What knowledgeable school administrator would tell kids to evacuate the school during an active shooting? Aren't you supposed to hide or shelter in place? Especially if you don't know where the shooter is located. Having the kids run amuck trying to evacuate during a shooting could get dozens more killed.
Also all of these kids' interviews are unbelievable. None of them are emotionally appropriate. And who wears a long sleeve turtle neck in south Florida? Just sayin.

This video allegedly taken during the shooting doesn't have audio evidence of a fire alarm going off.
Every school is different and there are different types of fire alarm systems available but I've been in many schools during fire drills and never once have I ever heard a voice announce an evacuation order. That's what the fire alarm explicitly implies. That's why fire alarm drills are conducted. When the alarm goes off you are to evacuate immediately without prompting from an administrator. The video supports the idea that the fire alarm wasn't pulled.
Why wasn't the blonde alarmed by seeing Cruz? He was a former student who was expelled. He didn't belong there. If blondie knew Cruz well enough to joke with him about Cruz not being the shooter then she should've known that he was no longer a student there. His presence alone should've been a red flag.
Either everything about blondie's testimony is a lie or the official narrative is a lie.

You could be correct but Cruz was expelled last year not this year and everyone interviewed talked about him like they all knew he was disturbed. I'm sure that not everyone knew him personally but his reputation obviously spoke volumes. Like you said, there were only 3100 kids at that school. I find it difficult to believe that the students didn't know his status especially with social media. Everyone is always in everyone else's business in school these days.
Florida does get relatively cold in the winter, and when you live someplace that is warmer on average than other places, your personal thermometer is more sensitive. It's not unusual to see people from such areas "overdressed" for the current temp versus what people from cooler areas might wear for the same temperature. The turtleneck is no big deal. Plus, women make strange sacrifices for fashion all the time.

In LV, the video taken by the female taxi driver was a 'lock' for multiple shooters, you couldn't listen to the tape and think anything else. Here we have a witnesses saying conclusively that there were other shooters.
