anon, sometimes you can't change your circumstances, and the only thing you have control over is your perception

there are simple, physical ways you can "trigger" a perception change because the body is connected to the mind and when we take care of ourselves physically it is much easier to stay in a better place mentally - no matter what is happening in the exterior world

things to consider:

research the "gut-brain" connection..

cut out processed foods, eat more whole fruits and veggies, take probiotics, and start a meditation practice

journaling and some form of exercise also help a lot

these lifestyle changes together are much more effective than drugs

pharmaceutical drugs are quite literally poison to the mind body and soul..avoid at all costs if you can

you can also replace therapy by beginning to have those kinds of conversations with yourself, asking yourself the same questions a therapist might ask you.. that's where journaling comes in handy

getting to know yourself on a deeper level and dealing with your own shadows helps you deal with the shadows of the world..

what i do is have 3 tabs open, one on the current bread

the other on the index

https://8ch.net/qresearch/index.html

and the last is the pastebin from last bread (cloned so that it can be edited)

-on the index page, copy and paste the first part of dough into "create new thread" body (sections are separated with breaks), attach the photo and have most of the title filled out including the bread number (usually come up with the bread name around the time i'm baking)

-in another tab, i have the dough ready in pastebin and use it as a text editor to copy/paste notables into the notables section of the dough as i collect them from the current bread

-make sure to read every post

-call out updates every now and then usually around 300 500 and 620

-final notables get posted in a notables bun

baking is straightforward, just copy/paste and sometimes move older notables buns into previously collected notables if post is too long
