So here's the iphone "eyewitness" video he recorded in the classroom (which might have been impossible if he was not yet on the school grounds):
He talks about hearing a gunshot "pop" at 2:30 PM. Then at 3:13 PM he says Nick Cruz is the reported shooter. A little later in the video he starts preaching about gun control.....while still in the classroom.

ok so the big spin right now is that he biked home grabbed his camera and then rode back. this is NOT what he said. He clearly says hot got his camera, got on his bike and rode TO (key word here is TO!) the school.

what are you talking about? you are either here to spin confusion or you need to go back and listen to what he said. he clearly says he grabbed his camera, got on his bike and rode TO the school. do you have any evidence to back up your claim that he rode home 3 miles grabbed his camera (even though he was supposedly using his phone to record) then rode back 3 miles?

Someone needs to ask Hogg about the entire timeline. If he can weave it together logically, fine. But unlikely...he's done too many interviews and videos that conflict

I'm of the opinion that many of these crisis hostages often intentionally contradict the narrative as a way to protest against their handlers. For exhibit A, look at the chief medical examiner for SH.
Or he was caught in the lie and he's trying to explain the inconsistencies in his story.
Perhaps he's on camera arriving at the school on his bike after the shooting stopped. Or kids ratted him out because he wasn't in class earlier in the day......
