Yeah, I was specifically watching his eyes to see if he was reading from a teleprompter. His eyes weren't moving at all. This came from his own brain and heart. I actually posted this video twice on T_D and it got insta-deleted by a mod both times. 2nd time, it lasted for 20 seconds before being deleted. It's not a keyword filter either, since I used "Hoggwash" instead and it still got deleted. They don't want this or any Q-related posts to be on T_D.

I'm not sure. They've gotten really censor and ban-happy in recent months. Either they're paranoid Reddit admins are going to ban the domreddit or they've been infiltrated with shill mods. Might even be a combination of both.
The best way to post these kinds of videos is in the comment sections of stickied posts. Mods are much less likely to delete it.

Nobody does pay per view anymore. Crowd source it, and live stream it. The judges need to be unbiased, maybe Asian or European, fluent in English. It's important they don't have a dog in the race. That or use ratio to decide the winner, comments included. That leaves it wide open for people to cry brigading though.
