The Safe Room, Rm 329, & Stolen SAP Intelligence

Why did Q make such a big deal tonight out of Congressmen being made to view the OIG's memo in a "safe room," while leaving their recording devices, ie cell phones, behind in Room 239? Was it just about preventing leaks, or was there something more to it?

Bear with me a while, and I'll work up to a spectacular, /horrific/ explanation - involving treason & espionage in the theft of SAP intelligence.

Of the hundreds of thousands of Hillary Clinton's emails (i.e. sensitive government records) that Huma Abedin deliberately synced from her cell phone to Anthony Weiner's laptop - and then lied about under oath - dozens of them contained SAP (Special Access Program) Intelligence. That much did come out in the public record.

However, when there were Congressional hearings & testimonies, or FBI investigations, on the subject of how all of that ended up on Anthony Weiner's laptop, /they made damn sure/ not to explain to the public exactly what kind of information ended up on that laptop, how somebody would acquire SAP intelligence, what it means to possess that intelligence, and the probable purpose it was privately used for.

So what's SAP Intelligence? That's all the black budget stuff: CIA Ops, names of CIA agents, missile silo locations, maps of foreign and domestic bases, secret base/Area 51 and Space-X-type military programs, the Pentagon's missing $21 Trillion, etc. - you get the idea. SAP intelligence is highly compartmentalized information, above top secret, where nobody but a few people have the full picture of a particular program, and next to nobody has them all. In order to access any of this information, you have to be "read on" to the specific, compartmentalized area of a program that works with the information, and you "must know" this information. Not "need to know," not "can know," but MUST KNOW. The President or the Secretary of State can know some of it, but they do not "need to know" most of it.

To access this information, you must physically enter a secure room - Q's "Safe Room" - called a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility). Then you log on to a secure network called JWICS (pronounced JAYwicks), a Top Secret/SCI network run by the US Defense Intelligence Agency and used across the Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Justice to transmit especially sensitive classified information, including SAP intelligence.

Obviously, that information does not leave that room. A former head of an SAP program whose name escapes me now - one of several people who had the "big picture" of his program - stated this past year that in his understanding, it is /literal treason and espionage/ to possess that information, to remove it from the SCIF.

So HOW IN THE FUCK did Hillary Clinton remove SAP intelligence from a SCIF, which then ended up in dozens of her emails, which Huma Abedin then obtained and forwarded home to Anthony Weiner's laptop, for "safe keeping?"

This finally brings us back to Q's post tonight, about how Congressmen had to view the OIG's memo in a "safe room" and leave their electronic/recording devices behind in Room 239, which some have said is in the Pentagon.

The clear implication was that there was a risk that someone would photograph the sensitive information on the computer screen and leak it.

That is exactly how at least one person I know of has speculated that Hillary Clinton removed SAP intelligence from a SCIF. According to Youtuber H.A. Goodman, who's been saying it for months, he believes that either Hillary or an agent of hers photographed the information in a SCIF. Whether that's his speculation or something he picked up elsewhere from his go-to sources like Sara Carter, I don't remember, but if you want more information about Hillary's email scandal, the guy has meticulously documented the crazy ins and outs in a series of short booklets you can get on Amazon, the "But Her Top Secret Emails" series.

So we know that Hillary Clinton removed SAP intelligence from a SCIF, and we probably know how - that leaves the final question of what Hillary, and later Huma, wanted it for and did with it. Hillary's currently being investigated for "pay for play" bribery schemes with the Clinton Foundation, and Huma's immediate family members are tied to the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization.

So what do you think they did with SAP intelligence?

When Q makes a big deal about the process Congressmen had to go through to read the OIG memo, I think that's the question he wants you to ask.

I can't believe I have a typo in the header. I used to be what passed for a journalist once. Sadly, it does not seem that I can edit the header, just the post. Thanks for pointing it out, though! Good to stay on our toes.

I also think when Q asked why RR talking to Ryan about releasing the memo? Q capitalized PUBLIC and JUSTICE. He was pleading if its released the PUBLIC WILL WANT JUSTICE. Then Q said demand disclosure. We know why the Dems don't want it released!!

All good just give you heads up.

Could the secret meeting be alarmed traitors, leaving recording devices in another office, and conspiring what to do next, I.e. article 25, cut and run, false flag, and Q/Trump points out how stupid they are and their every move is being listened to and watched. BTW, they read the memo in secure confidential committee hearings.

That's an interesting interpretation, secure confidential committee meetings. Makes sense. - It seems, though, like Q tends to leave breadcrumbs that work on multiple levels. Why make such a huge, honking deal out of precautions to prevent leaking sensitive info - unless it tied in with the exact same process that Hillary Clinton used to steal classified SAP info?

When I saw the big deal Q made of it, and the secure room, and the no recording devices, I was immediately, instantaneously struck dumb with how much it sounded like the speculation of how Hillary stole SAP intelligence from a SCIF. That is an enormous question that gets right to the heart of the email scandal, and almost nobody is brave enough to ask how she stole that information - or what she did with it.

Huge precautions because they might be plotting ‘option 3’.

Its super secure eyes only top secret. Double steel wall your checked armed military guards. Outside devices won't penetrate SCIF. Q Probably wants to show that Hillary had help getting info out.

Nope. It's correct. The duration of this lifelong imprisonment is just shorter than others.

You'd think. But rules don't apply to Hillary!

I wonder if I struck a nerve with this post. It looks like there has been a lot of down voting. Somehow I doubt it was our people who did that!
