President Trump made clear on Tuesday that he will give Hamas "three or four days" to agree to his Gaza peace plan, "or pay in hell." He first unveiled his 20-point plan for ceasefire and permanent peace alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Monday.

 

Touting that Arab leaders have accepted the plan, Trump said that "we’re just waiting for Hamas" - and reports say that Qatari mediators had presented the plan to Hamas officials on Monday evening. Trump said there's "not much" room for any further negotiating over the plan's points when asked by a reporter.

The national Black Lives Matter movement claims $33.4 million of its cash is being withheld by one of its progressive partner organizations, The Post has learned.

In a scathing lawsuit, Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation accuse the Tides foundation — backed by George Soros — of alleged “deceptive business practices” as well as “egregious mismanagement” of its money, while demanding its return.

The lawsuit was filed last year, but the stakes were raised on Monday when the BLMGNF — which oversees its other regional operations — asked the California Attorney General to step in and investigate Tides.

Even during the course of the lawsuit, BLMGNF accuses Tides of spending $6 million of their donations, despite promising to freeze any cash belonging to the group during the litigation, according to one of their lawyers.

“My client now has to pay money just to get their own money back, after my client raised 100% of it,” said Lawrence Segal, representing BLMGNF.

Segal claimed the BLM money may even have been used by Tides to fund their defense against them.

“More than $1 million has been spent by Tides out of my client’s money just on attorney’s fees —possibly to pay their own lawyers,” said Segal. “It appears that they are paying themselves from charitable donations in order to pay the legal fees that resulted from this case.”

Virginia’s Fairfax County claims there is no “probable cause” to charge Richard Cox, a Tier III registered sex offender, for allegedly exposing himself to women and girls.

Fairfax County’s refusal to charge Cox comes despite an Arlington detective’s testimony that Cox was in possession of child pornography and Fairfax County children’s swim class schedules, Cox’s previous alleged admission of his own compulsions to expose himself, and witnesses claiming that he exposed himself to women and girls in Fairfax County recreation centers’ locker rooms, ABC 7 News’ Nick Minock reported.

Abigail Spanberger, the Democrat candidate for governor in Virginia, did not respond to The Federalist’s inquiry asking whether she believes it is appropriate for males to have access to sensitive female spaces such as bathrooms and locker rooms, and whether she supports allowing men like Cox to use their supposed “transgender” identities to access sensitive women’s and children’s spaces. Spanberger has previously refused to condemn men’s access to sensitive women’s spaces, as reported by The Federalist.

In a statement Friday, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares explained that Cox’s status as a sex offender extends back to the 1990s, and that he was convicted on child pornography charges in 2006. Since then, Miyares noted, Cox has taken advantage of Virginia law that allowed him to change his driver’s license sex description to female, letting him exploit his claimed “transgender” identity and access to female spaces where he allegedly repeatedly exposed himself to women. Cox appealed to this so-called identity in a preliminary hearing in Arlington County Thursday, repeatedly claiming to be a woman and complaining that he was being “misgendered.”

The Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney’s Office “declined to participate in the prosecution of Cox” over a 2024 indecent exposure charge that was eventually dismissed, Miyares said, nor would it prosecute his reported presence near an indoor children’s playground, in violation of his status as a registered sex offender. Miyares attributed Cox’s alleged exposure of himself at an Arlington County high school — testified to in an Arlington County hearing — and other incidents to Fairfax County’s failure to prosecute Cox.

Miyares criticized Fairfax County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office for “an alarming pattern of misconduct, neglect of victims’ rights, constitutional violations, and dangerous prosecutorial policies” under the leadership of Steve Descano. Miyares called for Descano to resign.

Both Fairfax County and Arlington County school districts have implemented policies that allow access to spaces like bathrooms and locker rooms on the basis of “gender identity.” These policies are in violation of U.S. Department of Education policy, as previously reported by The Federalist.

Federal records show that in 2022 and 2023, the foundation directed $2 million to the Tides Foundation, money earmarked to “support local organizations that are working to reduce violence in communities.” But Tides, which is also heavily funded by Democratic donor George Soros, has been flagged by the House Ways and Means Committee for sponsoring groups like the Adalah Justice Project, Samidoun, an the People’s Forum—all of which have supported pro-Palestinian encampments at Ivy League schools following the October 7 Hamas terror attack on Israel.

 

Tides has faced its own legal troubles. Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation sued the group in California last year, accusing it of mismanaging more than $33 million. That case is still pending, according to the New York Post.

The Obama Foundation’s filings also show it sent more than $3 million during the same period to GoFundMe.org for undisclosed programs described as helping “grassroots leaders to empower girls through education.”

 

Meanwhile, costs continue to climb for the foundation’s flagship project, the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago’s Jackson Park. Construction of the 19-acre complex began in 2021 and is now slated to open in 2026, with expenses surpassing $615 million—well over its original $500 million budget.

Tucker Carlson Uncovers Epic Wikipedia Bombshell: Conservative Blacklist

 

Tucker Carlson interviewed Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger, who was laid off during the tech stock crash in 2002, after helping launch the popular website. Sanger built Wikipedia as an unbiased repository of the world’s knowledge, and then stood helplessly by as activists and intel agencies turned it into the most comprehensive propaganda op in human history. He noticed that the original founder of Wikipedia, Jimmy Wales, “was essentially allowing troublemakers, leftists really, to take over and they did.” At the 25-minute mark, Tucker read the first paragraph of the Wikipedia page that features him and he is described as a “leading voice of white grievance politics,” a phrase steeped in propaganda.

Sanger said that there is a blacklist called the ‘perennial sources’ page that contains lists of conservative sources that are not allowed. It will be considered neutral if it is not defended, but conservative sources are not allowed. A ‘reliable sources group’ essentially makes the decisions on content and there are PR firms that edit Wikipedia pages and insert factoids according to how people pay them via ‘paid editing.’ There are 62 administrators, bureaucrats, check users and an arbitration board, but only 14 are identified, which means that 85% of the most powerful accounts on Wikipedia on the editorial side that are shaping how Americans understand the world are anonymous. They can libel people with impunity and avoid lawsuits because they are anonymous. The editors have ruined careers with their libel.

 

It was discovered, from IP addresses, that many of the edits were coming from Langley, VA, home of the CIA and US intelligence agencies. Sanger said that Wikipedia raises $200 million per year.

 

Wikipedia is a media company, but is not called out as a corrupt media company. It is more influential than the New York Times.

 

Sanger encouraged groups to organized to change Wikipedia entries and eventually change its policies. He proposed reforms that are listed below the video.
