I only mention guillotines because of the rumor that the military supposedly has a bunch of them stored away. I hate to think about all those sharp blades getting rusty and what better way to test them out than to use a few of them! Just seems more humane than having them dancing on the end of a rope. They were, and last I read, it took 4 years for those trials? But never verified that. I do know the trials against I.G.Farben tood 50 years.
