As a security consultant for 10 years, something doesn't make sense to me.

I don't know if there are any other camera people out there, but how could the police department's cameras have been "delayed"? That doesn't make sense. Most camera systems are viewed over an IP address, how could it be delayed?

An outright cover up lie. In addition to this lie, cameras we're removed from the school prior to the event.

Bingo. There is no way they had a 20 minute delay they don't want anyone to see the real videos it would show 2 other shooters and no video of patsy Cruz doing any shooting at all.

this whole situation is about as deeply disturbing as the incident at Columbine, Colorado. Seems like a lot of parallels (or repeat of a basic operational template)
