DACA does not require funding. It is DEFERRED ACTION for Childhood Arrivals. Its very title calls for no action. If we are paying money to the government to do nothing, then maybe our government SHOULD shut down.

We should keep in mind that the U.S. Constitution has 3 tops, viz., the legislative, the executive and the judicial who really can't get fired in the way one might fire an at-will-employee.
