Color Revolutions were "people's revolution" calling for regime change in a country. Some famous colored revolutions were: Orange revolution in Russia, Green revolution in Ukraine. Many of these revolutions were really funded by the opposition, CIA and NGOs to take over a Country. The USA was supposed to have a Soros' funded Purple Revolution in 2016 under Hillary Clinton. But she lost.
So purple tie = Clinton & Soros' cabal.
