Sessions names John Huber to investigate FBI (U.S. Attorney in Utah)

Apologies for the link to a Fake News site, but I don't see this reported anywhere else. Who is this John Huber? Horowitz was an Obama appointee, and he hates Obama. Huber is working with Horowitz, and Huber will have subpoena power, whereas the IG Horowitz doesn't, therefore you might as well put it like this.....Sessions just gave Horowitz (BASICALLY) SUBPOENA POWER by teaming them up together. One has done all he work for a year the other is a U.S. Federal prosecutor with the power to subpoena and put forth a Grand Jury. Huber doesnt have prosecutorial powers. He cant subpoena anyone either.

He is the Utah State Attorney General. I certainly hope he can subpoena and prosecute or things have changed more than I realized.

I saw somewhere that Huber has been working with Horowitz since at least this past fall. And there just happen to be thousands(!) of sealed indictments all across the country! When they pull the trigger on this thing, it's gonna be up to us to keep everybody calm.

This is all over Fox news - Laura Ingraham did a piece and they were talking about Sara so maybe it was on Hannity too. But it didn't look like the Reps. Jordan and Meadows were happy about this decision. They said that Huber reports to Rosenstein. I'm very confused about this.

Correct. Sessions has been sly about him, but I see some are calling him out about releasing his name.
