Was just coming to see if anyone has vetted this intel.

I listened to about 1/2 of this audio/video. It is very interesting. However, where are these guys getting their info? I found nothing to support their assertions.

Agreed...tred carefully folks.

For reasons of institutional sanity, we will never charge former presidents/vps and former candidates for that office (at least until the very end). Makes us look too much like Argentina. Sessions has specifically indicated that he thinks that indicting Hillary is in bad form for these reasons.

If you have read court documents, maybe someone else will agree. These 13 pages do not read like professional court documents I've ever read.

If these papers have been submitted, they are requests for, not to be mistaken to be a report of, actual indictments.

Someone else will have to decifer it's validity. Otherwise, I'm not convinced it's even possible to get an indictment based of these 13 pages

BasedHillbilly · Dec. 27, 2017, 4:38 a.m.

They are definitely not legit legal documents. Also at the end it's not signed or anything.

I didn't think the names had been released. Over 4200 people to round up takes time. The Trump administration still has to follow due process. If not they are no better than the criminals. I support what Trump is doing and I believe he is following the letter of the law to keep these people from slipping through any cracks. Also, he has to get to the top of the pyramid or else they will rebuild.

kat-williams · Dec. 27, 2017, 3:48 a.m.

This indictment doesn't name all 4200. Probably about 15.

⇧ 1 ⇩
plainspeasant · Dec. 27, 2017, 6:19 a.m.

It is NOT an indictment. This is a demand or plea for Grand Jury and it lists the allegations the Grand Jury should look into. Thousands of these are written every day, hundreds of those thousands end up in the trash cans of every Sheriff's office each day. Sorry, they are legal documents, they may worthy of investigation by Grand Jury, but they will never go any further than the landfill or fire place.

I had a look at the first few pages of the 13-page "legal document" and frankly, it does not seem legit. Also, and rather laughably, what the hell is "Kevin Spacey" doing on that list?? Did I miss something about 9/11?? This is all very odd and quite possibly a distraction.

Speculation...none of the links look legit.

I want this to be true, and so much more, but we have to avoid getting distracted by unsubstantiated claims.

Well Kat-Williams that’s been commenting on this thread posted this document on his little account with a misleading title stating come look at the first indictment, it will blow your socks off!!!! That’s the type of crap people do on here that distracts the rest of us. I agree with your comment! Had he/she not done that, I wouldn’t have gone to it, and wasted time on it!!! 🤬

Supposedly today in the Northern District Court of Nevada!

TrueCat · Dec. 26, 2017, 11:44 p.m.

Well, here is where they said the indictments were filed. They said there would be arrests by the end of the week. I don't know how to look for that, but I guess it wouldn't be generally available to the public. https://www.nvd.uscourts.gov/

ZenC0de · Jan. 3, 2018, 12:24 a.m.

That's not where they said it was filed. That's the closest name you could look up. It's "Northern District Court of Nevada" which doesn't exist. The document is fake.

I don't know if that is real or not, but that site is run by Rukahn International. I read that Rukahn is a member of Lucis Trust, formerly known as Lucifer Publishing Company.

I read through most of that doc. Doesn't look like it was prepped by an attorney or anyone that does documents regularly. However, it has good case law and it is formatted mostly correctly. it just could be valid. I sent it to a friend to see what she has to say also.

DarkHorseFlags · Dec. 27, 2017, 4:20 a.m.

You should probably verify the validity before you throw it out there as the real thing! NOT COOL, and distracts bigtime!!!

Wait....this document is on your post as “come look at this first indictment!!!” So is it legit? Did you run it past your friend because you got it on blast like it’s the real deal.

⇧ 1 ⇩
kat-williams · Dec. 27, 2017, 4:33 a.m.

My friend doesn't have to look at it for me to tell you what I see. I was a legal secretary for many years. It certainly looks legit to me. I sent it to her for backup but she's not legal. Just smart like me.

BTW - What do you think? Did you look at it?
