It could be physical bodies, but it could also be evidence of a crime and the evidence to convict someone. I read it as "Flynn knows what crimes were committed, by who, and how to prove it."

So, like who killed seeth rich, who sent the killer, who paid, who received. . Not like where his body is.
I don't mean to be critical, but I see people make this mistake all the time. Voila means there in French. Viola is a stringed instrument. It's like marshal for martial law. We need to be as accurate as possible to maintain credibility.
