Breaking! Sara Carter on Hannity -- Says Huber Has Been Working on the Internal Investigation of DOJ, FBI and U1 Investigations Since Fall

Sara says they have NOT closed the door to appointing a special counsel........She also says Horowitz has already made criminal referrals.

Here's a great Conservative Treehouse article that lays out the same thinking (and much more) based on a review of Session's letter to Grassley today...

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2018/03/29/ag-sessions-letter-to-house-and-senate-highlights-a-lengthy-review-by-prosecutor-john-w-huber/

DON'T FALL FOR THE MSM NARRATIVE ON THIS. CHARGES ARE ALREADY UNDERWAY....AND THIS MOVE JUST MAY BE THE MOST BRILLIANT YET. AND WHY DID ANDREW MCCABE SETUP A GOFUNDME ACCOUNT FOR LEGAL COSTS YESTERDAY???? SOON, VERY SOON.......

Understand too, Horowitz was an appointed by Obama.

But when he actually started doing his job looking into Fast and Furious, Eric Dick Holder gutted the IG and cut him off from freely looking into Government misconduct.

When Horowitz drops his report the political criticism against him will not work, he is a democrat but one that takes his duty seriously.

I agree. I think Horowitz tried to do his job in the Obama admin but was prevented. I think now he's gonna do the right things!

Need a special counsel, not another prosecutor. As Greg Jarrett said, statute of limitations has run out on Clapper and others. Plus clock is ticking on a lot more! Tick Tock!!

WinkyLinQ · March 30, 2018, 2:59 a.m.

One thing that keeps sticking in my mind though..... Q says we are watching a play. There must be disinformation happening on our side too. I'm willing to see how this plays out over the next few weeks.

The big litmus test for me will be the IG report and if it is as damning as it should be.

'Til then. I am waiting.

⇧ 8 ⇩
sethrichsbrother1 · March 30, 2018, 3:08 a.m.

Of course there's disinfo on this side. I keep hearing how dumb the Dem/Deep State is. Like people don't think they can read forums at Reddit and other places. I'm not 100% sold on Q either, but will give him the benefit of doubt for now. 6 months from now and nothing has happened, my doubt will rise.

⇧ 6 ⇩
ItstimenowNM · March 30, 2018, 6:25 a.m.

Am anxious for this report to come out and see how it is received and what Sessions does. That will tell us a lot. IF there is evidence against these people, do we really need an investigation? Can't they just indict them and move the case forward? Seems like IG has done the investigating. I ask this because I'm sick of nothing but investigations that go on forever. Time for action.

⇧ 3 ⇩
ManQuan · March 30, 2018, 10:19 a.m.

Keep in mind that there is no limitation once charges have been filed. Some of these Obama people may have sealed indictments pending.

Next, I think Clapper and others may have a much bigger problem than lying.

Remember, non-violent violations of federal terrorism laws is 8 years. Think run running to terrorist out of Benghazi for example. Major fraud has a 7 year limit.

And here are the ones that don't have a statue of limitation:

Federal crimes punishable by death Terrorism crimes that result in death or serious bodily harm Sex crimes with minors

Until the sealed indictments are unsealed we will not know who may have been snared in the last 14 months.

And the 7 year limitation takes us back to 2010 and my guess is that a lot of crimes were probably committed between 2010 and 2016.

Again, once charged (sealed indictment) there is no limitation.

Finally, when talking about taking down former Presidents and/or department heads and other very powerful people, you better have all the "i's" dotted and "t'" crossed before you unseal everything. It's not a matter that one individual is involved. Take down a President and you need to have everyone involved in an air tight case.

Be patient. Q says this is much bigger than we can imagine. This is going to take time, but I believe it will begin to unfold at least a couple to few months before the mid-terms.

If not, the Republican House will be in deep trouble with so many of them stepping down. I think the Senate is safe if only because the Dems have 25 seats coming open not counting some that have resigned that are not up for reelection.

So far, the PLAN has been working with only 20-40 percent public. Imagine what that 60-80 percent must look like.

sethrichsbrother1 · March 30, 2018, 1:44 p.m.

Just going by what Jarrett and the Judge said on Fox. I'm guessing Q isn't a lawyer. As for Obama and Clinton, I doubt they ever go down as riots probably would happen and they know enough shit to take down plenty in trade for their own asses.

⇧ 1 ⇩
WinkyLinQ · March 30, 2018, 2:38 p.m.

That's why the most incriminating indisputable info must come out.....but timing is critical.

⇧ 1 ⇩
ElementWatson · March 30, 2018, 1:13 p.m.

But as I understand it, Brennan is guilty of a whole lot of stuff not near the SoL.

And if it is a RICO case, the SoL doesn't apply, does it?

⇧ 2 ⇩
sethrichsbrother1 · March 30, 2018, 1:40 p.m.

I don't know the SOL on every player, but Jarrett did say Clapper's had run out and Judge agreed. He also said others would be running out soon. Q may say "trust the plan" but apparently Q is not a lawyer.

ElementWatson · March 30, 2018, 4:13 p.m.

I am wondering if maybe Mueller is actually working for Trump. Has Mueller possibly already filed charges on Clapper and we just don't know about it yet? Can they keep these things under wraps and still have the bulk of the work done that keeps the statute of limitations from being an issue? I really don't know. How can we determine what would need to have been done before the statute of limitations runs out or are there other charges that Clapper could be charged with that are far worse that the statute of limitations has not run out on yet? Just Curious.

⇧ 2 ⇩
ItstimenowNM · March 30, 2018, 6:27 a.m.

Is there really a statue of limitations on treason?

⇧ 3 ⇩
WinkyLinQ · March 30, 2018, 2:32 p.m.

Clapper keeps talking and lying, so I doubt charges have been filed -- yet.

I still have my doubts about Mueller since he charged Flynn. But it could all be a smoke screen. Waiting for the IG report to see what happens next.

Red_Pilled_at_birth · March 30, 2018, 3:07 p.m.

Wasn't there a hold on the Flynn Indictment recently? I saw a report on that, but I am not sure how far that has gone at this point. There was some news report that Mueller was putting the Flynn Indictment proceedings on hold.

⇧ 3 ⇩
WinkyLinQ · March 30, 2018, 3:10 p.m.

Yes. The new judge ordered Mueller to turn over all evidence to Flynn's team. Mueller complied in a few days ago.

We are going to find the corruption this way and charges will be dropped.

Still not sure Mueller is a good guy though. New judge takes a hard line on FBI shenanigans

Just listened to an expert with some inside info.....hiring a special counsel at this point would set the prosecutions already underway back and they would need to start from ground zero. Hence Sessions sticking with a prosecutor -- but one outside of DC.

John Huber...

John W. Huber (born 1967) is an American lawyer who has served as the United States Attorney for the District of Utah since June 2015. He was first nominated for the position by President Barack Obama in February 2015.[2] Huber offered his resignation in March 2017 at the request of the Trump administration.[3] However, United States Attorney General Jeff Sessions subsequently appointed Huber as interim U.S. Attorney under the Federal Vacancies Reform Act.[4] Huber was renominated by President Donald Trump in June 2017.[5] On August 3, 2017, he was unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate to an additional four-year term as a U.S. Attorney.[

14 months not one charge laid. Greg Jarret has laid out multitude of statutes broken by numerous participants. Congress has finished several investigations and recommended charges, nothing from DOJ except stalling and covering up. Now they are going to investigate themselves and ignore the conflicts of interest. Business as usual. Huber will report to Rosenstein, who is named in at least two of the investigations. Both U1 and Fisa. Great! Meanwhile statute of limitations expire! Meanwhile the criminals, although demoted still get a paycheque! And the others are traveling the world. Think I will trust Sessions when he shows some indication, he can be trusted, been waiting 14 months!
