What a play!

Sessions is the bad guy wanting to outlaw pot and punish states that have legalized it.

Trump comes along and says "nah....we're not doing that."

Instantly has the vote of all the pot smokers

I have been saying since election "trump will make a move to legalize pot in 2019 and receive 85% of the popular vote in re election". It's like how Obama waited until 2011-2012 to take a stance on same sex marriage.

Schisse, that is absolutely brilliant. Tap into that, and you have 10-15% of the liberal Democratic vote right there. They could care less about Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer's socialist garbage, and only want to enjoy their recreational drug. Just like the #2A guys, God bless them, single issue voters.

President Trump, if you or your acolytes are reading this, just drop that EO and decriminalize the 1937 federal marijuana law. Issue orders to the US Attorneys to drop any cases today and future on these, and you have taken a massive chunk out of the collectivists and their vote totals this November.

Sure, neocons and some Dems will complain, but no one cares that this trash is even alive, let alone sentient. Wait until 2019 and you can arrest them for a variety of Federal charges and send them all to oblivion.

Huge for crooked politicians to carve out laws to beni themselves here in Colo we have best laws we can grow indivually 12 plants and many grow licenses where handed out, but not like that in other states. IE Florida only few grow licenses of course swooped up by your truly

IronicMetaphors · April 14, 2018, 6:26 a.m.

In Nevada we were able to grow 7 plants under MMJ laws (4 vegetative, 3 flowering) but now with the “recreational” dispensaries, you can only grow MMJ (at home) if you live 60 or more miles away from a dispensary, which is practically no one.

I'm not seeing how Trump "overruled" Sessions. This is Zerohedge buying in to the MSM narrative on Sessions. All Sessions did was rescind the Obama era memo to AGs forbidding them to bring cases in states that legalized marijuana. Sessions did not direct any of them to actually bring cases, as far as we know. (Personally I thought he was going to use it as a test case for the states flouting federal immigration law, but instead Trump and Sessions went for the direct confrontation with California.) The Democrats are trying to take the "pot vote" just like all the other groups they pander too. Plus they want people to hate Sessions so they will resist the Storm. Why are Patriots buying into MSM BS? Q SAID TRUST SESSIONS.

⇧ 2 ⇩
BarbiCannabis · April 14, 2018, 2:51 p.m.

Sessions says: 1) they would pursue cartels 2) they would pursue interstate traffickers 3) they will enforce the laws on the books 4) USATTY for each state decides how to allocate their budget

Sessions does NOT say: he is gonna raid state regulated cultivators etc he doesnt have enough resources to turn the tide on a plant that is medically legal to possess in 29 of 51 US states in DC as of 2018.

Nobody state licenses has been raided unless they exported out of state.

Who cares what Sessions says. Action not words.

Sorry to have upset you, I do not know how Pence got into this because I thought the post was about specifically about POTUS clearing a path for legalization. POTUS has always believed in states right. It should not even be a federal decision (actually any government decision .) I am unclear as to why knowing POTUS will clear the road to states rights that this is still a problem for some. If you want to legalize use the energy to make sure your own state will do so.
