My Goddaughter is interested in forensics. i'm using examples from breads to show her how to trace things back to their origins. As you did in class one night.

very nice work, baker - nice bun.
But still needs this link at the end of GMT section
Otherwise, GMTAnon will not be at all happy.

Make sense?
darnโฆ.just realized there's a line missing in my example. And it's also missing in the dough. Will generate a corrected update in a sec.
Here is the corrected version of the GMT section on the bottom of page 3 in the dough:

I double-checked it by posting in "Pass the test" thread
That thread is good not only for newfags but for testing before posting

i see the nightshift seas are still comfy.
Baked bread for seminar tomorrow.
You won't get any bakers jumping down your throat for either the GMT change or adding new link for the baking seminar:
GMT is only a correction for accuracy (not new - yes, was new this morning but endorsed by several bakers before change was made by a different baker than me - see bakers meta thread in /comms/)
the Baking Seminar thread is updated every Wed night or early Thurs morning before the next class - it's routine.
Can you plz swap out this dough link:
Baking Seminar #21 >>>/comms/17719
for this one?
Baking Seminar #22 >>>/comms/18935
[Learn to Bake section, very bottom of dough page 4]
If you come to class tomorrow, would be a good thing to talk about.
When a request for a dough change is made, when you do say yes and when no? As baker, you can always tell me to go to hell bc it's your bake. But there are ways you can check to see whether something is legit. For example, corrections. (Harder when you're new and have your hands full, however.)
You can also check out the requester by asking for a qbin if you aren't sure who you're dealing with.
Night shifts are tougher bc there's often no other baker around to help you figure out this stuff.
But generally speaking:
if a requester gets mad if you say no, it's a bad sign, ha-ha. Especially if they reply in caps and red text.
;-}

In the short run, sucks bigly.
In the long run, will prolly be just as you say - most fortunate.
But shouldn't happen.
They wipe out everyting 'nonessential'
Everything fun, life-enhancing, subtle, pleasurable
Evi bastards indeed
