So they bring the children here as sex slaves.

When they're done with them they're killed and disposed at a hazardous waste disposal site.

PP is industrial child sacrifice and since the ratlines already exist for transport and dispoal it supports the child sex traffickers in their 'disposal problem'.

If they're eating or extracting certain parts for rituals then they have the medical facilities to do so as well.
