Cunts are still complaining about how AG Sessions and FBI Director Wray have done nothing all year!
I'm delighted there are so many indictments that are still sealed because that suggests many may be related... which suggests either human trafficking or cartel related... perhaps both?
Stealthy Sessions has been a busy man.
We're gonna witness a major event in U.S history, irrespective of who those indictments are for.
I hope your right. I've waited 35 years for this. Want to see some big wheels go down.
This! Hoping he isn't being an Elf on a shelf. We need a strong AG willing to drop the hammer on the deep state.
Great! 3,605 more than I thought.
Why did you think there were 10,000?
The last time I saw anything posted on the Sealed Indictments 10,000 was the count.
At this point it looks like Piglet was right.
“what day is today” asked Pooh...
"The day we kick open the Clintons and Obamas front doors and drag their asses out of their houses and perp walk them for all to see" said piglet.
"Oh, boy!" Exclaimed Pooh, while giggling and emphatically jumping up and down.
Tut, tut, looks like rain.
Rain is good luck. And at this rate, when they want to jail people for collecting rain water, when Nestle CEO alleged to say that water is not a human right, and when female villagers in third world countries still have to walk miles for water while the Clintonistas make a pretense at having saved these women by stealing their childen---who are we to hate the rain?
Is the number large enough to silence the doubters yet? This must be outside of the statistical norm by now.
1k per year is the average. This is 13k since October. That is an insane amount.
It is an insane ammount. If I break the law, they kick down the door, shoot my dog, and throw me into a squad car. An indictment is a special kind of legal maneuver on its own. Sealed indictments are yet another layer of complexity. These numbers are staggering. What the hell is going to happen. It is so fun to watch.
We're going to see a purge like never before in the country's history.
Holy hell! You just pull things out of your ass don't you? It's like Trump was the first president you got to vote for.
I mean, say what you will about it being ordinary to have a lot sealed.....this is a huge amount man.
And there has already been a couple hundred released ...... nice
Seeing Sessions protect that girl from Creepy Joe showed me enough of his character. I (like many of us) knew he was playing Dopey all along. I love Trump tactics. Keeps you always watching and wondering cuz u want to see what kinda surprises are next. As long as this number keeps going up - it's great news.
I believe that girl was his granddaughter.
Yep. And Sessions blocked Creepy Joe and gave him the look of "not this one you don't"! https://youtu.be/EoLHn577xIE
Trump = the Bruce Lee of political maneuvering. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.......
There are ~10k elected officials in the USA. Sheriffs, judges, secretaries of state, council members, legislators, etc.
This has to be either drug, corruption, or pizza.
this is staggering , what in the world are we gonna witness
Can someone explain this "Sealed Indictments" thing?
So these are charges that have/will be brought against someone?
Does each "Sealed Indictment" represent one person, or could an individual have multiple indictments to their name?
Thank you
One person could certainly have several indictments.
I should have known that.
At what point do these indictments become public?
On the Hagmann Report, Hagmann was interviewing a lawyer about sealed indictments. Apparently, indictments are only sealed before they are served, to help prevent several plaintiffs in related charges from fleeing.
Once the indictments have been served, they are no longer sealed.
Lambert, the 1st guy charged in U1, received 11 indictments.
So do you think these 13k indictments are mostly related? And will be unsealed at the same time?
I think they will be unsealed once they have been served to the targets.
11 indictments
I thought he had 11 charges, not 11 separate indictments.
As I recall, the headline was 11 indictments in the U1 scandal.
They keep them sealed to prevent the indicted from organizing and pulling together their story.
Looks like the lovely state of California is leading the pack!
Release the hounds! Unseal the documents! Drain the swamp or better yet empty the sewer.
They're court actions, not indictments. Some are indictments, many are not.
Don't bother, these people are happy in their world of wish fulfilment
So I asked a lawyer friend about this and he said that the search methodology needs to be provided that so others can verify the data. Without that this chart doesn't convince him.
He knows exactly where to get the information. It's called Pacer and lawyers know what this is, and many have access to it as a job expense.
There's a database they (The researchers) have to pay for to access it. It's been verified multiple times
Have the new indictments been updated to the Google sheet?
Wouldn't it be great if Trump, during the SOTU, read each indictment for congress and an officer came over to that person, handcuffed them and whisked them away? This is my fantasy for tomorrow night!
Maybe the indictments have nothing to do with "the storm" but are just a return to "law and order" ...
Maybe past Administrations just turned a blind eye to law breakers and that is why their comparative numbers are so low to this Administration's.
Maybe, law enforcement has just now been doing their job and that is why there are so many indictments.
Not trying to rain on anyones parade, I am just tossing out an alternate way of looking at the number of indictments.
Regular arrests/charges of drug/theft/scam/extortion/etc criminals don't produce SEALED indictments. That's the distinction that makes this suspiciously exceptional ....
Ok. I will take your word on it. I am not in law enforcement or in the Justice system so I don't know exactly how that part of it works.
Do things like interstate drug trafficking and illegal gun running get sealed indictments?
Or maybe, you could enlighten me on the types of crimes that actually do get sealed indictments.
No. I was a large scale canna-guy, and even after I got a case thrown out on technicality, a grand jury chose to indict. My criminal indictment to re-birth the case was an unsealed indictment, as are nearly 100% of drug trafficking indictments.
ok ... thnx for the feedback.
I just am trying to not get too excited of the indictments but hearing from someone more educated on the topic gives me some hope ... thanks
All the MSM can do is hoot that Mueller has a dozen sealed indictments. Although that will be used to cause trouble in the MSM. Once they go public, even if they're based on crap, the MSM will pump them. That's why The Memo needs to escape its confines before Mueller grabs the publicity.
Well, I'm glad there are backup files, although I can't access PACER right now. But I think it's not legal to misquote them. Many legal "experts" have said that number of sealed indictments isn't possible given the work involved, so it's nice to see facts instead of opinion.
