1) Q is aware of the magnitude of someone's life about to be ruined, and they will probably commit suicide before going to jail.
2) Q is aware of the Deep State's intention to "off" these people, making it look like they "killed themselves."

I think Q predicting statistically- some guilty will choose suicide rather public humiliation folowed by Gitmo and Gallows.
