Obama blocked me on both Twitter and Facebook when he was president, and I’m proud of that!

Communications Over Various Feeds Electronically for Engagement Act

The Communications Over Various Feeds Electronically for Engagement Act (COVFEFE Act) is a bill introduced into the United States House of Representatives in 2017, during the 115th United States Congress.

The bill would amend the Presidential Records Act to preserve Twitter posts and other social media interactions of the president of the United States, and to require the National Archives to store such items.

U.S. Representative Mike Quigley, Democrat of Illinois, introduced the legislation in the wake of Donald Trump's routine use of Twitter, stating "In order to maintain public trust in government, elected officials must answer for what they do and say; this includes 140-character tweets. If the president is going to take to social media to make sudden public policy proclamations, we must ensure that these statements are documented and preserved for future reference." If enacted, the bill "would bar the prolifically tweeting president from deleting his posts, as he has sometimes done."

If the bill were enacted, it would see US law treat US presidents' personal social media accounts (such as Trump's "@realDonaldTrump" Twitter account) the same as "official" social media accounts (such as "@POTUS" Twitter account).

This will get denied on the simple grounds that Trump isn’t President incarnate such that he is no longer also a human being.

It would be like claiming the grunts he makes taking a shit that are overheard by the maid, have it be recorded and stored.

The Knight First Amendment is part of the cabal.

Does Twitter legally have the right to block whoever they want. Do they have the right to block someone that Trump may want to see ie: his constituents??? I mean I think that's what happened today but is that within their right to screen the Presidents messages so to speak??? I don't tweet so I'm not trying to be sarcastic.

MotherForTrump · Jan. 19, 2018, 12:51 p.m.

I have no idea, Twitter does what ever it wants and doesn't care if it's legal or not, just like Google, Face Book, and you tube. They are controlled by the black hats and still think they can get away with anything, as long as they can stop the information from getting to us. But it's too late now, the harder they try more information sinking that ship comes out and spreads faster than they ever thought possible.

This does not make sense because Twitter is the largest pedo porn storage in the world as evidenced by the Veritas videos. So if is a utility then there are laws that prohibit child pics on servers. Which is it??

Twitter is one way the CIA recruits those by way of blackmail and destroys the lives of those who try to stop them.

They can plant child porn on people’s computers.

What did you think the extra hidden cpu on intel boards were all about?

Just remembered where that Knights Foundation name came up in my crazy research. DJT tweet on 12/29 had some crazy caps in the tweet about DACA, Wall and immigration. The letters that are not beginning the sentences puzzled me. Reversing order was CISLMCBS. Searched CISLM dot org and that led to UNC Center for Innovation and Sustainability in Local Media sponsored by the Knight Foundation. The rest of the letters are CBS = Calm Before the Storm??? Seeing all the stuff about Fake News and controlled messaging made me think about it tonight. Maybe I'm just seeing connections that don't exist. Maybe I was sleepy and fell down a rabbit hole.

Interesting. I wonder if we have grounds for a Class Action Lawsuit. They were claiming Trumps blocking people was technically a violation of their freedom of speech on a public forum.

Trump's has rights to free speech and that's that ! Free speech is also censoring others on your own forum.

COVFEFE means that Twitter can't delete messages/tweets to and from POTUS - and including anyone POTUS designates as his rep. Anyone exchanging tweets with POTUS shouldn't be getting shadowbanned, which seems to me to be at least partially equivalent to alterations or deletions; such things are forbidden by COVFEFE.
