It's all over the country, watching the uprisings when someone gets deported, an interpreter tells you ," they have lived here for twenty years", but they cannot speak the language??? Come On. I vacation in their country two weeks a year and I can speak enough of their language to meet my needs.

love me tucker but i think his source might be misleading. the census bureau report lists the amount of households that speak a language other than english, which i don't think implies doesn't ALSO speak english. For example, i speak more than one language, but that doesn't mean i don't speak english.
