A coordinated online group is targeting Union Jack and St George’s flags displayed across Stockport, sharing live maps and locations to remove them.

Operating via social media, members mock and congratulate each other as flags disappear, blaming wind or storms. Stockport council policy still allows flags in public spaces if they pose no safety risk.
