On that page, at the foot under 'Resources' we see that Amber Alert is cited.

Is Q letting us know that the DoJ are complicit in child trafficking and abuse, alongside Amber Alerts? We know Laura Silby (the Haitan child trafficker) worked there in a high position after Hillary got her off on charges. If so, where could we start to dig on the DoJ?
