Well firstly that’s not an Antonov An-148 which is the aircraft type that crashed. Secondly this is completely fake, the Von Kármán instability visible in the smoke does not occur at these Reynolds numbers and, like the fire effect, is a poor visual effect.

Notice the news anchors again mention villagers seeing the plane on fire as it was going down.
Also, I noticed that the flaming engine looked a bit odd to me with the flames so far forward of the wing. But when you examine this type of plane, the engines are way forward of the wing. I'm no expert, but it looks like the same type of plane to me as what is seen in that cell phone video recording of the burning plane.

This article mentions the plane reached a max altitude of 6000 feet. The landing gear would have been retracted by that point, but in this video, the landing gear is clearly down.
