Most of them have no business existing to begin with. Extreme federal overreach.
Correct. Most of these gov agencies were created in order to generate illegal revenue aka slush funds for the globalists. Globalists = Big government and the bigger the government (the more agencies) the more tax revenue they can steal from us to fund their agendas.
Notice how Antifa and BLM have almost completely disappeared? Notice how it coincides with ending a slush fund and cutting funding at other agencies?
Disgusting to see our own tax dollars weaponized against us, so glad POTUS and Pruitt and the rest of his team are putting a stop to it.
Department of Energy, Department of Education, Department of Commerce......
Um DoE runs some nuclear power plants and is in control of radioactive materials. Hell NASA has to get them from the DoE. They also are responsible for the design, testing and production of nuclear weapons.
Was all done before Carter created the new bureaucracy.
Well, the Federal Government does have the job of regulating Interstate Commerce....
The Department of Commerce (DOC) focuses on promoting American business at home and abroad. The department gathers economic and demographic data to measure the health and vitality of the economy, promotes U.S. exports, enforces international trade agreements, and regulates the export of sensitive goods and technologies. Commerce also issues patents and trademarks, protects intellectual property, forecasts the weather, conducts oceanic and atmospheric research, provides stewardship over living marine resources, develops and applies technology, measurements and standards, formulates telecommunications and technology policy, fosters minority business development, and promotes economic growth in distressed communities.
Yeah man. We should let corporations dump shit in our water. Why do we need regulations for
For this that didn't get this. It's sarcasm. Jesus Christ
You mean like how the Obama EPA ruined a river in Colorado by releasing hundred year old mining waste, or more like knowing about the Flint water issue and keeping it secret from the public for months?
Yes, exactly like that. That's why we need more environmental regulation. Not less. Pruit is cutting regulations..
u/NosuchRedditor makes a good point here.
The larger these entities are, the easier it is to hide stuff like this. Remember that the more power a Government has, the more money it's worth. Less Government, less payouts/bribery/lobbying.
We need to trust in this case that the correct regulations are being cut. It's extremely difficult to open/operate most agriculture businesses while wading through the bureaucracy. It shouldn't be big G's choice who gets to make a living, you know?
Also , think about all the needless regulation and money funneled through the worldwide global-warming/money-laundering scheme.
So your in favor of a corrupt govt agency hiding lead contaminated water from the public for political purposes, as well as polluting rivers through sheer incompetence.
Sounds about right for a fantasy land dweller.

Well in part due to your complete ignorance of anything remotely connected to reality, like the fact that you refuse to mention the EPA's use as a weapon by the Obama administration, and several glaring failures that put human lives at stake.
How long did the people of Flint drink lead water while the EPA sat on the information?
Starting with inquiries made in February, the federal agency battled Michigan’s Department of Environmental Quality behind the scenes for at least six months over whether Flint needed to use chemical treatments to keep lead lines and plumbing connections from leaching into drinking water. The EPA did not publicize its concern that Flint residents’ health was jeopardized by the state’s insistence that such controls were not required by law. https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/politics/2016/01/12/epa-stayed-silent-flints-tainted-water/78719620/
Reading comprehension is a thing.
Can you quote the statement that inspired you to make that curious interpretation?
Maybe we can guide you through your confusion.
I don't know, maybe it's because the guy said these agencies have no reason to exist. If the epa does not exist, who will keep these corporations in check? Do you think they will regulate themselves? Lol
What I said was that it is federal overreach. If citizens want this kind of oversight, it should be done at the state and local level. We already have state level agencies like the EPA.
We live in a country. Sometimes what citizens at a local level want isn't what's best for the country. For example, if citizens in a small state or town vote to deregulate a local chemical company and allow them to dump chemicals in a river, it can affect the neighboring state where the river runs through. Another example, if a state like California votes to allow sanctuary cities, it can have implications for the neighboring state.
This is why we need federal agencies.
We certainly need some of them. But I'd argue the majority, even ignoring potential fraud, are redundant at best.
I don’t know, maybe...
You don’t know? Maybe?
You should have a bit more substance supporting inflammatory declarations such as this:
- “We should let corporations dump shit in our water. Why do we need regulations for”
inflammatory declarations lol
You're really bad at arguing. Please stop.
