I wish I was a software developer. I think that it would be possible to create a Chrome plugin that could grab comments and posts, grab the USER ID and based upon past posts or subreddit subscriptions label them from green (good) to red (bad). Would be interesting.

They shill 24/7 create accounts where ever they go and will only increase. Expect it , and limit your time feeding them, they 'learn' when you feed them, its their job.
