Ok. This is REALLY spoopy. Took another look at TEGNA and there were two different DUNS# and one looked like there was a deobligation of funds. Took a look at the 'child' companies of that clawback and WTF? CEVA Logistics in Dubai? There have been DUNS# mixups in the database before, but this one raises spoopy to a different level.
