Unshakable confidence.

Information warfare targets+manages what percentage of the population believes x, y, z.

They track those who speak against the narrative, those who inspire others to say they disagree. If one person stands up and says they don't agree, it opens the window for others to say they disagree. If 10% of the population hold an unshakable belief, then it propogates to the entire population.

They're terrified of the domino affect we've already started

Our enemy needs to know what unshakable beliefs we hold so they can inject doubt into it.

The key here is to hold an absolute belief. Find the bullet proof belief you hold about Q, Distill it down to a digestable sentence, and spread it like wildfire.

“In general, people do not like to have an unpopular opinion and are always seeking to try locally to come to consensus. We set up this dynamic in each of our models,” said SCNARC Research Associate and corresponding paper author Sameet Sreenivasan. To accomplish this, each of the individuals in the models “talked” to each other about their opinion. If the listener held the same opinions as the speaker, it reinforced the listener’s belief. If the opinion was different, the listener considered it and moved on to talk to another person. If that person also held this new belief, the listener then adopted that belief.

 

“As agents of change start to convince more and more people, the situation begins to change,” Sreenivasan said. “People begin to question their own views at first and then completely adopt the new view to spread it even further. If the true believers just influenced their neighbors, that wouldn’t change anything within the larger system, as we saw with percentages less than 10.”

 

The research has broad implications for understanding how opinion spreads. “There are clearly situations in which it helps to know how to efficiently spread some opinion or how to suppress a developing opinion,” said Associate Professor of Physics and co-author of the paper Gyorgy Korniss. “Some examples might be the need to quickly convince a town to move before a hurricane or spread new information on the prevention of disease in a rural village.”

 

The researchers are now looking for partners within the social sciences and other fields to compare their computational models to historical examples. They are also looking to study how the percentage might change when input into a model where the society is polarized. Instead of simply holding one traditional view, the society would instead hold two opposing viewpoints. An example of this polarization would be Democrat versus Republican.

Perkins Coie claims the leaking of ‘Sword and Shield’ secrets caused financial harm, and their client seeks to hold the unknown defendants (a few Discord users) accountable. Their basis of their claim is the economic value of secret information "not being generally known or readily ascertainable," meaning info was leaked before the intended release, and it negatively impacted the value.

 

To demonstrate the value of info "not readily ascertainable," they cite an example of a 'partner' who released a YouTube video previewing Sword and Shield, resulting in 4.2 million views. However, this partner was the developer, and they didn't release the video. Nintendo released it, and their audience is already immense with 6.2 million subscribers. ''Perkins Coie failed at demonstrating the value of secret info.''

 

Even worse for their case, there was no financial harm. The game sold more than six million units worldwide. In the US, it achieved the highest launch month sales in Pokemon franchise history. They seem to be doing fine even though someone uploaded a few pages of a strategy guide.

 

Right, I almost forgot - this case is about a strategy guide. They insist passing around foreknowledge of upcoming game features reduces its value by reducing "excitement and engagement" before the game's release. If anything, these Discord users promoted excitement and engagement, because the game broke sales records. ''The bottom line is that the bottom line proves their argument wrong.''

 

The basis for the subpoenas are flawed, and the whole thing is a farce. It smells like a potential cover for other Perkins Coie clients getting access to way more information than subpoenaed, while the major Google 'incident' was happening on 12/7.

 

Perkins Coie also has a strong relationship with Google because Google has been a client.

They both profited from the relationship.

The Trump administration conducted a review of all foreign assistance, and around July of this year, they decided to increase the amount of FMF support from $115 million to $141.5 million. VA National Guard Issues Statement Over Calls To Enforce Gun Control

Democrat Congressman Donald McEachin’s comments about using the National Guard to enforce Governor Ralph Northam’s proposed gun control laws in Virginia has caused a storm of controversy in the state, to the point that the Adjutant General of the Virginia National Guard has issued a statement, after scores of phone calls and emails from concerned citizens and curious media figures. WSLS-TV in Roanoke was the first to report on the comments by Major General Timothy P. Williams.

 

 

“We have received multiple questions regarding proposed legislation for the 2020 General Assembly session and the authority of the Governor of Virginia to employ the Virginia National Guard in a law enforcement role. Please make sure you share this message with your all of your personnel.

 

We understand and respect the passion people feel for the U.S. Constitution and 2nd Amendment rights. We will not speculate about the possible use of the Virginia National Guard. I encourage everyone to be patient while we allow our elected officials to work through the legislative process.

 

We have not received any requests from the Governor, or anyone on his staff, about serving in a law enforcement role related to any proposed legislation.

 

I expect our Soldiers, Airmen and members of the Virginia Defense Force to be professional and respectful in their discussions about this subject. As private citizens, our personnel are free to express their opinions to their elected officials, but they should not engage in any political activity while in a uniformed status.

 

We will provide regular updates when appropriate during the General Assembly session. Please utilize your chain of command to direct any questions or concerns to my office, and we will do our best to address them.”

 

 

For those who were hoping that Maj. General Williams was going to come out swinging with a “Hell no we’re not taking anybody’s guns”, it wasn’t going to happen. Even if that’s how the adjutant general feels, he’s not going to pick a fight with the governor if he doesn’t have to. He can kick this can down the road, at least until and if Northam actually requests that the National Guard go into rural counties to look for people who are allowing their 17-year old daughter to hunt unsupervised on their property, or to try to catch someone transferring a firearm without a background check.

 

If Northam were actually dumb enough to do that, I suspect what he’d find is yet another crisis of public confidence on his hands. Not only would he have to deal with dozens of counties and cities that have said “no” to unconstitutional gun control laws, he’d create a crisis within the Virginia National Guard, whose members swear to uphold the Constitution. Many of those National Guardsmen are gun owners and Second Amendment supporters as well, and I suspect there would be a genuine fracturing of the organization over the issue.

 

In fact, if you read between the lines of the adjutant general’s statement, it’s clear that McEachin’s comment is already causing a stir within the Guard itself. The men and women of the Virginia National Guard signed up to defend freedom, not establish a police state on American soil where soldiers search for scofflaws who refuse to register their rifles with the Virginia State Police.

What is going on with Rudy Giuliani? The man who long enjoyed the flattering if empty sobriquet “America’s mayor” often comes across as completely unhinged these days, as when he screamed “Shut up, moron! Shut up, shut up!” at an antagonist on Fox News not that long ago. Where’s the calming influence the nation turned to after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks?

 

The reality, as clear-eyed New Yorkers could tell you, is that this is the same tower of truculence Giuliani has always been: a kiss-up, kick-down kind of guy, someone fittingly described by the late columnist Jimmy Breslin as “a small man in search of a balcony.” Ask him a reasonable question at a press conference, and you stood an equally reasonable chance of having him dismiss you as an idiot in response.

 

The Giuliani modus operandi of 2019, on display so clearly in his starring role in the Ukraine scandal, is the same as it has been for decades: Smear the other side when you can, cast opponents as corrupt, or dismiss them as intellectually dishonest — if not out-and-out evil.

 

Consider just one moment during the eight years he ran New York City. Patrick Dorismond was shot and killed by a police officer on a Manhattan sidewalk in March 2000, in an incident that began when he said no to drugs. The cop, part of an undercover team intent on making arrests, approached Dorismond outside a bar and asked where he and his pals could buy marijuana. Dorismond, a security guard and father of two, took offense and angrily said he was no drug dealer. Heated words were exchanged. The men scuffled. Next thing anyone knew, the officer’s gun was out and Dorismond lay on the pavement, mortally wounded.

 

That’s when then-mayor Giuliani went to work, throwing as much mud on the dead man as he could. Giuliani took the unusual, and ethically suspect, step of unsealing Dorismond’s juvenile delinquency record. This man was “no altar boy,” he sneered. In fact, Dorismond really had been an altar boy. He’d even attended the same Roman Catholic school that Giuliani had.

 

Like his present patron, Donald Trump, he’s always tended to take all the credit when times are good and slough off blame when the going gets rough. In 1998 he gave a talk in Washington on how he’d reshaped New York. He spoke of watching Prizzi’s Honor — he does have an affinity for mob-themed movies — and spotted a graffiti-scarred subway train in one scene. “I said to myself, ‘Subway trains don’t look like that anymore,’” he told the audience. “And then I said, ‘Oh, yeah, you did that.’”

 

There’s no question that many in the city appreciated this kind of tough-guy swagger, especially as violent crime was waning. But this governance by fear and snarl ultimately wore thin. Opinion polls taken in the weeks before 9/11 showed that most New Yorkers couldn’t wait to see the last of him.

 

In 1997, former mayor Ed Koch described Giuliani with words many would say are still appropriate — and, for that matter, apply to the president Giuliani now serves. “He’s got to dominate,” Koch told Esquire magazine. “He’s got to take you on, cut your throat. And vilify people.”

Just as her mother had done, she laid a condition: that he must never enter her chamber on a Saturday. He broke the promise and saw her in the form of a part-woman, part-serpent, but she forgave him. When, during a disagreement, he called her a "serpent" in front of his court, she assumed the form of a dragon, provided him with two magic rings, and flew off, never to return.

Yesterday someone dropped info and claimed to be Q. He dropped w/o Q´s trip and used snipes as proof he is legit. He called out clowns and mentioned a "big data drop".

An anon did a picture forensics showing it was not shopped (I have not much knowledge on that and cannot do that myself, but have seen pic forensics before and it looked legit to me).

Little later POTUS tweeted and used the word "snipe" - when obviously Q team that lurks all the time knew a 'fake Q' just had dropped snipes as proof.

 

While until that point Q made all recent posts on his private board, all of a sudden Q showed up in the general bread again, using his trip and saying Q w/o trip was fake.

 

What strikes me as very odd:

  • Clowns got triggered AF by Q w/o trip calling them out and attacked all the anons arguing why it was real Q (some of that attacking IDs also shilled muh jew e.g.)

  • POTUS tweeted "snipe" which is basically a confirmation for the Q w/ trip and obviously not just done coincidentally or as mistake

  • Q suddently posted in general bread again - why??

  • Q said "Sometimes silence is necessary in order to protect select 'public' releases." when he had only gone silent for 7 days…which is obviously pretty usual and nothing to especially mention.

 

The recent Q drops (all in general) do not give any info that only Q could have.

This board team has not exactly proven to be patriots. BO got called out by Q bigly. And it´s just logically that the deep state would not let researchers and autists dig on them, but they would try to play controlled opposition big time.

Imo Q baited clowns into compromising his trip and clowns took the bait, which obviously has already happened before.

 

This is just my opinion of course, but it´s based on logic and facts and it´s supported by clowns being triggered af by this ''fake Q', signalling over the target'.

Senators push for FISA Court reform in wake of IG report

Lawmakers are mobilizing to reform the FISA Court system. On Thursday, Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham vowed to implement more “checks and balances” to the courts.

 

“The day of reckoning is coming,” he said.

 

This announcement came after Inspector General Michael Horowitz found the FBI was able to “mislead” the courts to maintain its surveillance on former Trump campaign official Carter Page. Horowitz told senators the FBI maintained surveillance on Page even when its investigation into him was winding down.

 

While discussing his report Wednesday, he outlined 17 instances where the bureau intentionally “omitted or withheld” information in their application for FISA warrants.

 

One of the instances he touched on was the FBI learning information that undercut the credibility of the Steele dossier, which it failed to disclose to the FISA courts. Horowitz also said the FBI failed to include other exculpatory evidence regarding Carter Page and George Papadopoulos.

 

Following the hearing, Sen. Graham said corrective action needed to be taken for the courts to remain functioning.

 

“What happened here is not a few irregularities, the system failed. People at the highest level of our government took the law in their own hands. When I say defraud the FISA Court, I mean it.”

The Republican lawmaker warned IG Horowitz against refusing to recommend charges against the bureau for mishandling the investigation.
