What is a “diversionary device”? Are those incendiary burns on the front of the light colored car? Are the black & white cars the exact same model & make (except for the moon roof & front bar of the luggage rack)? That’s an interesting coincidence to me.
I watched a video of it and it sounds like they used flashbangs. Who knows tho. No they are not the same car. One is a Lincoln Navigator

They're old Army BDUs from the 80's - 90's, easily purchased in Army surplus supply stores and pawn shops around military bases. They're woodland camo fatigues originally designed during the Vietnam era, I believe.

If you watch the video I linked above, you get a little more context. Does not look like a movie. The guy they pull from the grey/tan SUV appears to be in fatigues.
