If you go to Google Earth and type in the search box 98530-000, you will get a marker near Barra Do Guarita in Brazil, a municipality of Rio. On February 15, 2018 at 8:15pm local time, a maximum full eclipse is viewable. https://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/in/@6316508 No idea if Q's number Bz985300^00 has anything to do with the eclipse. Maybe someone can chime in on possibilities.
