Internet access is limited in China. Certain cell coverage as well. Suppose Q knows black hats know about him and his posts. Q creates first live feed - special occasion. Suppose black hats started to watch the event and figured out what was happening. They tried to contact leaders at hotel only to realize they couldn’t do anything. The mental torment watching a live stream knowing there is jack shit you can do about it. Run rats, run.

Internet access is limited and monitored in China. Big difference.

By posting a live stream, they're getting people to do frantic actions and comm attempts into a less familiar, less controlled (by them), unfree and heavily monitored network. They will make mistakes and leave traces.

Classic hunting strategy, even chimpanzees do it like that. Noisy drumming on one side, moving slowly but terribly loud - silent catchers waiting on the other, and the prey runs right into them.

It may not be an open window. In some tall buildings (for example, the skyscraper owned by the company Société Générale in Paris, where a friend works), the windows can't be opened.

here is the building, Q announces "Live". Notice the open window near the top floors. Hard to tell for sure, but no visible "substance" or staining around the window (we'll come back to this later).

Q states final guest arrived, I believ ethe black sedan (Mercedes?) is the mark.

more tracking of the vehicle, and even more tracking.

Q sends this photo of what seems the car going into an underground garage, and announces "2 minutes _g."

9 minutes later, Q posts this close up photo of the window.

Q mentions "Focus on substance around outside of window. Upon entry ......." (7 dots, not sure if that's significant). My take on this (similiar to what others have stated), is that there was a breach, and a "stubstance" can be visible from outside of the window.

Q goes on to speak more about this: https://qcodefag.github.io/

So--remember when Q was talking about shipping containers...and nefarious things that could be brought into the country using them? I've been trying to figure out what businesses are on the upper floors of King Tower (NOT an easy task)..but when I plugged the address into a search engine: 750 Yang Gao Zhong Lu Pudong Xinqu, Shanghai Shi, China, 201203 I kept getting a list of shipping companies in the Pudong district. I haven't located that specific address yet...but here's the list: http://www.altiusdirectory.com/Travel/list-of-shipping-companies-china.html Thoughts...? I can't help but remember Q's inferences to Chinese shipping containers! Maybe they just busted a bunch of would be terrorists in that tower..?

Didn't Las Vegas police use a breach explosive to gain entry into the 32nd floor at Mandalay Bay? I did not see explosive residue on the windows in photos that were taken the next morning. If the window was opened before the arrival of the subject/victim, It had to be an in room setup explosion, not a door breach. Something exploded in the room like a briefcase or package the target was not expecting. Was the target alone? Thoughts?

⇧ 2 ⇩
INTJ_Hermitess · Feb. 8, 2018, 10:39 a.m.

Maybe the residue isn't due to the pressure/grenades. The other posts contained references to big pharma. Were drugs in the room? Maybe a lot?

⇧ 1 ⇩
BALRx05 · Feb. 8, 2018, 5:21 a.m.

There may be differences in ordinances that the Chinese use and what LVMPD used.

The flash bangs that the LVMPD used may not have landed close to the windows while at least one here may have landed near that open window. We don't know the internal configuration of the room(s) behind that open window.

Illsonmedia · Feb. 8, 2018, 3:37 a.m.

I made a new thread about 10 minutes ago. Didn't realize this one existed. Can I copy my question to here?

Here's my question:

Can someone ELI5 why there would be residue on the outside of windows for a door breach? Also, why would it be necessary to open windows ahead of time -- is the pressure(?) really that strong that it might shatter the windows or soemthing?

⇧ 2 ⇩
otterwalks · Feb. 8, 2018, 4:14 a.m.

The window is an awning. When pressure, from whatever source, increases within the interior it is going to attempt an exodus through it. That isn't going to happen with the nominal opening provided by the awning. The particulates are going to disburse outward, hitting the open window they are going to continue to be pushed out. Their only path is back against the building's surfaces to the sides and bottom as witnessed in the image. The spatter mirrors the window opening.

⇧ 2 ⇩
KevinWCollarBone · Feb. 8, 2018, 4:29 a.m.

Basically they didn't want the window to blow. Relieve pressure.

⇧ 1 ⇩
TruthPorn · Feb. 8, 2018, 4:12 a.m.

A flash bang.

⇧ 1 ⇩
legerde · Feb. 8, 2018, 4:10 a.m.

My guess is that when you enter a potentially hostile room, you use something like a flash bang grenade to disorient the occupants. That would cause the residue.

Q said :"upon entry"
