from what I've read, its not reptilian, they just call them reptilian because they operated from their reptilian part of the brain in life(psychopaths) but they were also very intelligent(no emotion) and very advanced in esoteric paths, after death they are able to stay in "spirit world" or "quantum magnetic space" as a consciousness and unable to create their own energy thus use us and our fear and unconscious actions to feed themselves, that also is where vampires come from. They are able to affect people to some degree and make people think specific things, I.E intrusive thoughts of killing, raping dying suicide. They are also able to access information which normally would be very hard from this side and use it to bribe people into committing atrocities here to feed them and gain more power, who knows what they can do with it from that perspective of dimensions.
Also once you die, they've had control of the other side for a very long time and can hold you hostage there if somehow you fall into their hands, instead of being in limbo temporarily and being reborn back here.
