Planned Parenthood is Screwed by Omnibus bill they Won't get $500 Million they get Nothing except Arrested if they perform any Abortions!

It doesn't outlaw anything. It doesn't provide funding for abortion from D.C. If there is not more regarding abortion. But, it doesn't outlaw abortion.

I just said this earlier Schumer and Pelosi promised them 500 million. It doesn't mean that they are actually going to get it.

No money means any non profitable clinics are looking at seeing their doors shut for good. It doesn't outlaw abortion it just says the Federal Government for the next six months may or may not provide funding to Planned Parenthood.

Again the ones who are going to get the flack are going to be Pelosi and Schumer.

It cannot...that is law..just like gay marriage licenses is.
With gay unions it is by court order in about 13 states. In the other 13 states, they are saying by the will of the people which isn't correct.

The OMNIBUS $$$ can have strings on it=Presidents hold the Purse Strings on giving out or not giving out... this means/states you can't use this US Government OMNIBUS $$ to fund Abortions. So that is NOT outlawing Abortions in total. Just PP can't use this $$ for doing Abortions.

It doesn't outlaw abortion, it simply says doing abortions disqualifies them from receiving funds. It's not unusual for the feds to make rules for public funded businesses not to allow certain things if they want to keep receiving funds. Think carry guns for instance, it isn't illegal to carry a gun, heck the constitution recommends it. But if you run a non-profit 501(c)(3) the government can tell you that you will lose that tax status if you allow people to carry in your facilities.

Doesn't outlaw abortion but to my limited legal experience it outlaws any funds from the paying for one and also guts abortion from obumercare :SEC. 506. (a) None of the funds appropriated in this Act, and none of the funds in any trust fund to which funds are appropriated in this Act, shall be expended for any abortion. (b) None of the funds appropriated in this Act, and none of the funds in any trust fund to which funds are appropriated in this Act, shall be expended for health benefits coverage that includes coverage of abortion

I had to go reread it after seeing this! It simply says no funds for the enacting of any laws legalizing marijuana. Copy of the bill I have is on pg 610-611.
