Congratulations Sec Cao. The US needs to divert funds from NATO and use that to build more Navy assets due to their lack of support. The Navy needs a rapid electrified expedition units that can give cover to heavy Marine expedition units, giving them rapid response and coverage while they unload and setup, which takes hours if not a day or so. We need to focus on dispersion, speed, and renewable solar battery based lightweight assets that cannot get bogged down in all terrains. We need to light armored 2 seater jetsons with small gatlings, lightweight drone rocket systems as seen on the A10's, and grenade launchers, EUCs, E cargo bikes, and E drones assets for air, sea, and land. Current capabilities are 100 to 200 mile ranges, which should be enough to support heavy operator setups. We need a few USS Boxer types with faster smaller legend cutter types for dispersion. The goal is to hold ground, climb fast, and have the ability to renew energy where gas and oil would be cumbersome and unavailable. Swappable batteries takes seconds, and the electrified USS Boxer type with the same type of electrical wattage output of a Zimwalt would prove to be a major asset. Electric is stealthier due to reduced noise and also has the benefit of reduced heat signatures. With the current threat of hypersonic and ballistic missiles coupled with denial of airfields for whatever political reasons puts our troops at risk for any ground support operations. Please work with PDJT and Sec. Hegseth on getting this done, as new challenges are rapidly evolving. These attributes fill the gap and would be complimentary to the heavy, more lethal, slower units we currently have.

The Navy is the primary ground force deployment for special operations. Heavy duty USS Boxer types use two hovercrafts to deploy troops and heavy vehicles, but this is essentially serialized. 40 knot hovercraft can transport one tank at a time at a reduced speed of 20 knots, while the second can transport up to 30 marines and a lighter vehicle. We cannot do a major deployment without airfields and large cargo planes. When fields are unavailable, we are limited to small expedition units for limited operations. We need to fill this gap.
