a request for comment—but it’s enough to pay for a Tesla Model S, Elon Musk’s luxury sports sedan, which leases for $998 per month.

'Another Simple Favor' Trailer: Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick are Back | THR News Video

Crockett obtained her taxpayer-funded vehicle through a little-known fringe benefit that allows representatives to bill the public for a fresh set of EPA-approved wheels to traverse their congressional districts. Some 42 lawmakers participated in the program in 2024, including 15 Republican participants who represent geographically expansive districts that average 18,100 square miles each. The Republican participants primarily leased economy vehicles from American manufacturers, with several of their offices telling the Free Beacon that leasing a vehicle is a far more cost-effective way for the lawmakers to traverse their massive districts as opposed to paying for airfare or using their personal vehicle at the IRS reimbursement rate of 67 cents per mile.

But the same can’t be said for many of the 27 Democratic participants in the program, several of whom used taxpayer funds to lease vehicles from luxury brands including Tesla, Lexus, and Volvo. And 15 of those Democrats, including Crockett, represent dense urban districts that are smaller than 500 square miles.

Crockett’s district in Dallas, Texas, for example, is only 335 square miles in total. The firebrand Democrat could have used public transportation or her personal vehicle to traverse her district in 2024, but she instead billed taxpayers $11,996 for "vehicle lease" payments to Credit Union Services. Crockett didn’t have to worry about paying for her Washington, D.C., living expenses either, thanks to another little-known fringe benefit available to members of the House. Crockett billed taxpayers $20,301 in 2024 to cover her "lodging" expenses, and an additional $2,670 to pay for her meals when Congress was in session, House disbursement records show.

Crockett’s reliance on the taxpayer to finance her everyday living expenses could come back to bite her as Democrats maneuver to make her a leading figure in the party. In February, Crockett scoffed at Musk’s proposal to redistribute a portion of DOGE savings to American taxpayers, saying: "We are not in the business of giving out money, and honestly, I don't know what $5,000 will do for you."

Details about the make and model of the vehicles leased by members of the House in 2024 are hazy at best, and the offices of most participating members did not respond to Free Beacon requests for comment. Caitlin Sutherland, the executive director of the ethics watchdog Americans for Public Trust, said it was "disturbing" that members of Congress chose not to disclose details of their publicly financed leases.

"Riding around in a taxpayer-funded Lexus and not being forthcoming with constituents raises ethical questions and is unacceptable, particularly in our current era of rising accountability over government spending," Sutherland told the Free Beacon. "Taxpayers have the right to know what type of vehicle they’re subsidizing to ensure this program is not being abused."

Indeed, the vehicle lease program has been abused by Democratic lawmakers in the past. In 2010, former Rep. John Conyers (D., Mich.) came under fire when it came to light his son was driving his taxpayer-funded 2010 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid. He later admitted wrongdoing in the matter and reimbursed the Treasury $5,682.

Crockett’s small urban district is expansive compared to some of the other Democratic lawmakers that billed taxpayers for luxury rides in 2024…

Rep. LaMonica McIver (D., N.J.), for example, billed taxpayers $11,996 to make payments to Lexus Financial Services in 2024. McIver’s district is one of the smallest in the country at just 77.5 square miles across. Her office did not return a request for comment.

Reps. David Scott (D., Ga.) and Jonathan Jackson (D., Ill.) also used taxpayer funds to make vehicle lease payments to Lexus Financial Services in 2024, the payment records show. Neither returned requests for comment.

Rep. Andre Carson (D., Ind.) secured himself a Tesla with taxpayer funds, the records show. He billed taxpayers $10,821 in 2024 to make payments to Tesla Finance LLC in 2024. His district in downtown Indianapolis comprises just 276 square miles. Carson’s office did not return a request for comment.

One lawmaker who represents a largely walkable district with ample public transportation options billed taxpayers for a pricey set of wheels. Congressional Black Caucus chairwoman Rep. Yvette Clarke (D., N.Y.), whose Brooklyn district is just 15.2 square miles in its entirety, billed taxpayers $10,400 in 2024 for vehicle lease payments to Ford Motor Credit, the records show.

Rep. James Clyburn (D., S.C.) is one of the few participating Democrats who represents a rural district. His district is 6,926 square miles, but he rides it in style thanks to taxpayer contributions. The prominent Democrat paid $11,999 for vehicle lease payments to Volvo Car Financial Services in 2024.

Rep. Al Green (D., Texas), whose district is 218 square miles, made $22,235 in vehicle lease payments in 2024 to Mobilease LLC, a Texas-based dealer that offers a wide range of brands. His office did not return a request for comment.

Of the 27 Democrats with taxpayer-funded vehicles, only three responded to Free Beacon requests for comment. The office of Rep. Norma Torres (D., Calif.) said she leased a Toyota Hybrid Prius in 2024 with taxpayer funds, and a spokesman for Rep. Patrick Ryan (D., N.Y.) said the lawmaker’s vehicle lease payments financed the van he uses for his mobile constituent services office. Rep. Hank Johnson (D., Ga.) leased a 2023 GMC Terrain to transport equipment and other materials to district events, his office told the Free Beacon.

Rep. Troy Nehls (R., Texas) was the lone Republican member known to have made lease payments to a luxury car brand in 2024. His office paid $10,583 to Lexus and Lexus Toyota Financial Services in 2024, House disbursement records show. Nehls spokeswoman Emily Matthews declined to share the make and model of his taxpayer-funded vehicle.

"We believe it’s a good use of taxpayer funds, and we abide by all House rules and policies," Matthews told the Free Beacon.

That would be freaking great!

But, no, I'll bet it's gonna be some longwinded chestthumping and blathering about the Houthis. Boring!

Seen this too many times. Some incredible plan foretold, only to be met with some lame announcement that means very little.

REVEALED: Chief Justice John Roberts Caught in Secretive, Invite-Only Club of Elite Judges and Lawyers That Includes James Boasberg, Beryl Howell, Amit Mehta and Ketanji Brown Jackson

So who all is linked to this selective and secretive club? And recall all of their negative Trump rulings?

– Judge James Boasberg (President)

– Scotus Ketanji Brown Jackson (Vice President)

– Judge Amit Mehta (Secretary and a meeting held at her court.)

– Judge Beryl Howell

Justice (Professionalism Award)

-Justice John Roberts (Honorary Bencher of the Middle Temple)

The list includes some of the most soulless and vicious judges in DC District Court.

Wasn’t it something else that Judge John Roberts broke ethical conduct and stuck up for his, “brother Boasberg”?

George Soros has funded a fellowship at Middle Temple where John Roberts is a master of the bench.

My comment: This at the least raises credible appearence of conflict of interest issues.

DOJ Rethinks Suppressor Regulations in Second Amendment Shift

The DOJ reopens the discussion on whether suppressors fall under constitutional protections.

The Trump Department of Justice appears to be changing its controversial position of the Second Amendment not protecting firearms suppressors.

After Gun Owners of America and Gun Owners Foundation revealed that the U.S. Attorney Michael Simpson filed a brief this Monday arguing that firearm suppressors are not protected by the Second Amendment, the DOJ is now requesting 30 days to reconsider its brief.

🚨BREAKING🚨

The Department of Justice will reconsider its incorrect position that suppressors are not arms and are not protected by the Second Amendment. https://t.co/mQ8aNkuwnC pic.twitter.com/USL40YFvp7

— Gun Owners Foundation (@GunFoundation) March 20, 2025

After GOA & @gunfoundation broke the news that a Biden-era holdover acting U.S. Attorney argued that suppressors were NOT arms & were NOT protected by the Second Amendment, @thejusticedept is requesting 30 days to reconsider its anti-gun brief.

This is HUGE! 🔥🔥🔥 https://t.co/edhoChRNSk

— Gun Owners of America (@GunOwners) March 20, 2025

The case here is concerned with George Peterson, a firearm business owner who was indicted for possessing an unregistered suppressor under the National Firearms Act (NFA) after law enforcement raided his home. Peterson subsequently challenged the constitutionality of the NFA’s suppressor registration requirement.

The Fifth Circuit then ruled that suppressors do not constitute “arms” as enshrined in Second Amendment. Chief Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod opined that a suppressor “by itself, is not a weapon” and without being attached to a gun, “it would not be of much use for self-defense.”

Simpson’s recent contention aligns with the Fifth Circuit’s earlier decision on Feb. 6, 2025, which held that suppressors are not protected “arms” under the Second Amendment. Simpson claimed that the National Firearms Act’s regulation of suppressors is consistent with historical firearm regulations and does not infringe on constitutional rights.

However, pressure from pro-gun organizations such as GOA have prompted the government to request “this Court [to] delay its ruling on Peterson’s petition for 30 days to allow it an opportunity to further consider its position.”

The topic of firearms suppressors has become a controversial facet of the gun control debate following Luigi Mangione’s assassination of UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson, where he allegedly used a 3D-printed firearm and 3D-printed suppressor.

at the risk of stating the obvious…

Trump Is Bombing Yemen For Israel

By Caitlin Johnstone,

The US is bombing Yemen again after Houthi leaders announced that their blockade on Israeli shipping would resume due to Israel’s siege on Gaza.

Trump could have used Washington’s immense leverage over Israel to force Netanyahu to honor the ceasefire agreement and allow aid into Gaza. Instead he let the IDF lay siege to Gaza and started bombing Yemen for Israel, because he’s a warmongering Israel cuck.

Trump is bombing Yemen for Israel, rushing weapons to Israel despite its flagrant ceasefire violations, and rolling out authoritarian measure after authoritarian measure to stop Americans from criticizing Israel. Because that’s what you get when you vote for America First.

Do you want to know how much of a pathetic Israel lackey Trump is? Earlier this month his nominated hostage envoy Adam Boehler went on CNN and proclaimed that the United States is “not an agent of Israel”. Days later, the White House withdrew Boehler’s nomination.

It’s cool how Republicans are finally dropping that phony “We’re populists fighting the Deep State” schtick and returning to their authentic “Anyone who opposes authoritarianism loves terrorists, let’s fight more wars in the middle east” roots.

Trump supporters would wipe their asses with the US Constitution and deport their own mothers if doing so would help their government send one more 2000-pound bomb to Israel.

The other day I shared a report about Israel continuing its insanely evil practice of murdering children in Gaza with sniper drones, and I got multiple people in my replies commenting “Release the hostages!” as a response.

Israel supporters are the worst people in the world.

I have no sympathy for Israelis, nor for Israel supporters who say they “feel unsafe”. This isn’t because I am uncaring, it’s because I know any sympathy I might point in that direction will be harnessed and used to murder Palestinians, start wars, and destroy free speech rights.

When you proclaim that anti-Zionism is antisemitism and then Zionism murders tens of thousands of children, you are naturally going to see a rise in “antisemitism” as you have defined it. That’s all this whole “antisemitism crisis” narrative has been from the very beginning.

Zionism is not a religion, it’s a fucking political ideology. It’s always legitimate to criticize a political ideology. Saying it’s evil forbidden speech to express disdain for Zionism is the same as saying it’s evil forbidden speech to express disdain for white nationalism. Zionism is the political ideology which supports the west’s decision to drop an apartheid ethnostate on top of a pre-existing population and maintain that apartheid ethnostate by any amount of violence and abuse necessary.

You can’t butcher children by the tens of thousands with the backing of the most powerful war machine on the planet in the name of supporting this political ideology and then legitimately cry victim when people have something to say about it. That’s not a thing.

People tend to bluff the opposite of whatever hand they’re holding; newbies do it in poker, and everyone does it with their ego. Conservatives are afraid of everything, so they posture as hypermasculine tough guys. Liberals are bootlickers who act like heroes of social justice.

You see this dynamic everywhere, on the personal level as well as political. The person who feels small acts big. The person who feels dumb acts like a know it all. You see some bloke acting like he’s better than everyone else and think “That guy needs to be brought down a few pegs,” but really he’s only doing that because he feels inferior to everybody; you can’t bring him down any lower than he’s already brought himself. They’re all just bluffing the opposite of the hand they believe they’ve been dealt.

Skull and bones, of course

Who is Judge Boasberg?

Judge Boasberg, who goes by the nickname Jeb, spent his formative years in Washington, D.C., while his father worked for Lyndon B. Johnson’s administration. He went to St. Albans, an all-boys prep school, and attended Yale University, where he played basketball and was a member of the secretive Skull and Bones club. During law school at Yale, he lived with Brett Kavanaugh, the Supreme Court justice.

Before Judge Boasberg wore robes, he was a homicide prosecutor in Washington, D.C. President George W. Bush, a fellow Yale and Skull and Bones member, gave him his first job on the bench in 2002, as an associate judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Nine years later, former President Barack Obama nominated him to the federal bench in the capital, a position for which he was unanimously confirmed.

Military Arrests Radical Leftist Judge James Boasberg

————————————-

White Hats on Wednesday arrested a Deep State federal judge for treason after obtaining evidence proving Barack Hussein Obama “instructed” him to issue orders enjoining the President to stop deporting illegal aliens.

On Saturday, D.C. Judge James Boasberg, who was presiding over a lawsuit challenging deportation, signed two rulings aimed at blocking Trump from removing Venezuelan Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gang members from US soil. Boasberg, an Obama appointee, is among a bevy of radical justices hell-bent on thwarting the President’s agenda, which includes banishing illegals and eliminating fraud and wasteful spending.

Following Boasberg’s ruling, the President on social media called for his impeachment, writing that lower judiciaries had no authority to usurp the Executive Branch. The Left acrimoniously accused Trump of purging the Judicial Branch of judges who disagreed with him.

It’s unclear whether the President’s reformed Department of Justice and the FBI opened a case on Boasberg, but JAG, having observed firsthand how bloodthirsty illegals behaved at Guantanamo Bay, felt that any judge protecting them must have an agenda. Ostensibly with Rear Admiral Lea Reynolds’ consent, JAG quietly launched its own investigation, and quickly discovered that Boasberg had kept in touch with Obama and had ties to Act Blue, a liberal domestic terrorist organization masquerading as a harmless political action committee.

“Within 24 hours, we found out Boasberg got money from Act Blue and was told by Obama to injunct POTUS’ deportation efforts. The evidence was compelling enough to issue a warrant charging Boasberg with treason,” a JAG source told Real Raw News.

Our source wouldn’t share the evidence or say how JAG acquired it so expeditiously, citing operational security.

“Since Trump’s return, we have the same technological capability as US Army Cybercommand,” was all he’d presently say on the matter.

On Wednesday evening, he added, JAG agents tailed Boasberg and his two private security guards from his home to Kingbird, a posh D.C. restaurant, confronting the trio before they had a chance to enter. Displaying the warrant, the JAG agents said they were taking custody of Boasberg and had the authority to use lethal force against anyone impeding their goal. Boasberg predictably said the military had no right to detain him and that he intended to keep his dinner reservation.

“You’ll get dinner, but they don’t serve Wagyu beef where you’re going,” a JAG agent told him, according to an incident report reviewed by RRN.

JAG offered Boasberg’s security a reasonable ultimatum: Go home or join him.

The security guards whispered to each other, then said, “We’re outta here.”

Our source said Boasberg has been brought to a JAG holding facility.

“Here’s the deal. We’ll share our evidence with the Justice Department to see if they’ll act on it and prosecute. If not, he’s ours, and we’ll compel him to face a tribunal,” our source said.
