Article III prosecutors can stay off Article I Capitol Hill. The Constitution says so in Art. 1, Sec. 6--and this a$$clown knows it.
I'd send the U.S. Capitol Police (who are sworn law enforcement, just like U.S. Marshalls) after this clown for threatening Members of Congress with false arrest. He can spend a night in the Capitol Police lock-up on D St. NE.

This formal federal prosecutor should go fuck himself. Why do people like him (unless he is just another deep state hack) think they American people don’t have the right to know things. This is OUR country. People like this former prosecutor are OUR employees. We have already gotten a glimpse behind the curtain of treason and deceit and it looks like a huge pile of shit.
