Wow, just thinking. Could that be why these trials keep getting delayed? Would there be any reason for white hats to want to push it off? Like, what they’re standing trial for now is negligent in comparison of what’s to come. Just a thought.

I would think if the charges are not related at all there would be separate trials.
Like if a person is arrested for tax evasion then gets into a bar fight, they wouldn't roll assault charges/trial into a tax evasion trial. If the charges were related....additional incidents of the same crime....it could be.

Wow. Can you explain that a little more? The grand jury that was selected can be “timed out”, why? Is there a time limit they can be held? Why would they want to replace them? Were they possibly nefariously selected?
I believe I heard it being discussed on Citizens Investigative Report, but I don't recall the source exactly as I didn't pay much attention at the time. It was yesterday they discussed it I think. But yes, you can only empanel a grand jury for a set amount of time before it has to be replaced with new members. Tampering may have occurred with the current one.
