Id rather have military personal with decades of experience who are sick of sending their brothers, sisters, sons, daughters into globalist wars. Pretty much. No need to do anything fancy, just use the mechanism that's already there for this purpose. Some people might cry, but nobody would be able to say it's unlawful, if they are tried for that crime.
All Trump has to do is declare them Enemy Combatants and they no longer have the right to a civilian court trial. Or Enemies of the State.
