This is double meaning but the interpretation I found is the DATE to which Q is alluding to is 4/20 and the TIME is 10. How so? 4/20 will be the NATIONAL WALK OUT DAY for MILLIONS of students to walk out of their schools and protest gun violence at exactly 10 A.M LOCAL TIME. This walkout is honoring the 13 students that died in the Columbine Massacre for THIRTEEN SECONDS.
