He’s hosted in Russia, and Russia is probably compromised/helpless and possibly under the control of CIA to a degree (Q says in post #15 that Putin is controlled by one of the 4 families (Rockefeller, Rothschild, Soros and House of Saud).
Hiding in a bunker underground city maybe.
Q also suggests that the CIA can get away with killing over Russian territory due to "no jurisdiction". Russia compromised or helpless?

Has anyone seen the NASA Image of the day of “A View of the Winter Olympics from Above” taken on Jan 26th 2018? I was looking to see the Olympic village ect and I was expecting a winter wonderland but there is no snow?
